The location is amazing as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the city center!!

The staff are outstanding! Michael and Marcia, the owners, are so welcoming and affable. They helped us plan outings and are delightful , outgoing and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and lovely, the pool refreshing and the grounds lovely and well kept. In all a totally wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The owners and staff were welcoming and did everything to make our stay perfect. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were lovely. We enjoyed coffee (thanks Michael!) on our balcony each morning with a view of Mombacho. The breakfast was simple but good with the BEST bread homemade by the owners.

The location is close enough to restaurants and the central plaza so that you can easily walk where you want to go, but far enough to be away from too much city noise. Parking is behind the hotel gate next to reception (manned 24/7) so it is convenient and safe to have your car here, although we only used ours for a day trip.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely adored our room, the natural beauty of the trees and views surrounding the property, and the warm hospitality of Marcia and Miguel. We truly felt at home, and the breakfast was simply wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pitaya chunks in the morning, and the brown muffins with their delightful cacao flavor were a treat.

I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like family. Their breakfast did not include the Nicaraguan famous nacatamal, one morning we saw Marcia eating one, and commented on how much we loved them. They are from an outside source. We asked if she could order 2 for my husband and I. (absolutely delicious) After we checked out I checked our bill and realized they never charged us, thank you so much! I will be coming back and highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Staff was amazing. The owner was there to check me in and it was very easy. The room was big and bathroom was big. Very clean rooms and property. Breakfast was good also. Only complaint was that there were bats underneath the tile in the room I was in. You could hear them at night. I know management couldn’t do anything as they are protected, but it was a little disturbing at night. Other than that I love the property and would come back

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Jardin. Customer service was 10/10, the shower was hot, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the square, which was perfect if you prefer a quieter hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. It was easy to find and the staff all around were great. The facility is well kept with nice amenities but still small enough to feel personal. The breakfast was fresh with great coffee. Don’t forget to pet the house animals as they were a nice touch to this property.

We left a pair of ray an sunglasses and we were notified in Expedia email. We drove back to Granada from Leon to pick them up. She. We are arrive the wife (Guatemalan) from the Owner (Steve) told us that it was not ours that some one else have lost them. We were so mad for making us drive all day and saying this when we l ew these were ours. We only recovered a battery pack which had no use for anyone else.

Michael and Marcia have built a wonderful oasis in the heart of Grenada. They made me feel like a visiting friend, not just a customer. I had a great room overlooking the pool and gardens, with the volcano in the background.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Granada.

It was first time I was in Granada. If I will go there again I will go for the Hotel Jardin. It was clean, quite, very friendly and relaxing. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff very helpful for any inquires. Hotel owners Michael and his wife Marcia they are extremely focused on guest comfort. Very safe area. I stayed one week not single bad experience on my walking any time of the day. It is a short walking distance anywhere in town. I strongly recommend Hotel Jardin.

Island of calm in the heart of the city

Loved my stay in Granada. A tranquil, calm, Zen feel right in town. The rooms look out onto the beautiful pool and garden area. I enjoyed just sitting back and relaxing on the patio and watching birds, and vegetation with the city and volcano as the backdrop. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Granada.

Had a geat stay here. Rooms are spacious and super clean. This hotel has all the amenities of a large resort with the personsl touch of a family business. Meals were all excellent. Great smoothies. Pool is clean and accessible. Outdoor dining area is awesome place to stay and read a book after eating. Hilly location always has a breeze. Staff even remembers how you like your food cooked. Location is only a five minute walk from downtown but away from the noise at night.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The pool was beautiful, water was clean and I could even enjoy breakfast and coffee poolside!! The location is excellent. Off the street, secure and close to churches, street market and with a volcano view. The hotel grounds are clean and they grow passion fruit, coffee, eggplant, chilies, mint, bananas, guava and papaya on site!! The food was great in the restaurant and after it closed, Julio was very helpful ordering delivery. The highlight was indeed the staff. Michael, Marcia, Julio were all so incredibly helpful and the two dogs and two cats very friendly and really made the hotel feel like home. I am highly recommending Jardin for anyone wanting to stay near the heart of Granada but yet feel like you’re miles away from town. Thank you for making my stay wonderful ❤️❤️

Highly Recommended - Treated Like Family

Michael, Marcia, and their staff go above and beyond for their guests. We arrived at Hotel Jardin (transport from the Managua Airport was happily pre-arranged by Michael and was hassle-free) and were welcomed by Michael with cold waters, a map of Granada, and answers to all our questions about the city. The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from the plaza, and we really appreciated the safety and security that this hotel provided given its location.

The Hotel boasts a great swimming pool with a swim-up bar, comfortable sun lounging chairs, and a fantastic open-air restaurant. Fabiola was eager and quick to serve us meals and beverages pool-side as we requested. All meals are made fresh to order and you can really taste the care and attention that she brings to her work. Thank you so much to Fabiola!

Our stay included Breakfast which was served every morning by Marcia with a smile. We made our selection each morning from either a more American-Style or more Local-Style breakfast option, and the menu changes each day of our stay. Again, everything was made fresh and the coffee was fantastic! Mucho gracias Marcia!

Our room was very comfortable with a great outdoor balcony. The Hotel was recently built and has modern facilities throughout. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner worked fantastically.

We took many opportunities to chat with Michael about what I am sure he thought was an endless list of questions.

Everything was great from the moment we met the driver at the airport. The check in process went smoothly. The room was clean and pleasantly decorated. The pool and lounge area ways well kept. Beautiful Place to Stay in Granada!

Hotel Jardin de Granada is a beautiful hotel and a great location in Granada!
The hotel opened in 2016, so is very new and well maintained. The owners definitely paid attention to the details. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed.
The owners and staff are all very pleasant and helpful.
The onsite restaurant offers fabulous breakfasts, as well as fantastic meals for lunch and dinner.
The grounds are nicely maintained.
The owners' dog and cats, as well as free-range chickens are a delight.
We highly recommend staying at Hotel Jardin de Granada.
We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Granada!!!!

We just spent 6 nights in room #10. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by their driver Milton to the moment we were dropped off at the airport by Milton, this little gem was above & beyond our expectations. Marcia & Michael (owners) and all their staff are so kind and very helpful with all our questions. Food is excellent and large portions. The hotel and grounds are so nice and well maintained. The location is great - away from the loud hustle & bustle but an easy 10 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, etc.. Our room was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.
