It was a last minute stay and they were very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, everything was clean. Easy check in/check out. The front desk staff was very nice. They had a complimentary breakfast. Everything was very good, and had a really nice selection for breakfast. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

The facilities were fine. The staff was fine. The public spaces were excellently appointed the breakfast was terrific.
I would have preferred that the room had a comfortable chair. The only place to sit down was the bed or the desk chair. The desk chair was too low and I did not see any way to raise it. In another concern I had was there is no heat in the bathroom. The air temperature was fine but the walls, tub, toilet, sink and tile floor were uncomfortably cold. Because of this, I will probably avoid coming back back to this hotel. My wife and I are both in our 70s, and temperature is now much more important to us.

One thing I did notice was the staff, especially the housekeeping staff were working very hard. I could not believe witnessing them cleaning the doors so I do give the cleanliness of the rooms a five.
I wish the bed wasn’t so hard! The bathroom really wasn’t handicap accessible. There was no bars by the toilet. The shower did not have a handle. It was very slippery and actually dangerous. I had to ask for a chair for the shower. This is always disappointing to a handicap person

Nice hotel in Kingston

Really nice breakfast with oatmeal make your own waffles eggs etc. Beds were comfortable and pillows were very fluffy. Coffee in the foyer area at all times. The hotel was set back from road so gps was having a little trouble. The street was basically a franchise row with a cvs next door. Pool and small gym also there.
