Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable! Very limited on site parking.
Brigham
The hotel was great. The room was clean and simple. The staff was helpful. (Skip the included/free breakfast at Mi Mexico. That was a joke. They're 100% inflexible on allowing an upgrade or change, and the food was really bad.)

Great location!!

Awesome location in the beautiful town. Clean room, friendly staff.
Jennifer
This place was beautiful! It’s small enough that you aren’t overwhelmed, and are taken care of like a true guest. It is right on Main Street and easy to access most of the town by walking. Beautiful views!
muhammad
Clean room but beds were not that comfortable.
Boondarica
Clean and spacious room. Parking is helpful. No pool is needed. No bfast onsite but it’s provided.
Amber
Such an adorable place to stay. We loved it, no complaints!
Lisa
It was very clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom looked updated. We were able to park right in front of our room, which was convenient. The mini fridge had a freezer so we could freeze our cold blocks for our cooler, which was nice. Most hotels don't have a mini fridge with a large enough freezer space, so it was helpful to be able to do that. We also were given vouchers for breakfast at a restaurant in town, and it was good food and a nice perk that came with the room. It was nice to have an actual breakfast versus the continental type that's offered in many chain hotels.
Trina
Very nice hotel 5 star all the way. Ouray has the best scenery. Will stay again and will recommend to my family.
Susanna
Liked: 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Beds were wonderful and pillows comfy.
Very clean. Off main road but heard no traffic or outside noise. Window shades made room dark without the annoying Crack of light that usually shines through. Breakfast coupons for local restaurant which was a great breakfast.
Cons: picture online showed a kitchenette- only mini fridge with microwave available so my frozen food in cooler had no place to stay frozen or be cooked.
Walk in shower let water flow away from drain onto floor outside.
Office keeps weird hours so catching them to get breakfast coupons for next morning was tough- actually didn't get breakfast 2 of our 4 days because of it.

Very nice place. Clean and quiet! conveniently located. Breakfast at partner restaurant was good, although limited on selections. Helpful staff.
Jennifer
Clean room, great bed, convenient.

Fast check in. Easily accessible. Wonderful roomy room! Excellent location and quiet!!!
Pamela
It was close to the Main Street, clean property. Reception area nice. A little pricey for the room.
Rick
We stayed at Abram Inns three nights while in Ouray. The property was very quaint and had the feeling of cottages and not motel rooms.
The views from our room were great.
I had messed up on the dates of our reservation and had only booked 2 nights when we needed 3. They were so nice to work with me and add the third night.
If we ever travel back to Ouray we will definitely stay here again.

We had a suite with 2 king beds and it was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for exploring Ouray - hikes, restaurants, and hot spring pool very close. Breakfast was included and from a Mexican restaurant on town - was a short walk from the hotel and very good.
Karen J
Cute hotel room and very nice staff! Room had charm and was comfortable. Enjoyed going to a local Mexican restaurant for breakfast. They gave you a voucher as their breakfast package.
Nancy
Perfect location on Main Street yet very quiet in the little town of Ouray. Small, cozy room with very comfy king bed and large tv. Linens were so clean and fresh! Small sink counter but was ok. Mini fridge and microwave. This is a quaint inn, no frills but great for the area. We got breakfast chits each day. We would stay there again!
Colin
Fantastic location for walking in the town
Hector
On top of the hill this property is a great place to stay and the staff was very friendly. Box canyon just minutes away and great restaurants on every corner. Definitely rebooking in the future!
Dale

Emily
Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location.
Emily
Very clean. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice.
Natalie
Beautiful room. Great place to stay right in town!
Jeffrey
This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray.
Steven
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodated last minute change in plans, all good.
James
Amazing place to stay.
James
We’ve stayed at Abram Inn twice now, and both times have been great. It’s comfortable, clean and a super convenient location right on the Main Street. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
Sage
Easy check in ,and I loved out room because it was spacious and even had mountain views.

Good location, beautiful views, room is spacious and clean, bed are comfortable. The breakfast was provided by a real restaurant and it was delicious.
Candace
Super nice stay!
Andrew
Facility was a little dated but super clean and right in the middle of the action
Andrea
Very clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, great location on main street Ouray. Glad we stayed here!
Caroline
Everything was wonderful but I do have one complaint. In the room, there's a sign in the wall saying additional towels are available during your stay but when I asked the front desk, the first thing he said was \" why do you need additional towels?\". I think it's none of his business and he he shouldn't have asked guests that question, and then he said he could swap dirty towels with clean ones. The sign said we could request more towels. I didn't like the way he responded to my inquiry. Did he think I would steal hotel's towels? They're just regular towels. I just left feeling not happy. Please tell him to respect guests more.
Dawn
Location and quality
The location is fantastic and we were able to get a room that had a king bedroom and a king in the main room which made it so nice while traveling with family. The pillows were a little weird but that’s the only negative comment I can give.
Allison
Clean, quiet, and convenient
Rebecca
Nice hotel, friendly checkin w early checkin. Pretty cozy room w armchair. Small but nice. Along the main street toward the South end. Eating places within walking distance.

Ouray
It was a charming motel. It was very clean and comfortable. We were given coupons to eat breakfast at a nearby restaurant. It was really good. I would definitely stay there again.
Carmen
Loved the room very clean, bed very comfortable. We were in a room on the main road and didn’t hear anything. Loved how cozy felt and was. I felt like I was in my own bedroom. The breakfast was very good. If I’m in Ouray again I would like to get the same room. It was worth the money.
James
Great stay!
Great stay! Bed was super comfy, room was very clean. Would stay again!
Jared
This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year and had such a great experience we booked again. We have stayed at other places in town and chose not to book them again. The rooms are very clean which is most important to us. It is an older hotel, but don't let that scare you. They have remodeled and they are nice comfortable rooms. This time after we left we received a call shortly after leaving because I had left my jacket hanging on the coat hanger behind the door. We both double checked the room before leaving but since it was behind the door we missed it. So nice to get a call and since we were still in town we went by and picked it up. I highly reccomend staying with them you won't regret it. It has become our go to place while staying in Ouray! Thanks again!!

John
Great little property on the south side of Ouray. Everything is walkable from here. Beds were comfortable. As with everything in Ouray it’s quite pricey for what you get.
Linda
Great place and very clean. Easy to walk into town and there was a nice outside sitting area in front. One surprise was the vouchers we got for a complimentary breakfast at an in town restaurant.
Summer
Great room and great location!
Brandy
Best Vacation Location Ever
I had the best trip at Ouray, CO, and the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.
Peter
Nice stay in Ouray. Beautiful small mountain town.
Trevor
Was a great place to stay for my family and I!
Sheila
Cute property and comfortable beds.
Savanna
Abram Inn & Suites was wonderful! The staff, the breakfast accommodations, the comfort of the bed, all was fantastic! When we come back to the beautiful town of Ouray, we will be staying here again!
Nadamuni
none to talk abt it
Tim
Clean, good location. Safe and parking
Gordon
Outstanding!
Jessica
Amazing customer service
Rachael
We loved having the three queen beds. Super convenient with 6 of us.
Diane J
The independent hotel is restful and rejuvenating. The clean, quite setting in Ouray, CO is at the base of snow capped mountains. The breakfast included is at a local restaurant with several breakfast choices. The staff is accommodating and the daily maid service is thorough.
Robert
Very nice room and the electric fireplace was lovely after a tough day of driving.
Donna
We enjoyed our one night stay here. The desk clerk was very pleasant and the room clean and comfortable. Great sheets. Quiet surroundings even on Memorial Day weekend. I liked being able to park right in front of our room. Super walkable to restaurants and shopping. We'd stay here again and recommend it.
Josiah
This was an amazing hotel! The lady was so sweet and worked with me to check in since I was running 20 minutes late. It was the cleanest room and had all I needed. I would highly recommend staying here!
Kim
Room was very clean
Sabrina
My stay was clean and convenient in town. The only drawback was a 10 am checkout time and no one working the front office to hold bags while waiting for transport. Something to consider if you have a later flight or don’t have your own transportation.
Candace
Clean, warm, quiet!
Heather
Beautiful location at the end of town but still on the main road so it’s walkable to shopping and dining. The room was clean and smelled clean, which was nice. The breakfast is delicious but it’s not at the hotel, it’s at a Mexican food restaurant a few blocks down the road. The food is made fresh but there’s only 5 or 6 options with no substitutions and you need to tip the server, so bring some cash.
John
Beautiful location
Virginia
Great place!!
Steven
Property was small but the room was immaculate. WiFi worked perfectly, fridge kept things cold and alll the furnishings were in great shape. The only negatives were the hvac took a little bit to figure out and the parking lot is tiny. Tough to navigate when a large pickup is parked in one of the spots
Craig
Really nice room and conveniently located for walking to downtown.
Joe
Great!
Brigid
Perfect location. Excellent room. I liked that the floors weren’t carpeted. Made it feel extra clean
Stacey
Beautiful in a central location! Clean and comfortable!
Kathy
The property was very quiet, and being downtown, shopping and restaurants were in walking distance.
Fred
Super clean and very convenient to shopping in town
Steven
The room was clean, everything functioned well and the staff was courteous. Room service was provided daily and did a great job. The rate included a free breakfast, for which the Abram Inn provides a voucher for the choice of four options at a local Mexican food restaurant, one of which is a fried ham and cheese sandwich. We went one time, but for the remainder of our stay made our own breakfast arrangements. My only suggestion to the Abram Inn is to change your breakfast deal. Being a fan of Mexican food, that restaurant is horrible. When you arrive, they ask if you have a \"coupon\" and when you tell them yes, they treat you very differently than a \"paying\" customer. I watched it happen more than once. And, more importantly, the food was not worth the price...
Larry
Will definitely stay here again. Clean rooms and within walking distance to everything in town
Tracy
Loved it. Great beds!
Rachael
The check in process was very quick, and the gentleman provided a great recommendation for dinner.
The only reason this is not 4 stars was due to the sign in the room that made it very clear the check out time was 10am. Staying later would result in additional charges. When I went to check out, the office was not open, and I was told to put my key in a box. It seems odd to have a large print sign stating the check out time in the rooms if this is not really being enforced.

Comfortable and Convenient
We enjoyed our one night stay here to explore the town of Ouray. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a nice porch out front to sit on in the evening. There is also a gazebo in front of the hotel with nice views for guests to sit at. The location is perfect, right on Main Street, convenient for walking everywhere. And the breakfast at the nearby Mexican restaurant was very good, too.
david
Excellent hotel. Rooms are cosy, clean.
Jared
This property was very clean and comfortable. Everything was nice quality, including bathroom towels and complimentary shampoo/lotion. Hotel was close to the Jeep trails and walkable to restaurants/shops. Will definitely stay here again when we come to town.
ELAINE
Great location cute motel
Holly
Great property!!
Shale
Clean and basic.
Overpriced for a basic room. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom floor is slanted. Breakfast is at a completely different property in town with limited menu and tiny portion sizes.
Lisa
Great place to stay
Great place to stay, very convenient to walk in town, very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The views are spectacular.
Breakfast came in the form of vouchers to the Mexican restaurant, with a 4 choice menu..after 2 days we were done with that...several other places for breakfast in town. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were excellent and quick to help with whatever we needed. The on-site laundry was convenient and fast. Parking was directly out our door. The place was conveniently locsted and an easy walk to everything in town.

This motel was one of the favorite stays on our family vacation! The suite was clean and the beds & pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the offsite free breakfast at Mi Mexico. We would definitely stay here again!
