Would not recommend. Smelled like smoke, blood on curtains, stained sheets, only decaf coffee in the room, 2 towels for 2 people for a 5 night stay. They would give you more upon request, but they don't do during stay cleaning unless you request it.

This was a very poor choice! Last minute booking due to some very bad weather we chose this hotel but it was a terrible choice. The guest service was on her ear buds the entire time she was checking us in. Just chatting away like we didn't exist. At times I thought she was talking to me but no she was on her cellphone, having her own conversation. Hotel seriously needs some updates. Looks old and danty. Dirty carpet that didn't get vacuumed properly. Bathroom door didn't lock, no coffee in the morning. No one at the desk to check us out. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel again!!

The casino was fun and clean. Could use more wait staff. The room was clean. So much so that there were no bath towels and body soap in the shower. We me tioned it at check out that i couldnt even shower before we left and she just handed me my receipt. I found that extremely rude. I guess at least she called housekeeping to cover the issue but it didnt take care of my issue in the least. Why pay the price we paid in order to not be able to use the facilities. I had no time to call for towels because i wouldnt have been able to get everything done before check out. We were up late gambling at the casino so late start in the morning. But we still should have had towels and soap since its worked i to the price of the room.

Property was great, loved our room, very clean. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lady who checked us in was incredibly rude. First i was waiting in line, and i could already tell the gentlemen in front of me was frustrated with her attitude. Then it was my turn, I only asked her if we could check in early so we could park our car and walk to the arch. She rolled her eyes several times at me while her very annoyed tone read off the policies. Which i could barely understand cause she clearly didnt want to be there.
I didnt mind paying a little early, since we got there an hour early. But there was no need to be so rude about it. I work in customer service, and to me theres zero excuse to ever visibly roll your eyes at a customer, let alone several times.
I later went down in hopes she wasnt there, so i could go over all the policies again with a different staff member. Thankfully it was someone else, he was very kind, and very helpful. I thanked him, and the other lady as we checked out the next day.

We stay specifically for the convenient proximity to The Dome. The parking is convenient and the indoor walkway to the dome is the way to go, especially during winter/early spring. Unfortunately, you walk thru/past the casino area so the smoke smell is sometimes lingering but they do a good job at air purifying and it’s not horrible. Worth it, for the climate controlled walk to events when we go.

The vents are full of mold, the AC units are incredibly loud, and the rooms are falling apart. They've hidden all of the wall outlets, but the built-in ones on the lamps are so overused that they don't work because the plugs just fall right out! One of the lamps in my room was unplugged from behind the TV where I couldn't even reach. The fridge in my employee's room was leaking the whole time. Every single chair in my room had broken supports on the legs. Last year I had a package delivered and held, but this year they yelled at me for having anything delivered and threatened to leave it outside if I didn't come right back to get it. An additional $20 + tax mandatory fee each day added on to the Hotels.com rate at check-in to use the FREE casino parking and have some useless wifi that doesn't even reach the upper floors. Remember to ask for maid service if you are there long enough, otherwise it's all on you. ABSOLUTELY no microwaves, don't even dare ask, and the list of things they threaten you with while checking in is insane! More than 4 people in your room at a time? Get ready to pay a $350 cleaning fine! The people movers and escalators out to the city have been broken for at least two years, and the skywalk smelled like actual poop. I've been staying here yearly for a tradeshow since 2016, but this was my last... For positives: The rooms are big, the place is cheap, the renovated courtyard & bar is nice, and SOME of the staff were kind.

We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all.

The room was out dated the blow dryer did not work and we had to drive to gas stations to warm up our food because there are NO microwaves available… very disappointed for the amount of money they are charging. They also charge 19.99 for a resort fee and say for parking but parking is free

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my more than four decades of travel around the world. Not only is the property in bad condition, but the staff from the moment you walk in to check in, was not very friendly, unhelpful at all times and refused to address concerns when they were brought to their attention. While they did say, they do not offer housekeeping services on a daily basis and only do it on a request basis, even when I called to request service services more than 24 hours in advance they did not clean my room once during my three night stay. When I asked the manager on duty, Faith, she was not interested in apologizing, or making any kind of concession as I was checking out. I will now have to go to the trouble of formalizing this complaint to the Hotel operations manager, Joshua Ivey.

I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were actually turning people around at 4 pm to go to the back of the line because their room wasn’t ready yet. Staff was friendly except when we checked out and pointed out the issues. It seemed like they knew about it but didn’t want to be bothered about it. Definitely not worth the price!

I will say it was really easy and safe to get to The Dome for the concert. That is the only plus to the property. If you plan on going to the casino that is connected I wouldn’t set your hopes too high on that ether. It’s in the same disrepair as the hotel.

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and the hotel has really nice decor throughout. There’s a big commons area with a bar and plenty of seating, which makes it a great place to relax or meet up with people.

The casino on site is a fun bonus, and it’s convenient having several food options right in the hotel including Starbucks, Morton’s Steakhouse, and a couple grab-and-go spots.

The location is also excellent—right across from the Dome at America’s Center—so it’s perfect if you’re in town for an event. Overall a comfortable stay in a really convenient spot.

Thermometer was broke in our room but maintenance fixed it within mins. Arrived for check-in a little early (3:37pm) and was charged a$15 fee per policy. Never had that type of fee at any other hotels but wasn't hanging around in the lobby for another 25mins after traveling all day. I would stay here again as the casino is just a short walk as well as the Dome at America's Center. Room was decent for the price and location.

The room had a well sized sitting area and a decent bedroom. The bathroom was what I call a \"one butt bathroom.\" Just big enough to get the door open. The shower was decent, but it took roughly three minutes to get hot water. Then there was a fine line on the water temp being scalding hot or cold. The door also wouldnt close and open well. Location was theckey to this hotel.

The room was nice and the check-in staff was courteous! We used the skywalk to walk to the casino and it’s a good idea to keep from having to go outside however the skywalk and the very long hallway to the casino entrance all smelled terrible. Even inside the casino in most places smelled like sewage. I’m not sure if it was because of the renovations they have going on but I would definitely make sure it didn’t smell before booking here again, which is a bummer because I was super excited about the room with view of the Arch!

I was a little nervous because of all the bad reviews. This is a slightly outdated but absolutely beautiful hotel. For the price and location it was a great choice. Free parking is hard to find these days so that was a plus. There was a skywalk to the casino and 4 dining choices there. Ice cream a short walk away! Beautiful fountain in the foyer! As long as your not 5-star hotel people booking lower you should be satisfied! We had a great stay

All staff were very rude. There was one gentleman working at the pizza and pasta restaurant that was kind and accommodating.

We checked in at 9 pm. Lobby was beautiful and smelt clean. Front desk was friendly. We stayed in room 637 and the room was right off elevator and stunk heavily of smoke and it was a non smoking room. Called front desk and they did nothing. They said they could come spray the room. Was very disappointed about this. They also said smoking rooms were on the eighth and up floors so we should not be smelling this.

Room was not the cleanest but was large and pretty nice, at first sight. There was a second sink, which was good to have outside the bathroom. The downstairs bar was never opened so we asked a staff member about it and she said it had been closed for months. We extended our stay for one extra night and, because we booked on Expedia, the manager at the front desk said we’d have to check out by 11am, on the original day, and check right back in. I’ve extended many trips and have never been told I had to do this. So we went down after midnight on the original check out day and the man at the front was very helpful and got us taken care of. Very weird and inconvenient circumstance, though.

For the price of this hotel, I was expecting upscale. It is anything but upscale. It definitely needs to be updated. It is dirty and run down. The walk to get to the casino is really long. There may have been a drug deal going on out front when we arrived. I definitely did not feel safe here. I would not recommend staying here unless you can get your room for the same price as budget MOTEL. Definitely not worth the price.

NOT a resort by any means but charge a resort fee

Because they are \"connected\" to The Horseshoe & The Four Seasons, they charge a $19.99 plus tax \"resort fee\". There is NOTHING resort-y about this place! NO pool, NO sauna, NO spa, NO wi-fi.. literally just rooms. What am I paying a \"resort fee\" for when I can't even connect to the wifi?! When I was checking out, another guest asked this question and was met with \"we try to inform guests when they check-in that our wi-fi isn't that good\" by a MANAGER! It wasn't even that it wasn't \"that good\", it DIDN'T WORK! Then seriously.. WHAT AM I PAYING A \"RESORT FEE\" FOR?! What are you offering that is worth that, on top of the $160+ a night that I'm already paying? NOTHING, that's what. The staff all acted like they didn't even want to be there. The person that checked me in was paying more attention to the other people checking in at the same time. If you don't like your job, or working with the public, then go work somewhere else. Anywhere else will tell you \"enjoy your stay!\" when they hand you your room keys. This person tossed an envelope with the room keys in it onto the counter with the room number written on it then she continued paying attention to the other people checking in. I had to ask \"I assume this is my room number?\" I got \"yes\" with an eyeroll.

This hotel smelled extremely clean & parking was included. That's about the only thing good about the place. If you're hungry, you better put your shoes on and be ready to walk half a mile to the restaurants in The Horseshoe.

This appears to be an old Embassy Suites hotel that was sold to the casino and not taken care of. The floors in the room were dirty and you could tell when you got in the shower the dirt would run off your feet. The hotel could use some upkeep. Property says online that it has a pool, spa, and bar. All have supposedly been closed for over a year now. The rooms were disgusting the shower was still dirty and had all kinds of stuff all over the walls who knows what it is look like Snot or spit. The drapes in the room had stains on them the bed had stains on it and the carpet was disgusting there was caked on stuff look like where people threw up or something. Very disappointed that this is a Caesar's property.

It was close to everything. But did not like the staff except the manager. We had our luggage held and it took us about 30-40 minutes after we checked in to have someone grab our luggage which was literally in the same room. just that really ruined our impression of this hotel.

We asked the lady who checked us in as we were being checked in to grab our luggage and she refused. She said someone else would grab it if we stood by the door. So that's what we did and no one came.

Then we asked a lady who wasn't really doing much and she got mad at us and told us she was too \"busy\" and someone else would come. No one did.

So then we had to stand all the way back in line and when we got to the front, all the manager did was grab a key or something from a lady who was standing BETWEEN THE TWO LADIES WHO REFUSED TO HELP US IN THE FIRST PLACE. walk ACROSS THE LOBBY WHICH ISN'T THAT BIG, UNLOCK THE DOOR AND VOIALA!! WE HAD OUR LUGGAGE.

We would have gone back to our room but we had been walking around, were sweaty, our changes of clothes were in our suitcases, we were tired, the line of people was only getting longer, and had to be back out and ready for a concert in a couple hours so we needed our bags asap.

It was super frustrating that the other staff members were too lazy to walk around reception and open a door that was maybe 25 feet away. A task that took 20 seconds, turned into 30-40 minutes that was completely unnecessary and wasted our time

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
I made a reservation for the hotel because it’s very close to venue for the concert. First, we arrive at the hotel at 11am. The hotel charges $25 if you check in between 8am-11:50am. $15 for 12pm-4:00pm. We decided to get food and come back to check in. We waited about 30 mins. When we entered the room, there were 2 pair of shoes left in the room. When inform staff who came to get it. We left and arrived back to get dress for the concert. After the concert, we were getting ready for bed & realized a smell. I pulled back the sheets & notice the sheets are dirty & had an odor of urine. I went to the front desk asked for another room and was told she couldn’t help me. She later called & provided us 2 separate room because I needed non smoking. We asked to speak to a manager & was provided a number. I have called multiple times and no call back. Stay away!!! The customer service is horrible.

I think this is a great option if you're going to a big event at the dome - the location is unbeatable because you can walk through the skywalk to the casino to cut over to the dome. T

There were multiple things in the room that just needed to be fixed (one of the lamps didn't work, one of the overhead lights in the bathroom was out, one of the elevators didn't work) - if they were to fix this minor things, then it would have been a GREAT experience.

My recent stay at HoteLumiere was disappointing and uncomfortable. The hotel feels extremely dated and has a gloomy atmosphere throughout. While the room was a decent size, that was about the only positive aspect. It had a strong, unpleasant odor—like stale air mixed with smoke—and the carpet appeared dirty and worn. Housekeeping standards clearly need improvement.

The lobby wasn’t any better. The furniture, particularly the couch meant for guests to sit and mingle, was old and badly worn. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better. HoteLumiere should seriously consider investing in renovations and upgrades, especially considering the amount of business they likely generate.

Most of the staff we encountered did not greet us or seem particularly welcoming. However, I do want to acknowledge one bright spot: a young African American man at the front desk who was exceptionally kind and professional. He truly seemed to enjoy his job, and his attitude stood out in an otherwise lackluster experience. I regret not getting his name.

Overall, I expected much more and left feeling very underwhelmed. To add to the frustration, one set of elevators was out of order during our stay. It’s hard to believe that such a well-known property is being maintained so poorly.

We had requested a smoke-free room ahead of time but upon arrival they said all they had available were smoking rooms due to the hotel being sold-out for an event. The room smelled terrible. The mattress protectors had holes from possible cigarette burns. They only had 3 towels and there were 4 of us and they would not supply us with more towels. The room phone did not work properly and I could not call the front desk. When I attempted to call the front desk with my personal phone I was routed to a call center. There was an alarm that went off inside the hotel at approx 1:30am and I wasn’t sure what it meant. I assumed if it was a fire the sprinklers would have gone off. There are 4 elevators in the hotel and only 2 were working. My room ended up in the 8th floor. I regretted booking this hotel for $225 for the night and on top of that you get a $20 something resort fee for facilities I didn’t even use. Staff was not the friendliest but I do not blame them if they didn’t have the resources.

For $500 per night my expectations were probably high but I’ve stayed at $100 per hotels that had more amenities, more courteous staff and in better operating condition. Several customers rooms were not ready so that made getting any additional help from the staff impossible. There was literally a lobby full of people waiting making it hard to traverse the facility. The front set of elevators was out of order so that added to the frustration. No WiFi made it impossible to use our phones. Not enough outlets in the sleeping area so we could not use our sleep apnea machines. After 11pm the front desk refused to answer the phone. The hotel was clean and comfortable but no where near worth the money for the stay.

Oh man where to even begin. Let's start with there was a poop stain on our bed when we got to our first room. Then looking, there was a poop stain on the toilet seat as well. Hair still in tub. We went to the front desk, they said they were all booked but somehow found another room. If everything in the area wasn't booked up, trust me, we would have left. Second room was better (how can it be worse than a poop stain everywhere though) but still not clean but we wanted to move on with our \"getaway\" so we tried to find food in the area but there is nothing around this hotel. Its a scary area to walk around too. Hotel smelled like sewage, elevators dont work, no pool, the bar that use to be in the lobby area isn't open anymore. The staff at the front desk were rude and on their phones. The casino.. chairs are worn and buttons stick, and soda machines suck. I couldn't find much positivity in this stay. Never will stay here or visit here again. I suggest you don't either.
