Hotel has very large rooms, mine was around 17m long, but shower cubicle was less than a metre, which didn't make sense. Shower was unpredictable and only once did I feel comfortable to continuous warm water. Hotel advertises 2 swimming pools, but there is only one, outside one which is not heated. Also advertises a SPA, which never worked and the person who I eventually found in the health suite did not want to discuss reasons and actually walked away. Beach is a good 10 minutes walk away, the walk is not pleasant as you have to walk on the road which is very dusty, walk past a number of stray cats and dogs, fight your way through traffic etc. Beach is very nice though, but you need to pay to go onto it. Lot of local take aways bt you need to be good in speaking Arabic to get what you want. Hotel occupies only the first floor and the 11th floor, the rest of the building seems deserted. wi-fi is also poor between the floors and you frequently lose connections. at times for over an hour. One day there was no wi-fi, only found this out by asking what was wrong.

It is a dirty place. Bad customer service. There is a lot of trash in front of the hotels. Tens of dogs in front of hotel. Bad and uneven roofs

Staff is really friendly.❤️ I had a great stay there. Thank you for the warm welcome!

- Gym is tiny, however, it’s got all the necessary equipments to complete your workout sessions

Some things to note:

- Hotel area is not the best for tourists
- Uber/Taxis are going to be your best friend, unless you own a car
- Limited dining around the area

I like the hotel..
The presidential suite was so big and the bed was so comfortable .. but don’t ever buy a pizza from the hotel it was soooooo bad..

Very poor amenities, fair view and bad location for anyone who is searching for enjoyment.
Also very you will restricted with extremely limited options while you are at the hotel nothing to do expect staying in your room. The food also wasn't as expected. No sea access anywhere which is the easiest option they could make to partner up with Mamoura Beach and give their residences this option .

Hotel was clean nice pillows and mattress and I loved the spacious shower. Only advise do not book on the first floor next to the pool too noisy and one thing I didn’t like was there was a door to the next room even though it’s locked from both ends you can hear the other people talk.

Nice hotel. Good swimming pools, gym and nice rooms. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi shouldn’t be an extra charge to use but nonetheless great options at a hotel. Amazing breakfast and WiFi. The front desk receptionist, Alaa, was a really big help getting us settled in. He definitely went above and beyond to which is what you want to see from the first person you meet at the hotel.
