Lynetta
Plenty of free parking spaces, clean room, shower water got nice and hot, good water pressure, the lady who checked me in was friendly, plenty of areas to sit to eat breakfast, a good variety of breakfast options, paper plates and utensils, warm and welcoming atmosphere.
James Spalding

The only negative would be that the pool always has a sign that says it’s closed due to maintenance. We stay here a couple times a year for the past 3-4 years and the pool is always closed…
keith
Great place to stay
Angela
Great location with easy parking. Check in was quick and efficient.
keith
I liked the gym and the pool outside grill
Pamela
Overall, very impressed with this hotel. Great location for convenience-easy access to Interstate, shopping and dining. The only issue is the lack of sound proof ceilings and interior walls. I couldn’t hear traffic from busy Interstate; however heard conversations from neighbors and walking overhead.
Chrischelle
Enjoyable visit with family. Will visit again
Alexis
My only issue was that the inside pool was closed and that was one of my main reasons for picking this hotel. Everything else was perfect!
Melanie
Clean and modern rooms and the staff were very nice.
Brandy
This property was clean and comfy. The staff were always welcoming. We also unknowingly booked here and were within 10-15 minutes of the places we needed to be for a weekend baseball tournament.
Sandra

shaquita
New property and everything was cleaned
Todd
Everything was very comfortable as usual. There were a few areas in the room that needed some touch up but nothing that impacted my stay.
ALWAYS friendly staff!!
ALWAYS friendly staff!!

Beautiful smelled amazing and front desk clerk very helpful
Michelle
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and I-20 and 520. The staff was pleasant and professional. The room was comfortable and layout was nice with the areas for a coffee station, sofa, and desk area separate from the sleeping area. The TV could swivel to turn to the seating area where the sofa was or toward the bed.
Verified traveler
The hotel is nice but it’s time to renovate the bathrooms. Breakfast wasn’t good, the French toast wasn’t cooked all the way.
Miriam
I have necer stayed in a Spring Hill Suite, but i do plan to stay there again.
Joyce
Great hotel
Excellent hotel. We always enjoy staying here.
Chrissy
Great place to stay with family.
Hotel was very clean. Check in was easy. Free breakfast had great healthy options. Only complaint is i wish Breakfast started a little earlier and it was usually a little late getting going. Loved the option of the living space which gave us 3 beds including the pull out couch. With two teens they are better when they have their own space.
Julia
Indoor pool was not available!. Otherwise it was fine!
Michaela
Friendly staff and very clean

This is a great hotel. Thanks !
Debra
The Indoor pool is not working and the children were looking forward to enjoying the pool.
Doris
I didn’t like the fact that staff was emptying the garbage with no gloves in and than would touch (pour) themselves juice from public funnel without washing their hands first My family and I w got sick from food at the hotel
VANESSA
Outside area and pool under renovation.

It does not have enough disabilities rooms with a roll In bathroom to take a shower. There were no bars for a disabled person to hold on to
Joyce
Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay.
Susan
Room not clean, killed bug on pillow as soon as I arrived, shower stained, sofa stained-I wouldn’t even sit on it, very noisy location, carpet dirty, entrance filthy. Will never stay here again. Food in morning disgusting. Did not eat here.
Charles

David Eugene
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area. My wife and I will definitely stay again when we visit that part of Augusta again. My family and I have grown up there since our first generation. Thank you.
Tami
The room was nice but they put me on the first floor, right outside was the parking lot. I couldn’t sleep because I heard people talking and starting cars all night After I finally got a few hours sleep at 6 am someone was outside laughing then the cars starting have been nonstop since then. Not a good experience.
Kerry
I slept so nice, the room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. It was so quite and the pool was excellent. . Best rest ive had in a long time. I will book again for doctor visits in Augusta. ❤️

A Safe and Comfortable Stay
We arrived later evening and the front desk staff were great checking us in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Don't hesitate, book this hotel for your next stay in Augusta.
Kathleen
Very clean and roomy
April
Everything was great with the exception that we chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed the entire time we were here.
DONNA
I loved the 'extras' and 'quality' of this hotel! I noticed! Name brand toilet paper, clean and easy access to quality shower products. Soft-close toilet seat and drawers. Full size mirror with closet. I loved the work desk and all the extra plug-ins. The free breakfast had a huge, assorted selection with something for everyone! All of this for a reasonable cost. I will look for this brand first when traveling.
Jeff
Great stay. Accommodations more than adequate.
Brett

Nice hotel. Great pillows
Byron
The staff was awesome and the hotel was very clean
Jennifer
The staff was very friendly checking in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom door sticks a little but otherwise no complaints.

Great stay!

No Housekeeping
The room was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. However, after two days of no housekeeping I had to call the front desk to get the trash emptied and clean towels. This is unacceptable.
Jonathan
Not great... not awful, but not great.
Overall, it was not great. The shower was kind of dirty-looking, there was a weird stain on the floor of it. Everything else seemed clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. There were no service issues.
Breakfast was disappointing... there were waffles out of a plastic wrapper that were ok, the eggs seemed fake and they only had turkey bacon which was sub-par. Drink options were quite limited as well.
The pool was out of order and the elevator made us nervous, making weird noises.
Like I said, it wasn't just terrible, but next time I'm in Augusta I'll probably choose alternate accommodations.

Racheal
Nice accommodations and friendly staff. Traveled with 2 small children so was pleasantly surprised at spacious room. Breakfast had plenty of options.
Ashley
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Spacious! Good breakfast!
Summer
The pool was out of order. Nothing on the website stated this. We purposely stayed here for the indoor pool because we have 3 children. We were all very disappointed. On top of that, the Tv didn't work and my husband had to remove the cables and reinstall and get a new remote so we could watch Tv. The was one small Tv for the whole room.
Reuben
Nice rooms and facilities the toilet is hard to flush
carlos
Carpet was dirty, was the only room left and a lot of noise I was next to the elevator and ice machine …no toilet paper
When I book With hotel.com we always get the rooms next to elevator or ice machine

Kim
The property was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient, and I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was an excellent feature and the food was fresh and plentiful. I would start my mornings chatting with Jeanette at the breakfast station and she always wished me well as I went about my day - thank you Jeanette for making me feel so welcome! I would stay at this property again if I’m in the area.
Jimmie
