Room was cleaned daily and had good amenities. Staff were warm and welcoming. Fantastic location right - you walk right onto the Main Street for shopping. Room was slightly on the small side and the slightly noisy but I would not mark you down for this as the location is a busy this understandable and the room is good value for money. Overall will rate well and rebook. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the views.

Noisy Stay with great potential!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well situated to explore, the only issue is the noise from the nightclub across the street. It is loud and goes on until the early hours of the morning. The hotel would benefit from installing double glazing with an audio suppressant. A small investment and they would have happy clients. The decor is stylish and tasteful.

⛔️DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.🚨There is a bulk of hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Dirty bed sheet. Un-safe mirror door, which can be broken and hurt you. The lady manager is very un responsible and doesn't even know what the operation of the hotel is.you can see where they put the towel above the toilet, which when flashing all dirt can go to the towel I asked them to arrange the call or meeting with the owner, but they didn't do it. All my complaints are with proof and picture, which I shared in google map ( couldn't upload here ). They expect me to accept their apology for all their un professionals operation after spending more than 5.000 usd with the basket of fruit, which is shameful.

Mr. Cas is a beautiful and unique hotel for those looking to stay in a historic hotel but with modern comforts. It’s located on the bustling Istiklal Avenue, so shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The hotel is gorgeous with ornate details and fixtures that transport you back in time leading you to believe that the fictional Mr. Cas did once reside there. There’s a mini-museum on the second floor that celebrates some of the building’s real history.

My friends and I stayed in the rooms that connect with double doors. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I love the smell of the products in the bathrooms and throughout the hotel. The bottles were a little small, so it would be nice if they had full-sized pump dispensers to minimize plastic waste. Also, the grout lines seemed a little dirtier than desired, but it is an old building.

The breakfast buffet was a beautiful spread with a little bit of something from everyone. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. One of the rooms had an AC issue when we checked in, but the staff sent us a courtesy bottle of wine and fixed the issue by the evening. They also sent up someone immediately to close the skylight blinds to minimize the room heating up during the day.

One annoying thing is that the vanity lighting in the bathroom doesn’t have a switch. The only way to turn it off is to remove the card that activates the power for the room, but then you can’t charge any devices overnight.

The hotel was beautiful and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were all very welcoming and nice and helped us with any concerns. The location was very beautiful for tourists, as we got to explore a nice part of Istanbul. The room was always clean and tidy with a nice smell and was very comfortable to be in (mattress and pillows were very comfortable and clean) Every floor was beautifully designed and the walls were nicely decorated. But ignoring that, the hotel is excellent, staff are extremely helpful and attentive, the facilities look great and it’s difficult to get this central with other hotels.

Nattklubben intill är ett problem.

Hotellet i sig är väldigt fint, jag hade önskat rum högt upp vilket jag fick men det jag inte visste var är att det ligger en nattklubb precis intill som spelar hög musik fram till klockan 5-6 på morgonen. Jag fick inte en helt natts sömn under vistelsen. Förbannelsen över rum 310, helt enkelt.

Vackra rum och skön säng. Doften inne på hotellet är magisk och produkterna på rummet likaså.

Location is prrfect its in middle of istiklal avenue so you are in the middle of downtown, unfortunately there is a night club infront with speakers outside very noisy but once you close windows its bearable, staff are nice but not easy to communicate with due to their poor english, AC was bad it doesn't blow cold air all the time, its crowded and loud noise from the streets if you are not into that it will bother you .

Location is wonderful, at the heart of istiklal st. Several restaurants and shops around. I got the Felix room, which was on istiklal st. Nice room and view but can be noisy at night. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The manager Cihan, was genuine and super helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide assistance. Hossein is a superstar and so helpful. I wasn’t feeling well and they sent me nice bouquet of flowers. Amina, is the best housekeeper and so sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. They made me feel I was home and safe!

Unfortunately we didn't have a positive experience at this hotel.
-room was without sunlight and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. Artificial lighting was also too dimmed.
-you can hear everything that's going on outside of the door
-premium tv channels are advertised but only a few Turkish channels were working
-wifi is painfully slow
-heater in the room makes periodical noises that keeps you from sleeping
-lastly we complained about all of our issues throughout our 10 day stay, nothing was improved by the staff.

The property is in a beautiful building and great location middle von istighlal street. But the cleaning is very bad and the staff is very nice but zero action. I stayed 3 nights tv not working every day they said very politely ;) oh sorry today. Cleaning is extremely bad. And the room I selected online did not correspond to the picture. They said they will change but also zero actions.
There are in the area many good and great hotels this one is overrated and with those issues. Will not go there again.

Perfect stay in a great location.

Great location in a very stylishly decorated building. Very boutique. Staff was amazing from the reception to the checkout. Upstairs bar and lounge was exceptional with a beautiful terrace where you have a view of the Galata tower, the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia while being right on the bustling and fun Istiklal avenue. The manager went out of his way to welcome us and make sure all our needs were surpassed. And our waiter who served us breakfast made sure our delicious breakfast was perfect, finishing with Turkish coffee. Beds were very comfortable with nice linen and the art deco style mixed with some ottoman/Turkish style was very pleasing. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff who run it seamlessly.

Nice hotel w/ rough edges. Don’t trust their taxis

The rooms and lounge are beautiful. Pillows are a bit too thick. The breakfast is good, not excellent. The staff are pleasant but not as helpful as at other hotels I stayed in Turkey. The coffee provided in the room is not included/free (it’s 2 euro per cup).

Based on the location it is difficult for taxis to reach, which leads to its own problems. When I was leaving, the hotel called a trusted taxi. I was told the ride would be fixed price but a rate better than meter. I was interested in possibly making a stop on my way to the airport and was quoted 160 with the stop which was quite out of the way or 100-130 without. We did not make the extra stop and I asked the driver the price and was told 115. I confirmed by saying one-one-five and wrote it down. At the airport the driver demanded 150 and refused to give my luggage until I paid 150. My husband had taken a separate taxi earlier in the day with more traffic and paid 120. What a scam from a trusted associate.

Our stay was good overall but the receptionist claimed to upgrade us to a deluxe room, but apparently it was a standard room that has no ventilation ( no sunshine nor natural air, a view on another room window only)
There’s a bad smell at the elevator and jo hair dryer at the bathroom.

Breakfast is good, not a big variety but you could have a little meal with some coffee.

Absolute \"Urban Vintage\" design and feel as described and the place was unique in every sense giving a \"Gatsby Era\" style of vibe.

We love the place so much we went every floor which was furnished uniquely in the common areas to take photos. The restaurant and bar was a real treat as well and beautifully furnished.

Service staff are friendly and helpful and I must mention the restaurant manager was most helpful to us and provided excellent hospitality during our short stay there.

As much as I would like to give an excellent rating for all, the boutique hotel being in the heart of the party central and shopping belt was next to a bass stomping club next door thumping till the next morning on a weekend. While this is not really within the control of the hotel, perhaps those who roam during day and rest during night should ask for a quieter room or the rooms non facing Istiklal Cadessi.

A bit of a rollercoaster short stay

Briefly I asked to have a quiet room while booking it as a special request. Upon arrival we were given a room on the first floor. On the other side there is a night club that goes on at the week end till 7AM! We did not sleep at all the first night. Luckily we got given another room and everything was fine after that. I am waiting for refund as well, however I was quite rudely talked to by the receptionist who works the nightshifts and got told that people come to Istanbul for entertainment and it wasn’t their problem if we choose Mr Cas and found it noisy. Sorry if I don’t wanna be up till 7AM but still enjoy myself at more readoneable times, especially when we don’t have weeks to explore the city! Shame as it is very trendy and pretty well kept.

Spacious rooms with nice decor. Any of the back rooms are protected from the noise of taxim square (which is like Oxford Circus or times Square ). If you sleep light, definitely take a back room. The staff are nice and the location is great to explore Galata, cihangir areas. My only criticism would be the breakfast which they shouldn't offer or make it better and charge. The food is absolutely dreadful - I don't understand how they can get it so wrong ! Lots of the salads are gone off so be careful before trying. Lots of local spots for breakfast so not an issue !

It was a worst experience ever

Stayed one week ago, and it was terrible from our first day until we checked out.
First, we arrived about 15:30 p.m and found the hotel main entrance without reception and we had to go upstairs taking up our luggage by ourselves. We booked two rooms, they gave us our first room and said we should wait for about 30 mins to take the other. The man who brings our luggage told us any thing outside the mini fridge is free and we were surprised when we did the check out from the reception that we have to pay more than 300 TL for the snacks!!
Our first night was really terrible!! we couldn't sleep even for one hour, my room's view was exactly to some night clubs and the sound was as it in the middle of my room. We asked them to change this room and the answer was there are no room in the same floor even though we could't find anyone else but us in our floor. Then they gave us other room in another floor, so that we were me and my parents in a separated floors.

Hotel's location is very bad at the end of the Istiklal street and between the night clubs and schools, so you have to wake up early from the school's rings and you can't sleep from the night clubs music.

Breakfast was very poor, you have only three or four options and all of them were served in a poor manner. Breakfast man was very rude giving us a very bad service, in our third and forth day, he said there is no open buffet and he'll bring the breakfast in orders.

We stayed at Mr Cas hotel in istanbul for 2 nights and we couldn't get enough. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, spacious, very sleek, modern and luxurious. The sole fact that you are on istiklal steeet as soon as you step out is fantastic. Despite being on one of the busiest streets, you cannot hear a thing whilst in your room. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to istanbul. Will be staying here again!

SPECTACULAR!!

My new favorite hotel in İstanbul. The hotel is going to amaze you. Since you get into the hotel you see the combination of history and modernism in everywhere. All floors have surprises (there is a mini museum in 2nd floor) so I highly recommend you to walk around all the floors in the hotel. Luxury amenities, gorgeous bathroom, most comfortable bed ever!! We preferred to stay in a room with a fireplace and a bay window facing the İstiklal street. It was a very romantic and large room with high ceilings.
Finally my favorite place in the hotel is the lounge. I adored the sculptures on the walls. Really very impressive.
We had excellent breakfast in the morning. And the staff.. they are extremely helpful.
I can say that the hotel located in the heart of the city. Nostalgic tramway passes from the doorstep.

Nice and small hotel in the heart of Taksim, located in an area with lots of tourists and pushy salespeople. You can't hear the noise from the room! It's quite a short walk to the tram and bus. Friendly staff working there! PS: Don’t book a taxi through the hotel, we agreed on 1300TL, but suddenly the ride became much more expensive.

Otelin tarihi dokusu temizliği ve konforuna diyecek yok. Ancak etrafındaki gece klüpleri sebebiyle 1.kattaki odalar tercih edilmemeli. İlk gece gürültüden uyuyamadık, ancak otelin yardımsever personelleri bizi daha gürültüsüz bir odaya alarak sorunumuzu çözdüler. Kendilerine tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.

Me cambié a una suite porque la habitación que había reservado originalmente me pareció claustrofóbica por lo pequeña y oscura. La suite estaba mucho mejor, amplia y cómoda. Lo malo es que hay una discoteca justo en frente de la ventana que pone música a todo volumen cada noche. El restaurante tiene mucho estilo, recomiendo subir.

Berbat bi konaklama idi. Resepsıyonist ukala. Oda pis (bir önceki konaklyanın kullanılmış kulak çubugu odada duruyordu). Otel misafirleri gürültülü. Odalar içiçe tüm sesler duyuluyor. Yan odanın banyosu sanki bizim odada gibi. Asla uyutmuyor. Avlu manzaralı denen oda havalandırmaya bakıyor. Odadaki eşyalar kırık dökük. Odada kahve makinesi var ama kapsülü ücretli. Herşey euro bazında. Restoran yetersiz. Çay bile yok. Tek hoş yani otelin mimarisi ve dekorasyonu.hizmet sıfır hiç de luxury kalitesinde değil sadece konumu iyi.
