Wonderful property and location is amazing! Staff is great and property is clean. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the mattresses are hard as a rock and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The people above us were walking around late which kept us know and felt sore after sleeping on the mattresses. Everything else was wonderful!

Breakfast was good- hard boiled egg, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, homemade cinnamon rolls and muffins, yogurt, fruit, and juices and hot beverages. Bed was comfy. Location is great. Parking is tricky. I did not use the hottub or fire pit, but both looked nice.

We just stayed for one overnight, but the hotel was in a very walkable, cozy part of town. Room was clean and sufficient for an overnight. Breakfast in the morning was very basic; coffee, juices, big cinnamon rolls. Do not hesitate to book a room.

The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay

Other than fruit - breakfast had gluten. No one there to check us in when arrived as out running errands. I guess I expected more for a $300+US stay (double what I generally pay). Don't use hot tub. Fireplace is a nice touch but shutting off at 10 is a bit early 11 would have been nicer.

This hotel should not be rated 4 star. It is more like a 2 star hotel. I paid way too much for the quality of this hotel and did not enjoy my stay there. I should have read more reviews before booking.

The room was definitely tired and banged up. The staff was courteous enough. Breakfast was definitely grab and go. There was not really a place to sit and talk with other visitors. Overall, not bad. A bit pricey for what you got but they do a great location to the gondola and skiing was all I was concerned about. Amenities would be subpar for many who are looking for a posh hotel.

the reservation was cancelled within the appropriate time frame and I was charged >$400 anyhow with absolutely no customer service available from either the hotel or expedia despite multiple attempts. The reservation actually never even existed in expedia after it was made and no one could figure out why.

Great location in old town Telluride. Only 200 yards from resort gondola. You are within a 5 minute walk of all town businesses. Grocery store/market is two blocks east of hotel. Hotel room is clean and parking in rear of property. This place is not fancy, nor loaded with amenities.

The location of this place is amazing and the front desk staff are very friendly. So it is still a place I would return to.

That said, daily maid service was non existent so needed to visit the front desk staff for toilet paper and assistance as to where we should empty our room’s trash can. I wasn’t expecting that.

Staff was excellent! Love the Cinamon buns for breakfast! As I’m a picky eater never like muffins in hotel continental breakfasts. Thanks to Cinamon buns I had the breakfast at this hotel. Only thing we felt too warm in the night there was no way to regulate the heater so we opened the windows & we were fine. The TV didn’t work. My husband wanted to watch football on Christmas Day but he couldn’t on the TV. Other than it was an excellent stay!

Love the place. Very close to the TramWay, which takes you up the mountains for free, and you get an amazing view. Very safe area, and everyone is just walking around at night. Very lovely, quiet town.

The room was spotless and had an incredible view, but the best part about this Inn is that it’s walking distance to the gondola (like a 2 minute walk), and the staff is wonderful! We had Alix help us during our booking, who helped us make our stay at the Inn extra special. This is a wonderful Inn and we will absolutely be coming back!

After talking to the front desk yesterday morning they assured me I would have no issue with late check in. I arrived at the site at 10 pm and could not get ahold of anyone for hours. They also did not leave my keys for late check in in the the box outside. Finally after 2 and a half hours the owner called me back. At that time he asked if I wanted a refund so I could go somewhere else but nothing would have been available to check in at 1 am. Owner could not have cared less about wasting my time waiting to get in touch with someone on site. Instead of checking in at 10 when I arrived, I didn’t get into my room until 1245 am. Once I got access to the room the accommodations were sub par and dirty. Would not recommend staying at this venue to anyone.

Our shower had shampoo overflowing from the dispenser all over the wall into the tub. It was stifling hot in our room even with the windows open. Paper thin walls and loud groups of people laughing and carrying on, slamming the doors while they were coming to their rooms. Coffee pot couldn’t be plugged in where they had the machine. Had to move it either to the floor or to a small counter beside the bathroom sink. Beds were hard as a rock.

We like the proximity to everything, walking distance. The \"Continental\" breakfast was great, fresh warm cinnamon rolls, banana bread, chobani Greek yogurt, fresh boiled eggs, and oatmeal plus a few other goodies. The room had a mini fridge with a freezer, really like that convenience but no microwave. The room was quite big and I'm confused why there wasn't a king bed it 2 queens, but the bus was comfortable and the bathroom had a great back lit mirror, hear for makeup. Loved the Jacuzzi, it was cold and rainy so no fire pit for us. Great location, convenience, and breakfast. Thanks

The first morning we were there, the shower had no hot water and the coffee maker stopped draining into the pot after only half a cup. We had hot water the second morning but, even though we had told the front desk about the problem, the coffee maker still didn't work properly. It's not minor; we get up before area coffee shops open and need our caffeine fixes.

Great location--easily walkable to the gondola and the center of town. Off the main street enough it's not too noisy. Parking isn't great..limited space in the small lot and street parking nearby is limited. Thin walls make it easy to hear your neighbors.

No hot water, no one to inform, no one at the desk every time I went to office, didn't shower for 2 days - no hot water, even the phone in the room was just sitting there - no cords, no cords to plug in - nothing.
Only part that is good is that the Inn is in Telluride, otherwise a $75.00 motel room.

We stayed here for the Blues and Brews festival. It is a super convenient location and the staff was very friendly. Market was 2 blocks away, gondola 2 blocks and main street the same. We had a corner unit, which was quite roomy. The continental breakfast was better than expected. Telluride hotels are overpriced in general and that is unfortunate. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Location, location, location … that was the best thing about this property. It was walkable to everything we did. The actual property itself was a little underwhelming however … it has a 4-5 star price tag because of the location, but more of a motel feel as far as what else it has to offer. It had everything we needed and the location made up for A LOT, but the other aspects lead us to be underwhelmed at this price point.

This property has a great location; all of Telluride is walkable distance. It is very close to the gondola to Mountain Village. It has a nice outdoor gas fireplace with rocking chairs.
However, the rooms are very basic; it is like staying at a motel - no special touches. the bathroom could use some updating. There was really nothing \"victorian\" about it.
It served its purpose - the bed was comfortable and everything worked but it does not have any character.
The other really negative is that the walls are paper thin. I had to get up at 4:45 a.m. to climb Wilson Peak so tried to go to bed at 9. The folks by the fire quieted down by about 10 so that wasn't so bad. However, the people in the room next to me came in about 11:30 and they were so noisy, it was impossible to sleep. They turned on the TV which was on the wall next to the head board of my bed. I finally got up at 1 a.m. and knocked on their door and asked them to turn down the TV. He was apologetic and they turned the TV off but then, of course, I could not get back to sleep. Needless to say, it was not the nice sleep I had hoped to get.
I did manage to get up on time and made the peak so it worked out but it would have been nice to get a good sleep.

We loved the location—just steps from the gondola, shops, and dining, which made exploring super easy. It was also close to some trail heads. However, parking was a challenge since there weren’t enough spaces for all the guests. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. Our room was uncomfortably warm at night, and we didn’t discover the small window fans hidden in a drawer until our second night (and only because I went to the front desk to ask for a fan). They helped a little, but not enough to sleep well. We also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of elephants every 5 minutes and no front desk staff available after 9 p.m., so we had to deal with the noise all night and left exhausted for a long drive home. Overall, it was just okay—I wouldn’t stay here again.
