Its too old and dirty hotle, room is dirty, bed 🛌 not good its so hard to sleep ok, they don't change the bed sheets and pillows cover, you take shower water go all around the washroom. The pictures that you're seeing on their add its all old maybe 10 years old pictures, smells, too much noise just don't spend time and your money in this place.

Although staff are helpful, but the response is very slow. I got disappointed with the toilet and bath room because we were assigned to a room for the disable the room door lock seems to be loose.
We stayed there for 3 nights and on the 1st day I requested to transfer to another room but the staff only made a promise that did not happenned.
I hope that the management will improve the hotel facilities and services if they want to get a good review.

I was shocked by how untidy the place and unprofessional the front desk staff were. The room was dark and small. The bed sheet was torn and the pillow cover stained and wrinkled. There were no towels in the bathroom and windows in the room opened very close to a muddy and ruined wall. the hotel entrance was in a dirty and noisy alley full of peddlers. The safe in the room was broken and they refused to fix it and we just couldn't trust to leave our valuables unprotected. We decided to leave the hotel and look for another hotel. Luckily we found a very clean and beautiful hotel nearby and decided to stay there and just let go of our prepaid booking at that awful place. All pictures provided for your website are completely misleading.

Smelly hotel, staff had given away my rooms however did sort it out later. Breakfast was not enough and was finished quickly despite having nearly 50 minutes of breakfast time remaining. Had the cheeck to ask for tax for the room when we had complained about breakfast and other things. Not a good experience not worth the money. Would have been better off hiring a villa for the week.

I decided not to say there after reading some of the reviews and they refused to cancel my booking and refund my money even though it was booked over a week in advance and within 24hr of making the booking The website also lies about the distance from the airport check on Google maps!!

The rooms were very small, the bathroom was extremely small and very dirty, and they didn’t take care of cleanliness at all. The breakfast was very limited, and the place was so smelly. I will never use this hotel for my next trip.

Worst ever hotel in Dubai.

Booked two rooms to stay near the airport for couple of nights.

The pictures on hotels.com are fake the hotel is nothing like the pictures. Dirty smelly
Yellow water coming down from shower.

Only stayed there for an hour because had small kids with us and was not safe and clean enough for children.

Left the hotel and booked another hotel Novotel nearby.

I wasted my 180£ if you want the same book it 🙂

It’s the worst place I have ever stayed. Rooms full of cockroaches and bugs. The rooms had no towels. Elevators were not working. The area around seems to be the worst in Dubai. The hotel was extremely dirty, we paid for breakfasts, but after our first breakfast visit we never went even though we paid. Our whole Dubai plan was ruined by staying here.

This is worst value for money I have got. I felt like I was kept hostage while someone was negotiating my release.

Extremely claustrophobic. No windows. No sunlight.

I booked a double bed room. They gave a tiny single bed room.

For the same price, I was able to shift to a better hotel with better surroundings, better Area of the room, 2 times the area of this room, extremely well lit.

Please don't judge the great city of Dubai based on the experience of white fort.

Dubai is great if you can find the right hotel. This isn't the one for anyone.

If I wasn't attending the event I was attending, i would have left(checked out) the first day. I regret not leaving after the first day. Take care guys!

I was really impressed by this hotel, especially as it is advertised as 1 star. I was hesitant when arriving, but my room was lovely. Really large, with 2 bed rooms, a huge bathroom, separate study/desk area and despite being on the first floor, was relatively quiet. The AC was noisy but for the price paid and considering it is a 1 stat hotel, this was not an issue.

I experienced worst hotel in dubai ever, nothing like cleaness and comfort in this hotel and staff were joke, hotel is very disappointed and it should be remove from Hotels.com search list, I have booked for five night but I couldn't stay more than 48hrs just need to find better hotel around.

the hotel is inexpensive and it’s convenient to get to and from anywhere in Dubai AND the best part is the shops are within walking distance...it’s also a $15 uber ride to the airport!

This hotel is located in a most convenient spot. It's a short walk to the Metro station and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. You can walk to the Gold Souk, the Spice souk, the Corniche. It's ten minutes from the nearest Hop On Hop Of bus stop.Some of the staff were not that helpful but others were. Big room (for the money), comfortable and clean. The area was safe, even at night and for a solo female traveler.

Hotel is ok and quite clean. But the wash room's ceiling is quite low, in a way that the shower was installed in a low ceiling as well. Shower area have small space. Hard to find parking space near the area.

A big disappointment

After arriving at 1:30 at night, I was told to wait for more than half an hour for them to clean a room for me despite confirming and paying fully online. When I wanred to cancel my reservation I was told that I couldn’t because I paid online so it seemed like a scam since the hotel was very dirty, the room had cockroaches, and the bedsheets were full of hair. In summary, the room was dirty and the hotel unsafe.

Not a five star hotel, but certainly adequate.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. While this is not a five star hotel, it is certainly adequate for an average single traveller. The room was also very affordable and was in close proximity to public transportation and the boats to cross the creek. All in all, I'm very content with what I paid for and would recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable, yet simple hotel.

A night in Dubai, ok, but not for much more.

Good for a night, not much more. No towels, no hot water. I had a problem with people ringing my room doorbell, but after complaint to management, it stopped (but I was uneasy & put room chair at door).
Great breakfast.

Cockroaches as soon as entered room. Flies on the ceiling. This was a daily issue. The staff are nice but the rooms are old and tired. Bed sheets had staines aling with towels with rips and staines also. Wont be going back.

Reception is so busy and the lobby is so crowded, perhaps the reasons we have to stay outside and waiting to accommodate us.
But the staffs were very courteous and ready to lend a helping hands.

Moderate hotel, in the heart of the shopping area

The hotel is in very busy area, if you plan to hire a car, this is not the place to stay, as the roads are very busy and crowded, plus parking space is immposible. The hotel has few parking spaces reserved for it, but akways occupied. However, the metro station is very close, few meters away, which can take you to any place you like.
The airport is very close, on the positive side, this is good proximity, but on the negative side, the airplanes noise is a problem if you are light on sleep. The airbus 380 is very noisy, and the airport does not close at night, so airplanes are continously taking off during the night.
There is free internet in the hotel, when i booked the hotel with expedia, breakfast was included in the price, but when i checked in, i have been told it is not, so 15 dirhams extra per person per night has to be added. I did not take that as the area is full of resturants and takeaways for fraction of that price.

Could have been better for the price paid.

Rooms are really really small. If you have little more luggage then it will be very difficult to walk around the room. Bathroom was almost half of the room. Hotel location is pretty good; just walking from Baniyas Metro station. Gold Souq is walkable too.
Most Important thing, pay your hotel fees upfront else these guys will take your passports at reception and will not give you your passports back till you leave.
