Very nice. It’s a simple but very clean and friendly place to stay. I really liked my room it was light with big windows that left the room very fresh even in this very hot weather. Hotel is very convenient as it is a 2 minute walk from the main railway station. Recommended

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and we went directly to sleep, so I cannot say a lot. The check-in and the check-out were both fast and without any problem. We had a misunderstanding with one of the employees because she insisted that we had only one breakfast included (and we knew we had paid for 2) but later another employee arrived and checked our reservation and everything was alright; she was very kind and helpful. The place is well-located, there are places to eat nearby and parking on the street is not a problem in this area.

Expect accommodation that reflex the price. The wifi was on average good and reached the room. The room was small, grubby and worn out. The pillows were awful and the toilet seat was broken. But for our stay it was adequate and acceptable and we enjoyed ourselves regardless of the room issues.

Ça dépanne, surtout le prix pour petite bourse, mais la chambre est médiocre matelas dur, si vous réservez deux jours on vous fait pas la chambre, attention bestiole puce de lit, voir punaise, la fenêtre sont à moitié cassé bref, pas très propre, la literie passable. Salle de bain passable le personnel agréable, hôtel fréquenté par beaucoup de cassos.

Rien qu'en rentrant dans l'hôtel j'ai été déçue. En rentrant dans la chambre au 1er étage juste en face des marches qui donne sur l'avenue, ça sentait trop les égouts, j'ai demandé s'il n'y a pas une autre chambre, on m'a proposé une autre au deuxième étage qui donne sur la cour, j'ai visité cette dernière, ayant réalisé qu'il n'est pas ensoleillée et où ça sentait les moisissures aussi et aussi je m'y sentais pas en sécurité vu que c'est un peu dégagée (loin de la réception et donnant sur la cour), j'ai préféré prendre la première tout de même,j je me suis dit je vais essayer de supporter cette odeur...une fois installé dedans, au bout de même pas 2 heures, c'était impossible à supporter: maix de tête, mon nez s'était bouché, envie de volir, ma respiration était bien gênée, alarmant! Comme si mon nez était plongé dans un égout ! J'ai sursauté car trop c trop! J'ai demandé de prendre l autre chambre, et c'était le cas. Le lendemain matin quand je voulais prendre la douche, il n'y avait que l'eau chaude impossible de se doucher! Je suis restée sans douche pendant mon sejour de 3 jours et 2 nuitées! Je me nettoyais au lavabo!! Par ailleurs, ça sentait trop les moisissures.

Ma fenêtre donnant sur l'exterieure, ne fermait pas et tenait bloqué par un tourne vis. Pas de chauffage, menage à peine fait. Des 10h45, on frappe à votre porte pour vous dire qu'il faut liberer la chambre. Malgres cela, le personnel est polie.

Dès notre arrivé, à la porte de l'hôtel, nous avons compris que l'hôtel ne correspondait pas aux photo.
Nous pensions immédiatement annuler mais le remboursement était impossible.
L'accueil au rez-de-chaussée est délabré, sale et dérangé avec des objets cassés qui semblent trainer depuis des lustres.
L'accueil a été délocalisé au premier étage. Les murs sont tachés par des traces de punaises de lit écrasées.
La fenêtre de norre chambre ne se ferme pas correctement.
La chambre pue malgré la fenêtre grande ouverte.
La salle de bain sent une odeur encore plus nauséabonde. Il y a des miètes de tabac un peu partout. Toute la sale de bain est très sale.
1 des 3 prises électriques ne fonctionne pas du tout.
Il y a des traces de punaises de lit écrasées un peu partout.
Il y a qurlques cadavres de punaises de lit et de cafards.
Les tables de chevet sont sales et en très mauvais état.
Nous n'avions vu initialement aucune punaise de lit vivante. Nous sommes allé manger dehors.
À notre retour nous avons vu 2 punaises de lit sur le mur collé au lit. 2 punaises de lit sur la porte de la chambre voisine.
Il y avait également 2 punaises de lit par terre dans le couloir et encore d'autres dans les escaliers de l'hôtel.
Il faisait nuit mais les lumières étaient encore allumée.
Nous sommes parti avant que d'autres punaises de ne sortent.
Nous avons été obligés de réserver un autre hôtel...
Un ami nous a suggéré que cet hôtel miteux soit utilisé pour du blanchiment d'argent.

Ménage et insolation à faire
Dans la nôtre, la porte était difficilement ouvrable. Et il y avait beaucoup de bruit étant donné que nous étions juste à côté de la réception et qu'il y a une très mauvaise isolation. Mes amis quant à eux ont eu droit à des cafards en colocation avec eux, ainsi que des insectes dans le syphon de leur douche, et une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et le propriétaire de l'hôtel a fait au mieux pour régler nos soucis. Cependant, l'hygiène laisse à desirer (odeurs, ménage,...) et l'hôtel à besoin à besoin d'un rafraîchissement (trous/fissures dans les murs, isolation, porte qui ont du mal à s'ouvrir,...)

Je ne suis même pas rester une heure. la chambre était dans un état déplorable, crasse poussière, mobilier cassé, nourriture par terre, draps de lits déchirés lunette des toilettes cassée et posée par terre. je m'en suis plaint à la réception qui n'a rien voulu entendre.

Il y avait des bouts d'os de poulet bien visible au sol dans la chambre, de la poussière partout et des punaises de lit m'ont dévorée. Le lendemain, j'ai demandé le ménage et à mon retour, il n'y avait plus d'os au sol mais le balayage, la serpillère et la poussière n'avaient pas été faits.
L'accueil est par contre au top, les dames sont très gentilles et accueillantes.

Accueil très agréable, c’est tout. Télévision, HS, pas de chauffage ( l’eau chaude n’arrive pas au 3e étage !) porte salle de bain defoncée ... ne ressemble plus à un hôtel digne de ce nom !
