First I’d like to say the staff was excellent and the hotel is immaculate. Our only complaint is that the breakfast was never complete during our 4 day stay. This was a supply chain issue.
That being said I would stay here again and again.

. We didn't get up on time for breakfast but I'm sure that it was delicious. The rooms are cleaned. Staff is very friendly. The location is very close to shopping marts.

I don't know about pets. But whatever the staff uses to get rid of pet odors works!! Because my allergies were not affected.

We arrived Friday afternoon for check-in. Sometime during the night the bathroom sink got backup and the floor in front of the sink was wet. I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance to take care of it. It was done when we return to room. No more problems and YES we will stay there again.

We will never choose this hotel again.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Hotels.com and I’m starting to think that the hotels give you the worst room because you booked through a 3rd party. Everything seemed fine but as we got closer looks and smells, that feeling faded. I wiped everything down that I could reach in that room because it seems to have splotchy spots in a lot of places. There was no water pressure, the bed was like a rock and the breakfast was the saddest thing I’ve seen. I went to make myself a waffle being that was all I could eat in their hodge podge “buffet”, but no. The lady who was working the area kind of laughed at me for trying and said they hadn’t received the mix in a long time. So, I do not recommend this hotel, especially at the $270 price point. No way.
I will say that the best part of our stay was the check in. The lady who checked us in was so kind and sweet. We played a little plinko game and I don’t know why, but that made the check in memorable.

The property was clean and what was expected. The staff for the most part was very friendly however the assistant GM named Ivy was quite rude and was not at all focused on customer satisfaction. The pool amenity at the property did not indicate that use of it required sign-up yet Ivy insisted it was required. The pool area was extremely hot and uncomfortable which I asked the front desk worker could have someone check as sitting in the pool area was not at all comfortable. It was then that I was confronted by Ivy who went into a rude rant and said if it was uncomfortable come back at night. Totally unacceptable!!!

We liked the breakfast buffet. We hated that the alarm clock sounded at 5:30 AM on Feb. 1. We did not know how to shut off the sound, and we did not set the alarm clock in the first place. We called the registration desk 3 times between 5:30 - 5:45 AM on early Feb. 1. Your employee was asleep on the job! Shameful!

Staff was friendly. Hotel appeared clean. The air filter in my room was extremely dirty, covered in so much lint, dust, hair that we took a picture and maintenance immediately apologized and changed it. Unfortunately we were there for 5 days over Memorial Weekend 2018 and the breakfast staff were not prepared. They ran out of plates and silverware. They also wete out of yogurt, bo rolls, muffins etc..We waited in the buffet line 30 minutes for plates. Once a guest finished eating the plate was washed and brought out to the guest waiting in the buffet line. This poor employee walked back and forth with individual plate at least 20 times. She then bought out plastic ware but had no paper plates. There was a 25 minute wait for the scrambled eggs each time, and the waffle line had two griddles where we stood in line an additional 30 minutes. People wete holding spots in line and then would have 3 people slide in to the waffle line. The next few days we went out for breakfast. The parking was easy, and the lobby was pleasurable. The primary disappointment was with breakfast..

Upscale prices with mediocre stay

There were two dirty plates found at breakfast where the clean plates were supposed to be. Breakfast was horrible especially for the cost of the stay. We were not greeted when we came to breakfast, however the white older couple was showered with hospitality. The toilet tissue was not the highest quality. Very hard. Angel soft was the brand. Should have been Charmin. The room was nice, shower got hot, pool was clean. The gym was mediocre, only about five excerise machines. For the price, this Marriott has to step up their game.

Ants!

The room was filthy. There was toothpaste globs on the sink, food smeared on the wall by the table, someone else's shoe left behind, bobby pins on the floor and someone's leftover takeout food in a random cabinet that caused an ANT infestation the day we left! We checked in very late and didn't notice all of this. We told the front desk and texted her pictures and she said the hotel manager would call us and he never did.

Hotel? Great! Housekeeping? Not so much...

The hotel amenities and location of the hotel were all great and convenient. Breakfast was pretty good too. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. My only complaint, Housekeeping. They serviced the room the first night. The second day, it was half way done (towels were replaced but the bed wasn’t done, trash can was on top of the toilet as if they were in a rush) and that was it. They didn’t service any other time. It was disappointing to come back to an unmade hotel room the other nights. Other than that, it was a great trip and this hotel was sufficient.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOTELS.COM AND RESIDENCE INN

IT WAS TERRIBLE! SPECIFICALLY NEEDED A HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM AND IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. MADE THE BOOKING WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR THIS PURPOSE AND APPARENTLY THEY ONLY HAVE ONE ROOM TO ACCOMMODATE A PERSON WITH DISABILITIES. FURTHER, WHEN ASKED ABOUT A BATH BENCH, WE WERE GIVEN A FOLDING CHAIR!!! I SUSPECT HAD WE USED THIS, I WOULD BE WRITING TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE LAW SUIT THAT WE WOULD HAVE FILED. NO WHERE IN THE FINE PRINT WERE WE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE OR THAT IT WOULD NOT BE HONORED BECAUSE WE USED HOTELS.COM; WHEN SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AT HOTELS.COM MY CONCERNS WHERE NOT ADDRESSED TO MY SATISFACTION AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE COMPENSATED $100.00 OFF MY NEXT BOOKING, NOT THIS ONE IN WHICH WE WERE INCONVENIENCED FOR.
