The Manager and front desk staff were generally courteous.
However, to access the rooms could require a walk of up to 300m (approx) uphill from reception. The facility is wired 220V with NO provision for charging regular phones or laptop unless you're lucky to get an adapter at front desk.
There was no provision for getting food or dinner on site at evening time.

The hotel was Okay. To get to certain rooms was a very steep incline, but it’s because Grenada is a very hilly country. The rooms were Okay, a little outdated and could have been better attended to. The restaurant was good. The pool was small but nice. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating.

The staff at the Siesta Hotel couldn’t be nicer. They were very accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could use some attention when it comes to comfort. A desk lamp, lounge chair with a reading lamp, a luggage rack, a shelf in the bathroom and over the refrigerator to hold dishes and silverware, coffee pot and cups and glasses would have made it more comfortable. A little more attention to the decor would have made the room more inviting. Providing toiletries such as lotion and body wash would have been appreciated. While the room was situated with a beautiful view, these suggestions would have enhanced the experience.

My daughter and I absolutely loved the Siesta. The hotel is located across the street from Grand Anse beach, Spiceland grocery store, Cummin Up BBQ, Umbrellas, KFC, Spiceland Mall, and an atm so there’s really no need for many amenities at the hotel based on its great location. Also, the Siesta is very kid/ family friendly, and they do not sell alcohol at the hotel. Nighttime is very peaceful and quiet here. I booked the hilltop suite which provided a luxurious view to wake up to every morning. When any questions or concerns arose, Deon and Bayan were very resourceful. Mrs. Deon is very kind and hospitable. She ensured my taxi reservation upon arrival, always greeted us with warmth, genuine care, and explained how I can make coco tea. I bought some from the grocery store and made some for my family as soon as I returned to the states. By the way, this hotel has the best passion fruit juice. I would recommend to remind house keep to change the towels as opposed to having the same ones throughout the stay. My daughter and I visited the beach often requiring multiple showers throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel by far over most.

My stay at Siesta hotel was quite pleasant. Parking was close to the room. The room was simple but clean. It offered a fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfortable.The air conditioning was working well. The shower had a surprisingly strong water pressure. The proximity to grand anse beach is a plus (walking distance). The reasonable price makes it a great value (hotels by the beach cost a small fortune). I would stay there again anytime.

While the place is nice and the staff was wonderful, if you book at this property please be sure to ask for a room closer to ground level. I had to walk up three steep hills to get to my room. They do not provide transportation to the top room. Purchasing a golf cart would be a great investment. Great exercise for those looking for it. I wasn’t!

Nothing was good. They canceled my reservation because they don't accept service dogs. This was after l had checked in and walked a half mile hill to the room.

The property sits on a very hilly slope which was not only strenuous but exhausting. Day 2 at night, I realized I didn’t have hot water, especially at night which was very uncomfortable. My toilet handle was loose and I had to push it in and turn it to flush the toilet. I lost a ring and the staff attempted to help me find it but I’m not sure how it went missing and never turned up. I didn’t receive any help going down the hill to check-out but I also didn’t request it. I’ve been to other hotels that are on slopes and they usually will take people back and forth on carts. I asked if they could notify me if they found my ring and was told no before leaving to the airport.

We stayed 12 nights at the Siesta Hotel. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the dive shop and because it offered apartments with a kitchenette and a private balcony. It is also close to restaurants as well as a supermarket. The apartment was spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable, the price was very reasonable. The hotel staff was friendly and promptly took care of any issues with our room.
TIP: Bring a flashlight for walking at night. Morne Rouge does not have a sidewalk; it is safer to cut through the parking lot of the Youth Center in order to access Grand Anse Main Rd which has a sidewalk.

I am a repeat guest at Siesta Hotel Grenada. I attempted to reserve a two-bedroom apartment for the Old Year into the New Year period and was advised that full payment was required. A buggy or some sort of transportation is definitely needed to go up and down hill to suite/rooms at top of hill. Especially if you cannot walk properly or an older person.

Most everything about this hotel is fantastic and it is amazingly clean and well equipped. The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect. This would be an overall perfect rating if it were not for the lack of hot water in the apartment I stayed in (unit 53 top of hilltop).

What I did not like was that we had to walk to our room which was on a hill and it was tiring to get there. They need to get a golf cart for transportation when necessary. There was not always hot water at night and early mornings- at these times the water was lukewarm so the shower was not always enjoyable.
There were broken tiles in our room which was a safety concern and the safe to store valuables was not working.
Also needed another garbage bin in the room besides the small one in the bathroom.

My stay at siesta hotel was perfect. The staff were exceptional and the room was clean. I stayed at the hilltop suite and deeply appreciated the workers that brought my luggage up for me. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Grenada. The hotels location was central to everything. A five minute walk to a beach which was perfect in the early mornings or evening. The were so many restaurants near the hotel which were delicious.
