Room 210 has a light outside the bedroom window that shines all night which is annoying! Our room was warm and we had the window open for air and cooling. The small fan for not adequately cool the room. The fire pit was below our room and the gang was there talking until 10pm. We were exhausted from driving all day and wanted to rest. We did not sleep well.

Overall stay was just okay. Convenient location with limited parking. Sink was clogged. Just an older facility and I expected more from the Expedia description.

The property had an excellent location. The gondola is only about 2 blocks away. The fire pit was nice. I wish I had enjoyed it more often . But, I did use it on my last night & met 2 nice couples. The breakfast is nice to take back to your room. If you get warm, fans are in the drawer under the TV. I failed to ask until I was checking out.

Wonderful location just off the main street of Telluride and close to the Gondala. The hotel is unfussy; simple, clean, friendly. Firepit was a nice bonus. Didn't use the hot tub, though it was tempting after a long day of hiking! Breakfast is simple and needs to be taken to your room.

Arrived to a waiting room & balcony with people waiting to check in. There were 4 other families before us & another came in when 1st person was checking in. Sign on desk said running errands be back soon. Then a number only if it was an emergency.. 4:10 one of the other people called. They had already been waiting 20 mins. Check in is at 4pm. He came about 5 mins later. Limited tight parking behind house. I believe I requested 1st floor when I booked because there’s No elevator ‘ NO Air Conditioning. Main level is 2nd floor, Even w cooler weather it’s very stuffy. My husband caught sight of the basement rooms when he went for ice & a door was open for air & extremely small. They need to leave windows open until people arrive at least. Room was hot because bathroom heat lamp was on & room closed up. There is 1 small fan. I opened a window & put fan on small table mainly because it’s the only outlets I could find usable & those are at floor level. Opened window for air & had to listen to those in the hot tub a few feet from our room. Room appears clean but dated. There’s a very small kitchenette/sink & electric burner are 1 unit & next to each other in a 3 foot space w nothing between the 2. Not the safest setup. Small sink for bathroom next to it with a wall divining them. Bathroom is Very small. Breakfast is grab & go/it was non existent after a couple of families went through soon after they put it out & did not refill. Worse nights sleep in a long time while traveling.

Wonderful property and location is amazing! Staff is great and property is clean. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the mattresses are hard as a rock and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The people above us were walking around late which kept us know and felt sore after sleeping on the mattresses. Everything else was wonderful!

The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay

Other than fruit - breakfast had gluten. No one there to check us in when arrived as out running errands. I guess I expected more for a $300+US stay (double what I generally pay). Don't use hot tub. Fireplace is a nice touch but shutting off at 10 is a bit early 11 would have been nicer.

the reservation was cancelled within the appropriate time frame and I was charged >$400 anyhow with absolutely no customer service available from either the hotel or expedia despite multiple attempts. The reservation actually never even existed in expedia after it was made and no one could figure out why.

Great location in old town Telluride. Only 200 yards from resort gondola. You are within a 5 minute walk of all town businesses. Grocery store/market is two blocks east of hotel. Hotel room is clean and parking in rear of property. This place is not fancy, nor loaded with amenities.

Staff was excellent! Love the Cinamon buns for breakfast! As I’m a picky eater never like muffins in hotel continental breakfasts. Thanks to Cinamon buns I had the breakfast at this hotel. Only thing we felt too warm in the night there was no way to regulate the heater so we opened the windows & we were fine. The TV didn’t work. My husband wanted to watch football on Christmas Day but he couldn’t on the TV. Other than it was an excellent stay!

After talking to the front desk yesterday morning they assured me I would have no issue with late check in. I arrived at the site at 10 pm and could not get ahold of anyone for hours. They also did not leave my keys for late check in in the the box outside. Finally after 2 and a half hours the owner called me back. At that time he asked if I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else but nothing would have been available to check in at 1 am. Owner could not have cared less about wasting my time waiting to get in touch with someone on site. Instead of checking in at 10 when I arrived, I didn’t get into my room until 1245 am. Once I got access to the room the accommodations were sub par and dirty. Would not recommend staying at this venue to anyone.

Our shower had shampoo overflowing from the dispenser all over the wall into the tub. It was stifling hot in our room even with the windows open. Paper thin walls and loud groups of people laughing and carrying on, slamming the doors while they were coming to their rooms. Coffee pot couldn’t be plugged in where they had the machine. Had to move it either to the floor or to a small counter beside the bathroom sink. Beds were hard as a rock.

The \"Continental\" breakfast was great, fresh warm cinnamon rolls, banana bread, chobani Greek yogurt, fresh boiled eggs, and oatmeal plus a few other goodies. The room had a mini fridge with a freezer, really like that convenience but no microwave. The room was quite big and I'm confused why there wasn't a king bed it 2 queens, but the bus was comfortable and the bathroom had a great back lit mirror, hear for makeup. Loved the Jacuzzi, it was cold and rainy so no fire pit for us. Great location, convenience, and breakfast. Thanks

We stayed here for the Blues and Brews festival. It is a super convenient location and the staff was very friendly. Market was 2 blocks away, gondola 2 blocks and main street the same. We had a corner unit, which was quite roomy. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Telluride hotels are overpriced in general and that is unfortunate. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Location, location, location … that was the best thing about this property. It was walkable to everything we did. The actual property itself was a little underwhelming however … it has a 4-5 star price tag because of the location, but more of a motel feel as far as what else it has to offer.
