Quaint hotel in a great location. Steps from good coffee, good food and the Basilica!
Chris
Check in was easy Room decent size with a nice bed, breakfast was okay, nice presentation, close to restaurants and main part of town, the ruins were 10 minutes drive, museum was 10 minute walk
Amy
Room was just so-so, but location was fantastic for grabbing a coffee and walking around the sites. Cute bar next door was a great place to grab a drink with locals on a warm night. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We spent one night at this hotel, and we really enjoyed it. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel itself very clean. There was nice patio, and breakfast was very filling. The room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for what we needed since we were only there for one night. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located about 5 mins walk from the center of Selçuk and about a 45-minute walk from Ephesus.

Breakfast was great, manager was very accommodating and engaging. The Breakfast lady was so sweet. Location was fantastic.
Better beds, bathrooms, cleaner grounds, but they were quick to change.

1. The room's walls were as thin as paper. We were awake off and on until 1am, trying not to listen to other guests' conversations. Although they were not speaking loudly, we could hear almost every word.
2. There was no hot water in the shower. Lukewarm, at best.

I thought this place was overpriced. The rooms are tiny (bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever seen), breakfast time is too late for us (although quality of breakfast was ok) as they said it starts at 8:30 but it was served closer to 9 am. Overall it was not good value

Great location. Comfy bed. Some noise from kids in other rooms that could be heard through the night

Lovely stay
Really nice stay, everything as it says in the information and photos. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and nice, quiet location. Definitely recommend!
Susana
friendliness and excellent service
Öskan received us close to 10 pm and booked a tour for the next day for us - also booked airport transfer and was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood - the location is excellent - quiet but close to the action.
Susanne
Great location, quiet, close to dining and amenities. Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast. Would stay here again.

Check in between 3pm and 5:30pm is terribly restrictive on an itinerary and inconvenient. Breakfast between 9am and noon is another inconvenience. I doubt I'm the only person wanting to be out and about before then. When I inquired of a restaurant I was refed to local restaurants and not that there was one on the premises. It was a nice clean stay in a tiny room. Pay attention to the room size.
Ana
Very nice hotel, comfortable and the staff and service were super nice, they were very attentive at breakfast and in the evening we open a bottle of wine in the terrace and they provide the glasses and something to eat with the wine 🍷

Amazing cute place and very good service.

The Pikan Ephesus is a wonderful small boutique hotel in a great location.Very clean with lovely owners who will help any way they can .They also serve a great traditional breakfast
Located On a side street behind the museum and also within walking distance of the ruins, good for a little exercise after eating to much delicious Turkish cuisine . It’s hard to decide which restaurant to try first and all within a short stroll.
We highly recommend this hotel

Hotel pequeno e super aconchegante.

Super cute hotel in selcuk! Would stay here again. Check in was easy and they upgraded our room for us for free in February 2025. The nice breakfast was filling and light. The room was cold, but it warmed up to a comfortable temperature. Bathroom was excellent. Walking distance to coffee shops, St. John’s basilica, and a short drive to Ephesus. We rented a car and had free street parking.

Pikan Ephesus Hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with great local flavors. The location is ideal, close to Ephesus yet quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this charming hotel and would gladly stay again!

I only stayed for 1 night however I really enjoyed my stay. I went in December but I’d love to come back during the summer months. The property was very well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is situated in a convenient location amongst other boutique style hotels and restaurants. Major attractions such as Isa bey cami, St. John’s basilica, Ephesus museum, and selcuk castle are within 10 min walking distance away. I personally even walked to the Ephesus ancient city which took approx 45 mins. If you aren’t a walker or wanna travel to near by regions such as Izmir, the selcuk bus station is about 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Joan
perfect place in selcuk
Stylish and clean, brand new place. Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful, welcoming. Just a short walk to restaurants and the museum.
Andrew
I had a lovely room in this little boutique style hotel. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Charming, quiet hotel centrally located.

I felt safe and good at the Pikan Hotel. The staff are excellent and are there to help you in any way.
The area is a different from what a westerner may know, but safe, walkable, close to all amenities, and tucked away from the main streets.
I would stay here again.

Eski Şarap mahzeni diye bir odaya girdik , kapı kolu arızalı, klima kumandası calısmıyor, rutubet kokuyor. Acıkcaısı şok olduk , umarız mahzeni depoya falan cevirirler

Kahvaltı güzel,çalışanlar ilgili oda temiz sadece girişteki odalar yola çok yakındı

Odam tertemizdi.

Eu recomendo o hotel e
certamente voltarei a me hospedar lá quando eu voltar àquela região.

Selçuk'a gittiğimde yine kesinlikle bu oteli seçerim.
