The big step up - and more importantly down- in and out of the shower might be challenging for some when the stone floor and step are so wet, (the curtain hardly contained the spray).
The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful with practical information about parking, etc.
There was a lot of construction outside our window on the weekdays, but the noise was obviously not the hotel’s fault.

The spa/hotel smelled so nice with great soaps/gifts to use. Luxurious beds and comfortable rooms gave us a great night's sleep. Across the street from the giant bell tower of the cathedral so it's easy to find. Walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). Fast electric car charger at the beach was convenient. Parking for hotel is just street parking (pay during business hours)

The location was convenient and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the bar was closed so we were forced to search for an evening meal in Le Havre after a 10 hour drive. If facilities are advertised on the hotel website then you expect to find them or the property should lower its star rating from 4 to 3.

This is a really cosy nautical-themed hotel in the middle of the area which was rebuilt after WW2, led by architect Auguste Perret. His monumental church, Saint Joseph, is right next door. Quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything you need: markets, beach, the modern arts museum. The only downside to our stay was the lack of airconditioning in the room, since there was a heatwave going on. The heat is probably not a big issue most days during the year, though.

Though we didn't love Le Havre itself (Honfleur or Treville would have been better towns to stay in) but we were really impressed with this hotel. The rooms were quite pretty and apparently each unique. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that breakfast was 12-euro per person which is a bit too much for a simple continental spread. If you're looking for a nice room that's easy to get to, this is a great choice.

A gem!
We stayed for a weekend in mid-April and the Hotel was a delight. It was warm, cosy and beautifully decorated- our room had a nautical theme. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the room had all the comforts- a new TV, excellent shower and comfortable bed. It's also in the heart of Le Havre and convenient to the ferry port and the City Centre.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nicht weit vom Hafen und der Küste entfernt. Etwas ungewöhlich für ein Hotel ist, dass man die Zimmertür mit einem Schlüssel (an dessen Bund in meinem Fall ein unhandlicher Stein befestigt war) abschließen muss. Die Parkmöglichkeiten gehören nicht zum Hotel, sondern sind gewöhliche Parkbuchten an der Straße. Man muss dort täglich 2 Zeitfenster bezahlen, wofür ich morgends extra zu den Automaten laufen musste, da die Bezahlung über die App bei mir nicht funktionierte. Aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Leider war dann auch noch eine sehr laute Baustelle vor der Tür, die aber inzwischen wieder weg sein dürfte. Insgesamt fand ich das Hotel gut. Ob ich nochmal nach LeHavre reisen würde ist jedoch eine andere Frage, ich wollte in erster Linie die mit dem Auto gut erreichbaren Klippen von Etretat sehen und das hat von gut geklappt.

Korte zakenreis, kleine maar stijlvolle kamer met een 19de eeuws design, zeer goed bed, alle voorzieningen behalve frigo, kleine badkamer mét confortabel ligbad, ontbijt buffet typish Frans, geen warm ontbijt. Verwarming in de kamer niet zo hoog, redelijk koud in de kamer, maar genoeg om te slapen. Geen wellness wegens geen tijd.

Un très bel hôtel calme et chaleureux que je recommande vivement. L'accueil a été remarquable et le cadre pour se se reposer est très bien. Les chambres sont très confortables dans une ambiance cosy de meubles anciens et d'antiquités marines. J'ai beaucoup aimé les vraies clés métalliques des portes, ce qui permet de les fermer en douceur sans devoir les claquer (préservant ainsi le calme des visiteurs) comme on trouve maintenant dans tous les hôtels qui installent des verrous magnétiques.

Très déçue de voir que l'hôtel, alors qu'il était très loin d'être plein (un 1er novembre au Havre) aie choisi de me donner une chambre entre deux familles avec des bébés. Inutile de le dire, je n'ai pas dormi. Autre déception: le petit déjeuner à 20 euros, succinct, avec un café imbuvable, du lait d'amande qui avait tourné... Dommage, parce que l'hôtel est joli et bien placé.
