This is the worst hotel in Dubai probably, don’t even pay any money for this place, service is horrible and facilities are even worse. Valet is a rip off and I usually waited 30-40 mins just for someone to park my car. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs!

This hotel is horrible , the staff is not friendly and the breakfast is not worth it. We wake up to find bed bugs in our bed we notified staff but they did not care at all. There was also black mold all over the hotel room and the bathroom was so dirty. Do not come to this hotel. I’m going to attach the pictures with the mold inside the bathroom. It’s not even worth $1 per night.they are true scam

The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm.
When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings.
The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable.
There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell)
Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used.
I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.

We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean.

However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty.

The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room.

The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.

The hotel itself has become a bit outdated even the rooms interior and decor feels old. The room had lingering cigarette smoke smell which made it quite uncomfortable, unfortunately they were fully booked so I couldn't even change rooms.
Staff did not clean the room for 2 days, no vacuuming was done, even tissue roll was replaced after repeatedly calling housekeeping multiple times.
Breakfast buffet was largely Indian menu and maybe I was expecting it to be better.
The location is superb, the bus stop is directly at the doorstep and Metro station (Green line) is just a 5 minute walk away. A few stations away you can even change to Red line so it's super convenient. It's at the heart of Deira (Baniyas Square) where the Gold souq, Dubai Creek and other famous areas of old Dubai are just a short walk away.
Overall, maybe the great location makes up for the other shortcomings.

A very good hotel near the creek

Service is very good - All the people working there are very nice - Vani, Amir, Sajjad, Mylene, Haidee, The manager in the dining room and his prime assistent, the receptionist from the Philipines that I don't remember her name - all were very nice and helpfull. The room is big, nice and very comfortable. The view from the room to the creek was great. Food is very good - both in the dinner and in the breakfast - a large variety of options. Location is excellent - Near all the souks - gold, spices... - and also you can take a few minutes boat in 1-2 AED to the other side to visit Al Seef and also the museum of illusions.

An excellent hotel with a good location, very close to the metro station, close to the boat station to cross to Al Seef or Dubai old souq to buy Dubai souvenirs, but also close to Deira market to buy perfumes or other accessories. The staff was attentive, I really liked this hotel. See you next time!

Service is very bad. Rooms are not cleaned well at all.Towels very old and smelled, I doubt they were washed. Anything you need, prepare to wait for a very long wait, I had to callany times for any service. Restaurant smells so bad, we did not eat after one bad experience. There are so many other hotels to choose. This was a mistake. We selected this because of Best Western name and location.

Hotel offers fantastic value for money and is sitiated in the perfect location to shop around in Deira. The staff were fantastic and very helpful in getting me checked in and even provided an upgraded room. The rooms are clean and have good decor with the Wi-Fi being excellent too.

Dont stay here, they will sell your rooms and lie

Having booked our room for the day before as we had a 2am arrival we were told our rooms has no water or power so we would have to stay in another hotel for the night.. Not what you need at 2am and it was obvious they had sold our rooms for the night and were lying to our faces. The alternate was a flea pit with stained beds and bathroom of mould.. I took pics. The next morning we had to go back to the Pearl Creek and the manager admitted they sold our rooms and lied about it. Never could I recommend this place. When they lie and make up fabrications it's as low as you can get at 2-3am.. it started our stay off badly and wasted our valuable time moving about.

The check-in and check out was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were good. The housekeeping was not upto the mark. They used to clean the rooms very late in the afternoon and toiletries where not replaced.

Where do I begin? This place is amazing and perfect location. I received excellent service from the Front desk and it didn't matter who was on shift, everyone was amazing. Hotel staff was great because they made me feel safe and comfortable. Always asking if I needed anything. As for my room, it was great. It was clean and nice. As for housekeeping, service was great. I really do appreciate the amazing service housekeeping did for me. The rooftop is breathtaking because you have this amazing view of Dubai. Checking out was great. Overall great experience and highly recommend this place for travelers on a budget.

Great view of the city with creek. Easy to access all sorts of tranportations. Rooftop lounge was amazing. Staff was very helpful, especially the bell boy at the concierge. Nice and clean room. Our room was tight because it has four beds, we were only 2 people but I don't know why they assign us room with two extra beds. But overall it was good

The hotel was fantastic! Very clean, service was excellent, and the location was convenient, too. In an older building (older part of the city), but the interior was newly-renovated and very modern looking. The rooftop pool was a great added bonus. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were treated like we were valued by the hotel staff and they made every effort to make sure our stay was pleasant and that they met and exceeded our expectations. Would highly-recommend this hotel!

When I visited Dubai with 2 friends, we found a good price on a room with 3 separate beds and inclusive of breakfast here. It was an easy 500m walk to the metro, and a similarly short walk to the boat-buses across the creek. We spent some time walking around the souks nearby too. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooftop pool was clean and pleasant, the view of the creek was nice, and we were quite satisfied!

Hotel was at a bargain price in Dubai. Great location close to metro stop for travel to/from airport and to everywhere else in Dubai. Great location for exploring old Dubai on foot. Boat to cross river leaves from in front of hotel for 1 Dirham. Higher floors also have an excellent view over river and of Dubai. Room was large and very clean, modern and comfortable. English tv channels were appreciated too. Nice pool area and a well equipped gym. Did not eat in the hotel itself so no comment there. The hotel does not serve alcohol. Alcohol in Dubai only available at a high price in some of the larger hotels and not take away. That aspect aside, I would certainly return to this hotel for any future trips to Dubai.

A nice hotel in a good location. We had a deluxe room with a view over the Creek which was lovely especially at night seeing all the lights on the boats. The room itself was spacious and very clean & tidy. Checking in was a bit slow and the ground floor reception area can get quite cramped. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice. A word of warning do not book a taxi with the concierge as we were quoted 80 dirham by him to go to the airport at 6 am as he told us it would be difficult to get a taxi at that time of day. The Operations Manager however advised us that there would be taxis outside the hotel at that time and we did in fact get one quite easily to the airport for 29 dirham!

The hotel is at the quiet part of the city centre. It is accessible to a metro station, bus stops and some main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were also many restaurants nearby, really spoilt for choice!

The location was great, and the staff friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable and roomy. At the time there was a huge turnover f guests and some areas of the room had been quickly cleaned.
There was a range of breakfast and evening buffet style food - good for this price range of hotel.
The hotel is showing signs of \"tiredness\" and wear and tear that needs addressing eg poolside area and furniture, bathroom areas, low chairs at tables.
However, I feel it was value for money. I felt safe and would stay there again.

Horrible customer service from front desk clerks

Front desk clerk named Michelle and the manager were very rude. Upon arriving to check in they canceled my reservation and it took 2 hours for me to find out why. I notified hotels.com and they notified the Hotel that my flight was delayed until the next day. Michelle told me that they never received the notice and they could only give me the room for the current rate which was 4 times the rate that I booked. I had to call hotels.com to resolve the issue. Michelle hung up on the hotels.com representative twice. We waited a total of 4 hours and 30 mins before receiving a room key. During our stay the front desk clerks never greeted me or my friends and when we requested outlet adaptors we never received them. We ended up going out to buy adaptors. The hotel was clean and the bell boys were friendly.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to metro station. I have booked Uber to Atlantis but the porter convinced me to use a private car service, and told me it would be cheaper, initially I thought that car was hotel's car, but found out it was just his friend's car, and finally he's charged me AED100 + Uber cancellation AED17. I later found out if I take cab or Uber it would be less than AED100.

The stuff were very helpful and nice, all of them.
The pool was not working and the alternative that the hotel had arranged was very dingy and small.and there wasn’t a convinant transport to it.
The food was tasty but the ingredients, were not good quality.
The best thing about the hotel were the stuff which were all very good.
