Staff were nice, our room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a lot of noise coming through the windows from the near by highway apparently the windows are not double pane. I thought it was interesting there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. Luckily I had one with me. Overall it was good value for the money.

We left an item in our room. We called the property to pay to have it shipped to us. They said they wouldn’t do it. Said I had to get a prepaid USPS box and then would do it. They said the post does this. We went to the USPS and they don’t do this and they would have to box it and have it picked up. I offered to pay everything. Not very helpful.

It is listed as \"pet friendly\" but I didn't anticipate sharing a hotel with a 200lb pig on a leash or a 100lb labradoodle that barked until late in the evening. Maybe some parameters on \"pet friendly\" would be helpful.

This Red Roof is a newer hotel and it is great. Exceptionally neat and clean. Great staff, quiet, rooms spacious. One note, the shower is different, to get the water to the shower head there is a knob on the underside of the tub facet to push up. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. But great stay!!!

The hotel is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly room was sufficient. The beds probably need updating they’re a little lumpy.
The breakfast was very minimal. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy, which you had to microwave your biscuit, which makes the biscuit real kind of rubbery. But there were waffles if you wanted waffles.

It would’ve been better to have placed me, a single person, in a room not next to one occupied with people with a dog that consistently barked during the night. The place was very clean and nice! Minor inconvenience, the room door had to be pulled shut completely! The facility in all was very nice for non resort style hotel. Breakfast was minimal but fresh and convenient. Lots of walking distance food options! We stayed for the off-road park nearby and lots of rigs with trailers, security seemed strong as well!

Breakfast fair. Biscuits extremely dry and cold. Saw mill gravy lukewarm. Maybe provide yogurt and Hard boiled eggs instead of biscuits and gravy. Belgium waffles were good and fresh fruit.

We had the misfortune of being stuck at this awful place for a week.

Staff was absolutely horrible. They treated us awful. The staff was rude from our very first encounter. We had a grocery order delivered and the hateful woman watched us the whole time with her arms crossed as we carried it down the hall to our room. She was clearly angry about it for some reason. We soon found out why they were acting so weird. They have a roach problem and she (the desk clerk) was living in the room right next to ours. We kept our room spotless and took out our own garbage our whole stay. We saw a few roaches every day, and one day specifically after housekeeping had came, I grabbed a fresh washcloth and there was a roach inside. This tells me the issue isn't isolated, as in, they're obviously in the housekeeping room too.

The pool is cold. If you look back at reviews as far as 2023 (as far as I went back to see), plenty of people have mentioned the pool heater hasn't been working. They obviously aren't concerned about fixing it if it's been years, but they still advertise an indoor pool. Not to mention it's absolutely filthy. Dirt settled all over the pool floor tells me it isn't being filtered either and hasn't in years. This place has no concern for the safety or health of their guests.

Every single encounter with the staff was awful. I was afraid to ask for a single roll of toilet paper.

Noisy. You can hear everything in every room and the hotel is 118ft from I75.

Great stay even through a tornado! The beds are a little too firm for my liking, but the pillows make up for it. The key card system needs to be upgraded, we had issues with our cards twice during a one night stay due to them being put \"too close\" to our cellphones. Stayed other places and I've had the key cards in the same pocket as my cell and NEVER had issues, but when we stay at red roof, we always have issues. Property isn't in perfect shape, but good for the price. We were on the top floor, so that was nice to not have noise above us. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent every time I stay there, friendly, always clean, consistently. They always remember you and help you any way they can. I love the place and so does my dog. Whenever I am going from Atlanta to Ohio I always stop at this Red Roof in London Ky. It’s always very clean and the Owner and staff are always friendly and they remember me. It’s an excellent pet friendly hotel, I stay there even when I don’t have my dog with me. I always recommend it to my friends and family that are traveling back and forth. It’s always clean and nice, been staying there for least 7 years and always the same.

Great Value and Easy Access--a Hidden Gem

Location is very convenient to I-75 and endless shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly with a huge area for pet exercise. Staff is amazingly attentive and pleasant to work with. Hotel is recently remodeled and rooms are large, clean and in great working order.

Rude service

It was the worst experience that we ever had. My family and I left at 7:30 pm on March 15th. We did not even stay at this motel. We were cursed at by the desk clerk over trying to ask why the pool was like ice water when it was an indoor pool. She was rude with our children did not want to help us at all did not even want to talk to us, she was rude with us from the beginning of her shift and it led me to believe that she was prejudice against us or all she wanted to do was sit behind that desk and do nothing. She is not a people person. She would not check us out and it was the same evening that we arrived, said we would have to get general manager to do it, got a hold of him and he said he took us out of the system but it still took our money for both nights when we were not even there but 4 1/2 hours total. Had her to call the police and we had them to confirm that our room was in good condition and that we were leaving and they did not blame us, she hung up on them three times being rude. We will never stay there again and will not recommend anyone else to stay there.

Stopped here to not drive in bad weather. Staff inquired about pet allergies before assigning a room as it is a pet friendly hotel and I was with an infant. I am allergic to dogs so I was thankful for that extra attention. I would recommend this hotel.
