Great property in a tranquil location. The staff could not have been nicer in all areas, from breakfast to reception. The reservations department was very accommodating with my guests who had mobility challenges. Their golf cart transportation is a nice perk! Views are fantastic and onsite food is delicious.

My ferry was cancelled the first day. couldnt get to the island due to inclement weather. all ferries were cancelled or delayed by 15 plus hrs. My first day was not refunded, or credited. - or even partily refunded.The lady at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders and said there were many people in the same situation. So is that suppose to make me feel better? Bad situation made worse. not impressed.

The hot tub might have been nice in the cooler weather but in the middle of summer a private pool would have been far better :)

We loved every minute of our stay at St Johns Hotel in Mykonas. All the staff were so professional and attentive. The rooms were of an exceptional standard and tended twice a day. The hotel itself is worthy of its 5 star rating as is the food and breakfast. With Mykonas town just 20 mins away its perfectly located with fantastic views over the bay and a complimentary shuttle service into town was so useful as parking in town tends to be a challenge. They have a great private beach and a series of discrete lifts which take you from the beach to the reception all the to the reception if you want to avoid steps. I would definitely return and recommend it.

This place was amazing! It was like a dream. The views of the sea were stunning and the cleanliness was spot on. The staff were absolutely amazing, attentive, and very friendly. We were greeted with a warm welcome and they did not forget our face every time we walked by. The room service was amazing and the breakfast was even more amazing, I’ll never forget the staff there, the housekeepers kept our room very clean and neat and also left us a treat! I would stay at this hotel for months if I could! Thanks to everyone there 😊 I had an amazing time.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. They offer shuttle services to the town every hour, which is very convenient. The food and drinks are delicious as well. The private pool and the rooms are very nice and clean. I would definitely return.

I'll start with the good, the property was beautiful and staff was friendly. The reason I gave 3 starts rather than 5, there is nothing in walking distance from the hotel. The overall vibe of the hotel was a bit sleepy, the pool for instance was very nice but dead silence all day. Definitely could have used some music to add to the atmosphere. They charge an outrageous amount of money to leave the hotel and they advise you not to attempt walking anywhere as the roads have no sidewalks and are very narrow ( you are basically walking in the middle of the street) if you get a car it's a minimum of about $40 each way no matter what! A 5 min car ride or 8 minute car ride round trip expect to pay $80-$95 just to leave each day. What's upseting about this is on our last day a couple informed us of a free shuttle the hotel has in the evenings to tale people to town! NO ONE TOLD US we visited concierge multiple times talking about going to town and it was never mentioned or offered to us. Also there is a convent buss stop just a few minutes walking distance that we discovered on the last day. So I definitely recommend researching your transport options or staying closer to town. I would have rented an ATV but you need international driver license in Greece even to rent these. So car rental and drive or take the buss and free shuttles or you will be robbed with car fair.

This resort was okay, left room for improvement. The most disappointing part was the breakfast, its chaos, absolutely horrible. No order and not enough waiters. Housekeeping was subpar. And parts of the resort smelled old and outdated. Definitely not a luxury hotel. The view was amazing though.

This is one of the most exquisite resorts I have ever stayed in. The staff is super friendly and professional, the rooms are sparkling clean and the cleaning staff goes out of its way to keep them clean during your stay. Facilities are outstanding, easy to reach them from any point in the property. They have 3 elevators that take you to the different levels of the property. And last, but not least, they serve a very opulent breakfast. You can't possibly eat everything they serve at breakfast. There is such a big array of choices that you'll have to put a stop on your desire to taste everything if you don't want to die eating!

We had wonderful stay at hotel. Amazing view from our balcony. Very clean. Restaurant and Spa staff provided excellent service. Ladies at front desk were excellent with explaining about the room and property. A lady concierge was alaways available to helps with the restaurant reservation and getting us Taxi.
A front desk guy needs some additional training to be polite to his customers and maybe little smile will help. He was asking if we want to pay the tip for receptionist. We never heard of this tipping in USA. I believe the our cost to hotel should cover their tips and bonuses.
I would definitely recommend that hotel should provide the morning and early evening shuttles with free of cost.

This place view wise was absolutely stunning! The views are priceless. I watch the sun set from my room everyday for seven days and it was breathtaking. The pool area was beautiful at night it looked like a star lite sky also very clean. The food at all restaurants was average a little different but good. We had a room with the pool and an ocean view, however we didn’t use the pool cause the water was too cold. A few dislikes was housekeeping rang our door bell at 10pm for towels we didn’t ask for on more then one Occasion, we asked for our mini bar the be stocked of beers and the young man said he’d be back but never came. The front desk well that another story, the gentleman up there was very nice and we appreciate him. However the ladies unsure of names we asked for a adaptor as we are from the US, she said they don’t supply them even thought it’s in there hand book that they do, and we did get one after we wrote a review, we called to inquire about late checkout and got a run around so we changed our mind, called to get our luggage picked up for checkout two times and it took 40 minutes so I walked to the front desk, we called to inquire about a service she said she’ll call back but never did. Everywhere we went they asked for a Tip as well and my fiancé is a HUGE tipper, however smiling, checking on your guest, saying please and thank you go along way. Which no one did. Overall if your going for a few days It’s worth the experience and the views.

The hotel was nice but the transportation was horrible. They have a golf service that would take about 40 mins to get you and they kept saying 5 minutes. Even when they would call for taxis it would take forever. The cleaning service was great the hotel was nice but for the amount of money we paid it should be top notch. As it’s Mykonos, it’s on a hillside. Tons of steps . My wife has vision issues and found the lack of handrails at steps and even at the pools very stressful .

Drinks are expensive, but then the whole of the island is pretty much, good airport transfer for €10 each way (shared). Room was stunning (had sea view), though coffee machine could have been better (no spoons provided which was a a minor inconvenience), comfy bed (pillows could have been better, they were quite 'inflated' and not very pliable, but this is of course subjective). Other than that, all good. TV not up to much channel wise, but no issue really there, with just a few channels to choose from. I didn't eat in the restaurants there, as was travelling alone so ordered on Wolt (which is almost like Uber Eats) during my stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Nice sunbeds around the pool and on the small private beach area, really comfy cushions! The hotel could be a bit restrictive for anyone with mobility issues, as you need to take either 2/3 lifts down to the beach, or walk ramps/stairs. Spa not great, facility wise. I did have a massage which was nice but the spa area has seen better days and could do with upgrading.

I had to fight with the front desk multiple times to get WHAT I PAID FOR. They pretended that the regular room was what I paid for even though the pictures and description was different.

Everything about this hotel was incredible. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped arrange a car to and from the airport. We made reservations for lunch and dinner at the amazing on site restaurants, as well as massages at the spa. All amazing. The pool and beach area were not over crowded and perfect for relaxing. The views and rooms were perfect. It was one of the best bathroom set ups I have ever seen in a hotel. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone traveling to Mykonos.

I have never experienced such a thing without anybody fixing it, and I definitely was not expecting it from a five-star resort. To the owner woman, you should visit the property and see what’s up with the new management. Beautiful pool and view of the sea. Infinity pool, and a smaller pool with jets that look like it used to be a hot tub at one time but the water is cold. Spa service with a massage was wonderful especially the heated sauna and steam room for free afterward. Breakfast buffet was unbelievably good. I had one lunch and one dinner there and the food was just OK, small portions, and very expensive. Would not recommend eating there. You have to use transportation to go into the city. We used the free shuttle for the hotel at certain times, but also took , the city bus which is very economical. Just a walk across the street. Very unhappy with the cold breakfast that was given since we had to leave to catch our plane. Ham and cheese sandwich, an apple and a bottle of water which we had to throw away once we got to the airport. I gave them a list of things that I can eat since I cannot eat bread or sugar. They gave me two apples. I stayed on another island at a much less expensive hotel, and not nearly as nice, and got a huge cold breakfast with sliced Keewee, and oranges, danishes, Ham slices, cheese slices, and baklava. I would stay there again, but I would make sure that I was given more. Especially since they gave us our breakfast in an expensive cardboard tote that looks like a lunchbox.

My experience with this property was excellent. We got a really good deal with one of the junior honeymoon suites and we couldn’t find pictures on the Expedia site or elsewhere. We had our own personal pool and jacuzzi in our room. It was great! The pick up and drop off to ferry was excellent as well as the complimentary evening shuttle into town.

Hotel offers free shuttle that is not clearly advertised on their website. We had purchased private transportation from airport to hotel day of our arrival for $50. The private transport never showed up. We were told initially that we could not have a refund or meal voucher instead and we could use it for another private transport somewhere else on the island. Well, we never required another transport during out stay and so the afternoon we were leaving we were told we could use it towards a drinks and meal service while we await shuttle to the airport! Went to use voucher at one of hotel's restaurants and was told we couldn't use it for drinks! Very upsetting. Also, put our luggage in luggage room while awaiting shuttle and our bags were gone through - when I arrived in Athens, I discovered my jewelry had been stolen.

We booked the Mediterranean Sea view room, which was a great room with a very nice balcony overlooking the water. The weird thing about the room is that there’s an extra balcony attached with nothing in it, it looks like there was suppose to be a jacuzzi maybe, but they didn’t even bother putting furniture there to at least the space which was pretty big. When we first arrived at the hotel around 1800 dropped off our luggage to the room and went down to check out the pool abs beach we were stunned to find out that the pool bar was closed at 2000 and the beach bar at 1900, the bartend was nice enough to give us a last call drink, but we were starving and they weren’t serving food because I guess there restaurant was going to open in a hour or so. However we could not wait, I thought it was really inconvenient given the hotel. Overall the stay was just okay, I would not stay there again after seeing such amazing other properties. The hotel next door had like a live band playing outside that we were dying to join because it looked lively. I also feel like having a good room in Mykonos is vital, especially for the days when you just want to relax yet have something to do in the room.
