1 Someone smoked and the smell passing through the centralized AC. I complained and they changed me to a different room. Very annoying.
2. No heating in their AC. The air conditioning was quite cold at night. You need to turn of the AC.
3. The room is very small. Did not pay attention to the square feet. Be mindful.
4. The only thing positive is the location. Very convenient close to metro.

This hotel is close to the MRT subway station. There are also UBike racks nearby. There is a river park one block north of the hotel so I was able to go on morning runs. E-Sky Mall is a few blocks north of the river park so there is plenty of shopping and dining.

No more second time

Not a well pleased experience as I had some flea bites all over my legs as well as my niece stayed at a different room. There’s also no sound proof walls so I could hear kid’s crying easily at night. The room I stayed couldn’t adjust the AC temperature while other rooms can and the front desk said it’s central and couldn’t be adjusted which is not true. Location is good though and convenient connected to Metro with walkable distance, but won’t come back next time in town.

位置很好，到機場只需要15分鐘，去高雄火車站只需要搭一個站，去其他著名的景點也是幾個站就到！附近有很多好食的餐廳。房間大和整潔，床也很舒服，睡得很好。職員也十分有禮。

Updated budget business hotel conveniently located near metro line. Rooms are small but clean; the rain showerhead is a nice touch. Room air is not well ventilated, and toilet is low flush (no toilet paper allowed). Very easy check in / check out process with screens including Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Dislikes: it’s a very noisy hotel. Nowhere to put luggage in your room. I had to store it in the shower when I wasn’t needing it.
Terrible breakfast. I paid for 3 days, only had it once, and still had to go find something to eat. Coffee machine was broken. Wouldn’t refund after first day.
No room upgrade, even though I asked ahead.

This place redefines the definition of “Greed” and “Price gouging”, charging 6.3x the normal rate for a small room, the space around the beds can barely allow 1 person to pass through.
Even though it’s the long holidays but that’s just outrageous, for a super small room at a 3 star hotel, they’re charging twice the normal rate of a 5star hotel room.

Great Hotel, Great Price

The room was clean. The staff were very helpful with both check in, and any questions I had. It's conveniently located near a KRT station. It's definitely one of the nicest hotels in Kaohsiung. I stay often.

住了三晚，第一晚淋浴間的水從門縫滲出，地毯與地面溼一片，只能用地墊勉強吸水，有通知櫃台，但房務告知只能先多給地墊來吸水，因此淋浴間到床邊地毯長時間都是溼透的狀態。房務與櫃台非常親切，已經盡力處理，這是旅館修繕維護的責任，請不要再推給負責接待的櫃台與負責打掃的房務。空調第一晚有菸味，不知道是不是有房客違規使菸味殘留在空調中，不知為何空調『無法』設定溫度，越吹越冷只能關掉空調。

10點後， 房間老是聽到嘈雜的巨大不明聲音（好像是水的聲音）。 11點後， 運氣不好碰到素質不佳的住客， 在走廊大聲不停的說話， 還伴隨著不停關門的碰碰聲。 原想和櫃檯抱怨，但事後想想只住一晚就算了， 總之不是很CD愉快的經驗。

冷氣不能調溫度，22度真的太冷⋯但冷氣關掉半夜又熱醒。結果就是睡到感冒⋯
另外插座不知道為什麼每一間都好鬆⋯我的豆腐頭比較大顆，完全沒辦法穩穩地插在上面。試了好幾間房間裡面所有的插座都很鬆⋯
但服務人員服務很好，想幫我解決，可惜無解。

CP值超高飯店

價格平價且房間乾淨，入住服務都很好，可以自助退房，簡單方便也不會卡在櫃檯。

房間內相對簡單，但廁所與淋浴是兩間空間，很棒。乾淨整潔，沒有什麼異味。


飯店位於後驛捷運站附近，出來步行幾分鐘就能搭捷運，也有Ubike。交通很便利，晚上還能走路就到愛河之心。


附近也很多吃的，根本是出差首選。

この度2泊しましたがとても快適でした
最寄り駅、後驛から徒歩2分、ホテル周辺も飲食店やコンビニ、マッサージ店などたくさんありとても充実していました。
スタッフの方は親切＆フレンドリーでタクシーを呼んで下さったり、換気扇の音が煩かったと伝えると消し方を教えて下さり助かりました！

他のゲストの廊下での会話は確かに煩く気になりましたが2泊目は静かで良かったです！
