Not the best experience - definitely not worth the money we paid.
1- our room shower was not clean.
2- the coffee machine in our room did not have a pot; staff refused to replace or fix it. We were told, ah you can coffee tomorrow morning from breakfast room.
I ended up boiling water in an old sauce pan for a cup of tee (this was literally waht the girl at the front desk told me to do)!
3- The young girl working on the front desk clearly had zero desire to work this job. The way she answered ... prrfff
4- Pool is not working. Which was very weir, because the pictures of the facility uploaded 1 week before I booked clearly showed the pool. Also none of the communications told me that pool is out of order for the past 3 years!

Anyways, unfortunate, and wished I chose any of the nearby other options.

The young Lady that was working the front desk on the morning of Monday and Tuesday March 2nd and 3rd, needs some training in customer service.
I asked her a simple question about switching out the towels in my room because I was there for a few days, she was very rude and disrespectful.
The next day as I was in the breakfast area I could see her on the phone at the front desk and when she hung up the phone she was flailing her arms in the air as if she were having a temper tantrum.

We choose this hotel as a half way meeting point with family from NYC. The POOL was not open and that is one of the main reasons we choose this particular location. We stayed two nights. Breakfast on Wednesday morning was great. Breakfast this morning was really just confusing. Scrambled eggs were yellow AND white. The nice potatoes they had on Wed were not there, nor the french toast sticks. We will only go back when and if the pool is repaired. Please announce on your website when amenities are unavailable.

The Residence Inn was fantastic. When you walk in, it is warm and smells so nice. There were always cookies and fresh water out along with hot tea and coffee. The buffet breakfast had everything and the sitting area was spread out with not only tables but comfortable couches by the fireplace. The Residence Inn was in impeccable condition. The rooms had been renovated and had fully equipped conditions. The gym was like brand new with filtered water and towels. The equipment was in great condition. The pool area was enormous though I didn’t see anyone using it during our 3 day stay end of December. The location was also fantastic. 1 minute drive to tons of restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, the Residence Inn exceeded my expectations and I would 100% recommend it!!

I have stayed here for years off and on - the current people \"climate\" is very visible at breakfast, where there is a consistent contingent of people who very clearly need assistance or are being allowed to assist kitchen staff. I'm completely compassionate for homeless and disadvantaged and it seems the hotel is as well. If that is the trend, then I would like the cost of staying here adjusted - I will still book here. Otherwise the property is high-class for the area, I appreciate its consistency for me as a work traveler and always the official employee staff has been A+.

Pretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room.

The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night.

Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change.

Good breakfast buffet area with 4 hot options (eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, French toast sticks), cereals, yogurts, breads/toasts/English muffins, coffee/tea, many juices. Ample space in lobby or outdoors to sit and eat.

They have a beer/wine electronic dispenser in the lobby. You purchase an electronic card and then it will dispense a fixed amount.

Very close to the on-ramp to Route 199, so it’s a very quick to get to the Kingston-Rhinebeck bridge and cross the river.

I would definitely stay here again.

NO POOL SINCE COVID. (Website shows pool!) NO WORKING ICE MAKER EXCEPT KITCHEN AND STAFF HAD TO BE BOTHERED TO GATHER IT. New thermostat never worked despite mechanic(?) and myself setting it. They DID move me across hall but first room never got cool. Breakfast hours of 0630-0900 are ludicrous unless you are a temporary medical worker with early hours. I moved to a Hampton Inn across the street where my grandson had a pool: people actually cared about their loyalty members and breakfast is served 0600-1000. You just don’t have a cooktop, large refrigerator or dishwasher. Bed was nice. Housekeeping every other day. Also can opener did not work and desk staff didn’t check in laundry storage where 20+ openers were found the morning I left. Maintenance guy Steve was absolutely the BEST!! The location manager is awful- totally non-caring. Never again will I stay in Residence Inn. Marriott properties have fallen off in quality over the past 10-15 years. Local franchisees don’t really care about clients-only the bottom line.

Two spacious bedrooms with spacious bathrooms, nice and cozy living room. A big fridge with all the pots and pans, cup and plates like almost everything you need. We love everything about this hotel. It’s a five star hotel in my opinion.

I feel that the pool wasn’t working and no Jacuzzi so I was over billed for this and they mistakenly bill me more than I should’ve been billed with for 1600 then on the way out they told me I was only built 1512 and I still owed 400 and something dollars Getting on my car. They’re still $1600 bill so obviously there’s a problem and I’m gonna take it up with the business and a Better Business Bureau if this bill isn’t taken care of correctly
