Bedrooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Onsite restaurants at the casino is always useful when on business with not much time. Overall one of the best value for money in the Valenciennes area.
I would say the big let down is breakfast which is below standards for a 4* hotel.

Hotel du Pasino - an unusual experience
We were just looking for a hotel for a night in a small town not too far from Lille. We found this hotel somewhat surprising. The accommodation and breakfast were fine. The location was outside town and a car drive if you wanted to dine at a restaurant in town. The hotel itself has a casino and restaurants attached. We would not recommend using the attached restaurant as the prices seemed too high for the quality and artificial setting (trying to be a Las Vegas casino with clouds painted on the ceiling, but failing) - but it seemed popular with the locals. It may be a good place for conferences or gambling, or just for a night's sleep, but we won't go there again.

Hôtel 4* très bien situé et surtout très accueillant, très grand parking gratuit, accès à la brasserie du casino et au casino très pratique par l'hôtel. Proche de la zone commerciale et seulement à 2h30 de Paris et ça c'est super pour un ptit week-end prolongé et pouvoir bien profiter un peu de tout sans pression...le cadre est, malgré le casino, calme et sympa...

Bonjour, Je connaissais le pasino avant, si je donne une note moyenne, c'est parce que je suis en colère, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit car il y a eu un dysfonctionnement de la lumière dans l'entrée. Toute la nuit, elle s'allumait et s'éteignait avec ou sans carte. Je l'ai signalé au matin et il nous a été répondu qu'il le signalerait.au service, mais pas un moment il n'a été fait mention d'un geste commercial. Ne serait-ce que nous offrir le petit déjeuner. Pourtant on m'a demandé mon nom et le numéro de la chambre, voilà, plus de réponse. Donc très déçue.

hotel situé juste a coté du Casino. bien indiqué, grand parking. très bon accueil et enregistrement mais grosse surprise dans la chambre qui, au premier abord est très classe, une des fenetres est très mal isolée. étant au 6ème étage par soir de vent, j'ai donc très mal dormi (très désagréable. je n'ai malheureusement pas pu changer de chambre car pas de possibilité convenable. dans la salle de bain, joints un peu limites et traces douteuses dans la cuvettes des toilettes (visibles de la baignoires seulement). c'est très dommage que ces petites points de détails aient ruiné le reste de mes impressions très favorables de cet établissement. isolation par rapport aux autres chambres parfaites. petit déjeuner très variée et bon. personnel extrêmement professionnel.

Toujours très bien reçu dans cet hotel. Rapport qualité/service/prix imbattle. Nous y allons 2 - 3 fois par an pour nos week-end casino. De plus cet hotel possède un accès direct au casino sans passer par dehors. Le petit dejeuner est très copieux, varié et a volonté.
