The road to the hotel was iced an no one salted or sanded it making it impossible to get to the hotel. The light in our hallway wasn’t working. The hotel was run down, the towels were pitifully small, the shower ran out of hot water.

Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but luckily we had unseasonably mild weather. Small eating area/restaurant with small evening menu which we didn’t have. Breakfast typical cold continental buffet - although you could make a boiled egg and toast. The hotel caters for both couples/families as well as a few commercial van drivers when we were there.
Would return there to visit our French family (but would possibly consider taking our own bath towels).

Things did get better.
The bad, the better, the good. I had two reservations totaling three nights (calendar challenged) and at check in was told we only had two nights for each room. The third night was the important one as we have a late night event to attend. After getting another reservation through calling Hotels.com, the next day we were told we did not have to move but maybe change rooms. The second day we were told we did not have to change rooms. Rooms were a bit small, but that was in the hotel description.

Problème d eau dans la chambre non signalé, pomme de douche cassée non remplacée manqué lampe dans la salle de bain, moisissures, obligés de lancer de l eau avec la bouilloire pour vider les toilettes et j en passe!

Chambre propre mais froide. Il y a un petit radiateur électrique qui a pris du temp a chauffer la chambre. Je n'ai pas prolonger mon séjour alors que je devais resté 2 nuit dans le coin.
Le lendemain j'ai pris ma douche avant d'aller traivailleret j'ai du atendre 2 minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude, je n'ai pas eu la patience j'avais commencé avec l'eau froide ( quoi qu'il arrive c'est bon pour le métabolisme) et le syphon de douche était bouché donc pas chouette ne sachant avec quoi c'est bouché.
Je vais au toilette et quand je tire la chasse sa fuit et une flaque par terre.
Je ne suis pas de mauvaise fois mais franchement je préfère en rire.
Je pense que l'hôtel a besoin d'être renové et mieu entretenu. Avec un systèmes de chauffage plus efficaces et écologique.

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel richtig gut! Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und nicht zu beengt. Es gibt einen guten Parkplatz. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Es gab Kaffee- und Tee-Facilities im Zimmer. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Ein neuer und gut sortierter Aldi ist 200 m entfernt. Ein großes Plus.

Een schone kamer met gebreken
Het verblijf was shoon, de bedden waren uistekend. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Jammer dat een aantal dingen niet in orde waren. Toen bij een bedlampje de ontbrekende lamp was aangevuld bleek dat bovendien de schakelaar stuk was. De ophaning van de douchekop was stuk. Wasbak was half verstopt.

A notre arrivée, la standardiste ne trouvait pas mon paiement. Puis j'ai payé 4 petits déjeuners (2 le samedi et 2 le dimanche) or le samedi j'ai voulu annuler ceux du dimanche car on partait plus tôt et paraît il que ce n était pas possible que cela ne se fera que fin juin 😡😡plus jamais je ne payerais quelque chose en amont!!!

Lors de mon arrivée la personne ne trouvait pas mon paiement heureusement que je garde tout! Puis j'ai payé 4 petits déjeuners et le lendemain j'ai voulu en annuler 2 et soit disant ce n'était pas possible (c'est en cours avec leur comptable mais pas avant fin juin !!!), j'ai signalé la lampe de chevet grillée mais elle n'a ni été réparée ni changée. Nous sommes allés cet été en août, très satisfaisant. Par contre cette fois ci, la personne en cage du petit déjeuner n'était pas du tout à la hauteur car a 9h, il n'y avait plus de pains,beurres,jus orange, et les personnes derrière nous se sont retrouvés sans repas... L' hôtel Inn Dedign serait très acceptable si l' éclairage était refait. Une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas, et de toutes façons, l' autre éclairait insuffisamment. Les parties communes ne sont pas assez chauffées, et les chambres ne sont chauffées que si on mets le radiateur en marche, d' où une chambre très froide en arrivant.

La chambre mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. A 21h30 eau à peine tiède. Nous sommes restés deux nuits, lit non fait la seconde nuit. Le personnel est néanmoins très agréable et l'accès direct sur un petit jardin est appréciable

Accueil chaleureux, mais ça en restera là. La chambre n'était pas confortable, la housse de couette présentait des taches de moisissures. Moisissures également sur le rebord intérieur de la fenêtre, sur le plafond de la chambre ainsi que celui de la salle de bain. Le nettoyage est fait uniquement au niveau du WC, de la baignoire, du labavo et du bureau. Beaucoup de poussières au niveau des tablettes, tête de lit, rebords de fenêtre... Lit inconfortable et les nuisances sonores n'en parlons pas.... Quant au petit déjeuner, c'est Light niveau choix pour le prix... Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hotel

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room felt quite moist, and the mattress was worn out. We do not recommend the normal room, as it was also quite run down. The breakfast was surprisingly good, after the night we thought the breakfast couldn't be better than the room, but it was good! Nice bread, good coffee and as well the woman from the reception was lovely.
