The hotel is very clean and well organized. The breakfast is fantastic! The rooms are really nice with complimentary bottles of water as well
As tea and coffee . The area is very interesting as it’s all shops selling car parts , so it has a semi industrial feel to it . It’s close to the subway which is great .

The staff are all polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. An enclosed shower with hot water appreciated. This was an affordable option in Dubai and since the metro was a 4-5 min walk you could easily get anywhere you wanted in Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant budget hotel with polite & friendly staff

Great staff, very polite and friendly.
Water could have been a little hotter.
Slight leak from under the sink - no big deal.
No heating or just wasn't very warm.
Area is safe, but is in old town so not much around if you arrive at night. Lots of car part and lighting shops around.
Found a really nice restaurant nearby where we had lovely tasty meals (chicken and rice and daal and rice) for not a lot of money.
Fully recommend this for a short/overnight stay as it is near the airport (£10 taxi ride).

Stayed here fir 3 nights. Convenient to public transportation. shopping, eating establishments and DXB airport. The buffet breakfast had so many varieties to choose from and definitely a great amenity. Service was prompt and exceptional. I would stay again at this lodging property.

The staff extort tourism fees. I have never seen of such fees in staying other hotels in the area. Obviously it’s money that goes to their pockets. That’s unscrupulous thing to charge customer on their check out.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to two different Metro stations and a mall with grocery shopping. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. I'd definitely stay here again!

All staff excellent, rooms spotless, 2 minute walk from exit 2 Banyas Square subway station, buy Nol silver 25AED card at airport subway airport with credit card, easy to get to hotel with suitcase on subway(4 stops red line to Union
then one stop green line to Banyas Square)
Banyas Square has only 2 exits..as exit gates exit 2 is left.

Resturant and breakfast service Excellent.. food fantastic\" thanks to Muhammad, Adir, Pappa & cooks Rajanand Ghosh(as good as 5 star hotel).. Front Desk was excellent... thanks.Nadeem,Ratu Syam Furqan,Umiar.. also thanks to security for taxi/transport to pier Arshad,Mehfooz & Demesh. Also rooms & hotel was spotlessly clean ..we were party of 12 from Kong Kong..Will only stay here next time we come to Dubai

• we were on a cruise and they even arranged transport for us at minimum charge, same as taxi a taxi ...I think they called it a pickup...4 people and all luggage for 60 AED..

.The only probem I could see for others would be the 2 minuite walk from exit 2 to the hotel...it is a simple walk but a map of the walk on the website would make it easier
(I use Maps me)...also the hotel can arrange the desert safaris at a cheaper cost....I already booked on line but next time will use hotel to book...it is around 40% cheaper.
They have other tours, I am sure cheaper..

Stayed here twice in a two week period as my travels wrapped around Dubai. Expedia address shows this property is located on Al Maktoum Hospital Road. WRONG! The hotel is located behind a high rise parking garage on that same road. There are a series of side streets behind said garage. It took me an hour to find the place. Once there, everything was OK. Check in was efficient. Room housed a very comfortable bed flanked by end tables with reading lamps. There was a desk and chair with sufficient lighting. Storage closet contained enough space for clothes as well as an easily programmable safe. There was even a coffee/tea area. AC worked fine. The major issue for me was that hot water NEVER got HOT making for a refreshing(?) shower. The breakfast was a delight as the Indian chef made interesting dishes unknown to my palate. The hotel staff was personable and helpful.

The Mark Hotel Diera, am amazing hotel with incredibly nice staff, from Ramesh at the front desk through to the cleaners! Very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great, the executive rooms very comfortable and a good size. The choice of breakfast and lunch is varied and covers all tastes.
The hotel is a short ride from the airport and only 2 mins from the Baniyas Square Metro. A 10 minute walk will take you to the Creek where you can get an Abra across to the other side. Would absolutely stay here again.

for its price and being 2 star hotel i was really pleased with this hotel. reception was fast and friendly and they let me do check in around 12 which is 2 hours before check in time. staff was very helpful and polite. the room had everything you need and i liked the luggage space next to the door where you can neatly put your luggage.Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was very nice with shampoo , body wash and even hair comb and hair dryer availabe. the metro station was 2 min away walking and airport terminal 1 metro station was 5 stations away from the hotel.

The area is the 'old' but lively Banyas Square vicinity, some streets can be a little worrying at night.
The hotel position is not good but the rooms inside are much better. A bit of maintenance should be done (noisy ventilator in bathroom and air conditioning)

A Delightful Stay in Dubai

This hotel was ideal for my stay. It was conveniently located to the places I needed to visit. Internet service was slow but dependable. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The bed was somewhat too hard for my taste, but it was always clean. In the middle of my stay, my bank card was eaten up by an ATM machine and so I had no cash. As a result, I was unable to leave last-day tips to the housekeeper, the restaurant waiters, and the doorman. The front desk told me that I could not add this on to my bill. My inability to give gratuities was my greatest regret. Otherwise, my stay at the Mark Inn Hotel was delightful.

Everything was really great value for money except that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke when the neighbors smoked (or so we were told by the stars): I did not like that at all. For the rest: staff was friendly, smiling, attentive, helpful. Room was ok with comfy bed and everything in working order (furniture a bit worn out). Great for the price in Dubai.

Very convenient for price and location. Metro is a 3-minute walk. Lots of shopping within a 10-minute walk. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Room quite small. No on-site parking - public parking garage right across costs 80 AED/night. Would probably stay here again.

A quality hotel in Deira

Mark Inn is located on a quiet street in the heart of Deira. It is minutes away from a Metro Station and surrounded by restaurants and shops, and within walking distance to the Gold Souk. Kind Service in Industrial Neighborhood.

The service here made up for the location and small room. Was dubious at first because the hotel is located on a street with car parts and tires. Once you walk the two blocks to the Main Street, you are moments from the metro, food, shops and American fast food if that's what you prefer. I had a good breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and opted for the personal car to the airport rather than walk to the metro with luggage. Rooms are small, but my bath looked recently refurbished. Wifi worked best close to the door, not in the room.

Nice hotel in an interesting side of town

Very pleasant stay. Interesting side of town, surrounded by car parts shops. But it is a very safe place. 24 hour supermarket and a metro station under 3 mins walk away. Very understanding staff who let us return to use our room after we had checked out early, because of a cancelled flight.

Quality at a low price

I was in town for the Dubai Marathon and needed a cheap place to stay. I was really nervous because it's not the greatest area, but the hotel was just fine. It's a great value and really not too far from the 'action'. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I'll stay here any time I am in Dubai.

Best sleep during my trip!

I arrived at Mark Inn Deira after traveling for a week in Europe. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Though I arrived early morning from the airport, the front desk was able to accommodate me and provided a room upon arrival. The room was clean and very comfortable: the bed was very comfy and the room sound-proof (be careful: I slept until the early afternoon without all the street noise and tinted windows). The front desk were helpful and responsive. The neighborhood has no sites of interest, but the hotel is close to the metro and there are a number of cafeterias in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Hi, taxi fair from airport to Hotel 46 aed, is exactly located on google maps, arrived at 6.40am and given a room immediately, aircon works well, kettle with tea and coffee, mini fridge , no alcohol , shaving/dental/shower cap/comb etc provided , bed is comfortable,satellite channels, i enjoyed shower setup with hand and overhead outlet, peaceful , hotel staff are willing to assist and kind, hotel is centrally located deira business district. i did not take meals at the buffet therefore cannot comment, an enjoyable stay at this 2 star hotel .

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura all' ultimo momento in quanto abbiamo deciso di prendere una stanza anche se l aereo partendo alle 2 am non abbiamo sfruttato la notte. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno subito preparato la stanza molto prima dell' orario del check in modo da darci la possibilità di usufruirne da subito. Il personale è tutto molto cortese.

In my experience, the only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly service-minded and nice. Especially the staff opening the doors for you.

The rest was pretty horrible. My room was severely neglected. There were stains on my bed and the room was in an incredibly bad shape. The bathroom trash can had rusted away. It does not cost much to replace a trash can. The Wi-Fi does not work well enough for you to use it, especially for meetings and such. It would go out every 2-3 minutes and become super slow. Every furniture was old and dirty to some extent. The bed’s headboard had faded away graffiti on it!

自動車部品の販売店が立ち並ぶエリアにあり、駅やショッピングモールにも10分ほどでいくことができます。自分はバスタブのある部屋で、スリッパまであったので、出張などで使うには悪くないと思います。
ただ、ソファでダニにさされたので、そこはマイナスポイントでした。

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this ended up being a great stay. I did a lot of research and this might just be the best budget hotel in the area, quite possibly all of Dubai.

- Staff are very helpful and professional, responded immediately to all our queries. By far the highlight of our stay!

- Surprisingly quiet and good sound isolation, you won’t hear any calls to prayer at 5.30 am as in other hotels

- Daily thorough cleaning

- Walking distance to both green (2min) and red (10min) metro lines

- Close to Al Ghurair shopping mall and Al Rigga road (vibrant and walkable local neighborhood, rare for Dubai)

- Breakfast is often included in the room rate (nothing luxurious, but you can get eggs or omelette fresh to order)

- 24/7 room service

- They offer excursions and airport drop-off

- No deposits as they like to do in other hotels

- You can actually crack the room window open to get some fresh air (which can be impossible to do in many other hotels in Dubai as the windows just don’t open)

The neighborhood can feel a little scratchy to someone who has never been in this part of the world, but we felt completely safe even at night.

We spent a week there and I’d 100% stay again on my next trip.
