Hot tub was amazing! Massages were amazing!
Pool opened May 9, which in Colorado is early for an outdoor pool. More than half of the rooms have been renovated, grounds are beautiful and everything is in walking distance.
A beautiful place to rejuvenate, regroup and relax.
We will be back and definitely get a room with our own hot tub.

The rooms were very small & uninsulated. The thermostat worked. The spare sink was unnecessary & the shower was strangely angled. The pool wasn’t open. It was incredibly loud at night & the tv was limited. The staff was nice & the spa was lovely.

The breakfast area was nice, clean and had nutritious food. The room was clean but later out in a weird way. There was no night stand or electrical outlet on one side of the bed and there was a sliding glass door that led to a breezeway type area so you couldn’t open the room curtains to allow natural light in the room or open a window to get fresh air. This wouldn’t be so bad if the room lighting was good (but it wasn’t) or there was a ceiling fan in the room.
Also, the workout room didn’t open until 8:00 am. Not really sure why is wasn’t a 24 hour key access thing because it was small and you wouldn’t make a ton of noise in there. I believe it stayed closed until 8 because the manager slept nearby and didn’t want to hear any noises from people exercising.

The room we had didn’t have a kitchen so I can’t comment on that, but the room was very clean and spacious! The hot tub had some issues but staff was very helpful to help us get it figured out! We brought it up to the front desk at check out, they were very friendly about it and thanked us for telling them!

Room was great, both a comfortable bed and the kitchenette/coffee/fridge was nice. Enjoyed the hot tub, the breakfast burritos and the location/view. Wish I could have adjusted the temperate in the room, it was 76 degrees upon arrival and got as warm as 78 degrees even with the fan on. With also no window to outside it did feel too warm. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

Everytime we go here there are new enhancements to the hotel. The new rooms have been tastefully updated with comfy beds. We got the room with our own spa and we felt like we went on an upscale retreat! Ridgeway is also such a wonderful town, surrounded by mountains with its own vibe and amazing food spots.

The interior design of the room is very unique similar to log cabin. Very clean and quite location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Only minor issue is the shower area does not have the wall extending all the way to ceiling due to the design. I would stay here again next time traveling to the area.

The property is very pet friendly, and there is a huge park right next door for walks. The park also has tennis courts, if you’re into tennis or pickle ball. We very much enjoyed the hot tubs near the pool that have amazing views of the mountains, and also the private hot tub on our patio. The swimming pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was nice, especially the breakfast burritos and bagels. I also enjoy that the staff had a fire going each morning in the fireplace near the breakfast area. Also, I appreciated being able to use the bathrobes in our room for going to/from the hot tubs.

Very nice room, clean, smart room. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on at a hotel. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast needed more. Although the breakfast burritos were awesome. We j had a king spa room so it was wonderful having our own private hot tub. The blue tooth in the bathroom mirror was a nice touch. So you could listen to your music while putting makeup on. Very nice hidden gem.

This hotel has gone through a recent renovation. The old was a nostalgic old Western hotel. It has been modernized, new hot tubs, and great view of the Cimarrons at sunset! The staff was amazing. Stephanie was so kind after a long day of driving and fresh cookies. I will be back!

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here and as always the room was very clean and cozy. The only issue we had was the hot tub was not working in our room which Stephanie at the front desk was very kind and moved us to another room! Very relaxing we will be coming back!

The property was beautiful and clean. My jacuzzi tub in my room did not work, meaning the jets did not function even though I filled the water past the jet line and held down the button to engage the jets. That was the only downside though.

It was a wonderful weekend.
I was so pleased & impressed with the front desk folks' service & kindness: their help in getting the spa service I preferred; how they offered a wonderful bottle of water as I arrived; how welcoming they were to my big dog; & really to all my needs or requests.

The location is gorgeous, as are the views. It's walking distance to town, the beds are super comfy, the breakfast that is included with the room is very complete, & is a charming ambiance. AND the hot tub & pool are heavenly. Generally as this shows, I was delighted with my stay.

Comfy and cozy

We looooved our Locha suite for our weekend trip. Our dogs loved it too! The bed was so comfortable, towels were soft, hottob was warm, fireplace was cozy, and the staff was all around friendly and helpful. If you have small dogs and are bringing them, I recommend requesting the 1st floor or being ready to carry them over the grated stairs.
Otherwise get ready to enjoy a hotel that has almost everything, and if it doesnt, you can find what you need less than a 5 minute walk away in town.
Lastly, the location is perfect especially if you have pets. There was a park at every turn and we were just far enough out of town to not have to hear the loud music for one of the bars.
We loved our stay and hope to return one day!

We loved our stay here! Our room was very clean and bigger than we expected, and the heated pool and hot tub were very relaxing. You can tell they put a lot of work into keeping the grounds clean, even with all the big trees dropping their leaves there was basically no leaves in the pool or anywhere around it. The staff was all very friendly and made sure to let us know they were there for anything we needed. We are locals who just wanted a night away from home nearby, and we will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, with small kitchen and everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Our room had a hot tub with a nice view. The bathrobes were awesome to use especially walking out to the outdoor heated pool and large hot tubs. This is a really cool property and well worth staying.

Nice, but not what we booked.

We booked a studio suite and the description said it included a private hot tub. Upon arrival there was no private hot tub. We inquired at the front desk and they said the room we booked didn't have one. There were no other options for our stay according to the front desk. We probably would have looked for a different place to stay and saved some money had we known there was not a private hot tub. The room was clean and staff very pleasant. Just disappointed with no private hot tub.

It is a beautiful place to stay, but unfortunately I don’t as in a room directly under a rooftop hot tub. The hot tub filter and heater circulated ALL night VERY loudly and kept me awake ALL night. I was running a trail race on Ouray and I gave up at 5:30 and got up and made coffee. Didn’t need to wake up till 6:15, but I knew there was no point in falling asleep now that it was 5:30am. I’m extremely frustrated and would never recommend room 324 for this reason. Horrible noise!!
