Location of hotel was spot on as on main road where you can take a Metro or buses. It is also close to most places where you can walk in 15 - 20mins. Food outlet options are good as we want halal food there were loads of options.. it is walking distance to Marina. Staff were really good.

The stay was nice. It’s near the water. However, they build me twice for the Barcelona tax which is €11 and after several emails they have refused to pay it back. I would never stay there again and I would not give them my Visa card if you plan to stay there. I have contacted my bank And they have confirmed that they charge me twice and we are appealing it. It seems very stupid for them to make a big fuss over €11.

TV at this time was not working but we didn't know until the maintenance worked knocked and let him self in our room with his keys. That was weird even though he was Friendly. Luckily my wife and i was just sitting on the bed with our clothes on and nothing yet was going down. 🙃 all and all i will stay in this hotel again because the workers are the best and breakfast was 👏 amazing.

The air conditioning was very poor, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. I went to the service desk several times and no one was there. Asked for ice and they had to let me use a bowl from the dining room. They had nothing to put it in. When I did talk to the front desk they were very nice and helped us with directions several times. Elevators were extremely small. Had to take our luggage up in separate trips.

When you pay this much money, you expect the air conditioning to work. It didn’t. The rooms were very hot and faced the sun all day. The staff were both very helpful but also helpless. They gave us fans (we had three rooms) and told is to open the window. My room on the second floor faced the busy street with motorcycle noise and partygoers sharing their happiness with us.

The room was a decent size, but very basic and fairly expensive. I'd booked a room with a king bed, but was given one with two twins pushed together and not even made up so I could spread out. Also the electrics in the room were problematic. I think they're charging too much to not do better.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy but what kind of traveler are you if you don’t take ear plugs we thought we had a hotel with breakfast included but didn’t check on our booking so unfortunately it wasn’t this made our trip more expensive you could buy breakfast at hotel for €16 each ! W(we didn’t)! I thought as we didn’t have breakfast included I. Price this made the hotel not good value for money although the hotel was in a good position and was clean and friendly I would look for another hotel in Barcelona that was better for Money if I was to stay there again

Staying at this hotel reminded me to not agree to a room beside the street again. It is too loud. I would suggest that the architect rip out the bathroom lavatory, put in some sort of a cabinet that you can set your toothpaste down on. The one in our room is too small. All else was quite good.

The room and hotel itself was fine. The rooms were small and the pillows were very small, soft and uncomfortable. However, what we really didn't like is that this area is very sketchy and feels unsafe at night. There's a park across the street where all kinds hang out until late. There is an alley/side street next to the hotel where we've seen drug activity and homeless people at all times. Just over-all wouldn't stay here again based on the area that the hotel is in.
