Room and bathroom were clean— both times I was at the desk (for check in and check out) I had to wait because they had “stepped away”. It was a bit inconvenient with my arms full of luggage. Breakfast was pretty solid, typical of a hotel breakfast, but breakfast staff was super friendly. Lastly, not sure if it was the location of my room, I was the last door on the hall, but multiple times in the early morning I heard doors slamming and loud noises in general— maybe because I was by the stairwell, but this did affect my sleep during the night.

Pool was closed. So much trash outside the hotel. Trash from previous person was still in the room. Staff member had a headphone in his ear talking to someone while checking us in. He was mumbling to the point where we would have him repeat information. Laundry was being done in the middle of the night. Our room was right across from it plus the ice machine.

All the staff are extremely kind.

The renno was TERRIBLE!!! Obviously bid to the Lowest contractor!!! They didn't change the ugly brown doors. The tile and bath fittings \"fit n finish\" was ridiculously off. Drawers rubbing walls, switches upside down. The surroundings were a mess, I mean they were still mid renno but if you're a working business, maybe hire a contractor who understands that the public, aka paying customers, will be in the facility? We didn't go into the pool area, but from outside looking in, it was not appealing. Staff was helpful and kind but that's the only good thing I have to say at this time.

I was not aware ahead of time that they were doing construction within the building. So, it was very dusty all around (including where food was being served) and the noisy work would start as early as 7 am. The staff was fine. They seemed pleasant enough. They just didn't speak much while assisting you, very quiet. Bed was comfy and room looked nicely updated. However, it was like the room wasn't finished. We had no dresser or anywhere to put our clothing. And although the phone shelf was a nice touch, it should've been placed by the bed. We also had no toilet paper when we checked in but was able to get some with no issues.

This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. But the construction noise indicates they are possibly in the process of that. The lobby had holes in the floor. No one was at the desk when I arrived at 3:00 pm. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check in. The room smelled musty. This particular hotel was collecting donations for all the tornado victims in London Kentucky and surrounding areas. Locals were bringing in meals for those staying at the Hotel who lost their homes. This felt personal and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful

They were renovating so, it was a little messy. Our room was okay. The bathroom tile was missing pieces of grout, so it wasn't great to walk on and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice seating area.

The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good.

Comfort Suites should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel. It is so dirty and grimy. Fixtures are falling off walls and ceilings. There is mold in the bathroom- not just the tub but on the walls and corners of the ceiling. Black mold. The beds are old school just uncomfortable mattresses from 1994. You can feel the springs. Things are just falling apart. The hall on the second floor is hard to describe. Other than filthy it is uneven and you can feel the boards moving beneath the carpet. There is a terrible smell. The pool had cigarette butts in it (see photos). The chairs at the pool have been torn apart by mice. (See photos). There was no where to sit and watch my kids swim that wasn’t destroyed. The paint and wallpaper are peeling all over the place and water damage down the walls of the room. We actually stayed in two different rooms in one night because the first one was so gross. The second is just as bad, but add in a door handle to the room next door that just falls off and a broken lamp shade, along with a mysterious white substance all over the couch and table. I will give them credit that there was less black mold in this one (pictured). I wish I had gotten photos of the black mold in 202. That was a doozie. They also gave us no warning that they are doing heavy construction on the floor above us. At 8:00 it was still going on. After the construction was done we got to listen to loud music and grown men hanging around outside our door speak loudly.

Perfect property for I-75 travel

Needed a place along I-75 going from Georgia to Ohio. This hotel was in the perfect location. This property itself was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking lot (despite much of it being marked off as they painted the exterior) was ample, and the breakfast was typical. Very easy on and off highway access.

One disappointment was the advertised \"EV charging\" availability. In the end, it was a single tesla charger (not compatible with non-tesla cars) and blocked in by the overnight painting truck.

Having said that, the desk agent went above and beyond to help us tap into a 110 volt outlet, so our trickle charger could add a few miles overnight. She gets five stars!!!

We would definitely stay here again but would not rely on their \"EV charging\" availability.

This is an old property and it shows. The first room we were given stunk. Of what we couldn’t quite figure out. Second room was tolerable. Vanity in the bathroom was so high I had trouble getting my face over the sink. (I’m 6 ft.) Caulking around the bathtub was mottled with black. Floor in the room was uneven. The exterior is being renovated but it is like putting lipstick on a pig.

Unfortunately the location wasn't the cleanest. The carpet up the stairs had food on it for the entire time we were there; obviously not getting cleaned. Our key to the room didnt work properly-we had to \"finagle\" it to work every time. When our rooms were 'cleaned', our beds were never made. And the floors were like being in a funhouse. But the people were nice and the area was nice.

Dirty hotel in poor condition

I felt like I was in a poor foreign country quality hotel. Black mold on the walls, large gap under room door, I could put my toes into hallway, chipped floor tiles in bathroom, water damage on ceiling and walls, white stains on wall, carpets sofa. No security in place, walk in whichever exterior door without a key. Only plus was the pool being large and warm, bed and bedding was comfortable. The bedding, however, smelled musty. Breakfast was decent, not much variety. There was candy and other things under the bed and sofa. The gap under the door allowed for the marijuana smell in the hallway to creep into my room. It was an educational moment for me as a parent to teach the kids about pot. The bathroom had different shades of mold, I have a number of pictures but cannot upload for some reason. Toilet seat was high and I could swing my feet off the floor, which I guess was a cute memory from childhood... Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting to be safe or healthy. $40 worth night

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too.

Very disappointed! Walking in the hotel it looks to be in decent condition, but the rooms are filthy. Carpets are covered in stains and grime, mold in the shower, the heat stank horribly, stain on comforter, fridge smelled and made an annoying buzzing sound, walls are literally peeling apart, dresser drawers were falling apart. The bed skirt was all stained and had crusty white residue dripping down it! Absolutely disgusting.

For what I paid, I was expecting a little more. The bed was fairly comfortable; but shoved in a space so tightly, i had to shimmy sideways to get to the side that was right on top of the air conditioner unit. The freezer part of the refrigerator was taken up by a solid block of ice; so completely unusable. The facial tissue was in a broken container and felt like sandpaper.

Friendly staff, not too run down like a lot of the mid tier overpriced Wyndham properties are. Only complaint is that one of the bed sheets was visibly dirty. Makes it hard to settle in and get comfortable when it’s pretty clear the sheets either weren’t changed or were soiled when they were changed. We’d stay here again though, but probably not if we had that happen a second time.

The lobby and breakfast area were misleading that our room was going to be that nice and clean. Our room had black mold in the bathroom especially behind the door on the wall where they rarely clean. The room had a moldy musty smell to it. There were ants on the nightstand and when I moved the nightstand out from away from the wall to see where they were coming from there was a significant amount of trash and old food that had fallen behind the stand that had not been moved and cleaned behind in what appears a long time. The nightstand also left a mold impression in the carpet. This is very unfortunate since the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was what you would expect.

Rugs are disgusting & caked with grime- I was in Room 219 & the key card never worked & they knew that before I was given my room-after many attempts of new cards I was told that particular room was not working so I was let in by the front desk attendant- noisy all night with no one caring about the noise volume… just horrible & I regret my choice

The internet service was weak and the television service went in and out. We got into the room late we were tired and our expectations of getting something better was not very high, so we didn’t complain, we were leaving early as well.
