Check-in went well with Isaac. He ensured no feathers in pillows or recent pet in room (I have severe allergies). Breakfast was okay.

BUT WE WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION FOR THE POOR ENVIRONMENT IN THE ROOM. The thermostat that controlled heat/AC did not work AT ALL. We spent the evening with Maintenance in our room. He was called in evening and he was unable to fix. Had to DISCONNECT the system, it was SO LOUD and BLOWING. Then we had no air in the room and no other room available to move us. Offered to remove and replace the whole system at 9:30PM!! Unacceptable since we had to go to sleep. We were awake since 4AM to drive for 11 hours….and had another 2 long days of driving ahead of us!

It was lovely. It seems that most hotels I've stayed at lately have been incredibly run down. Simple maintenance things are overlooked.
This place was lovely. Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Room was clean, had the perfect number of towels, the Tv even had a personal getting for me when we arrived.
The breakfast was delicious! Hot omelets, fresh waffles, eggs, fruit, pastries, oatmeal,....... large variety. There were even 2 attendance maintaining &keeping things clean.
It was very a comfortable stay.

The facility was pet friendly and the fee was reasonable. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floor. The bed was extremely comfortable, every amenity listed was provided, the staff was helpful, and the free breakfast was delicious. This was my second stay, and I plan to stay again.

The bed, pillows, and couch were comfy, and the room was well-equipped. The bathroom and living area were roomy. The continental breakfast was 100% yummy, with friendly staff and something for everyone (go for the Belgium waffles). The outdoor pool had chairs, tables, loungers, and towels. The only thing I would change would be to lower the A/C when you first come into the registration desk. Brrrr. Like a blast from the Arctic! But not a deal killer for this lovely, well-kept hotel. Close to the Interstate but not too close for noise, close to filling stations, and close to town for wonderful restaurants (Wrigley and Seasons, also 100%).

When we got to our room --we pulled down the comforter and found BED BUGS! We took the bug(s) down to the front desk and was informed that they were bed bugs. She accommodated us into a different room right away stating that the General Manager would contact us the next day or the next working day (Monday). As of this date we have not been contacted by the General Manager. We have tried to contact him by phone and email......Totally ignored us, we should have been contacted for the quality of our room that night!! We will not stay at this Hampton Inn again!

The hotel and room were find. The issue I had was it was posted as pet friendly and that welcome pets. The issue was, there was no where in the description that said anything about an extra charge of $75 for your pet. On top of that, they were unable to split the cost of 2 rooms on 2 credit cards.

I called to let the front desk I returning late and they accommodate my late arrival I showed up at midnight and the front desk agent provided excellent customer service, very friendly, and staff. The whole stage was great. The rooms was clean and comfortable. I will definitely will stay here again and recommend to any that’s traveling in this area

It was a very nice, obviously newer hotel. Right across the street from Cracker Barrel. Several other restaurants available nearby. Close access to interstate. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff.
Road construction going on at main road so a little difficulty there but not too bad. Exceedingly steep hill at entrance of hotel into parking lot. Car handled it ok but winter may be problem...
