I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building.

But what really stood out was the amazing staff.

Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for.

Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special.

Housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Their traditional breakfast is the best. I will miss them very much. It was a home away from home.

Thank you for being such a wonderful host for me. I will treasure my time at your hotel.

The Breakfast was good they only have two types of breakfast when is included in the room it was good.
The air conditioning was perfect specially with the heat it cool the room fast.
The only thing there was no hot water and they should change the shower head not much water comes out.

I booked a 3 day stay and requested to move my days and the staff made the accommodation but I then had an emergency and needed to change and the staff was so unpleasant as if they did not want to help me at all or even refund me the days I did not stay there. I lost 2 days of my money and I will never return to the hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of the city, the pool was really nice too as I went during the summer and needed it from long walks into town. Room. Had cold AC which was nice too. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel organizes events which was great. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place to stay in Granada! Excellent location - right in the heart of things on Plaza Mayor and right across from the Cathedral. Nice courtyard and pool areas. Great breakfast included. The staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend!

The staff was nice, helpful, and friendly, but I will never stay here again! This place is more like a hostel. The rooms were nasty; the bathroom smelled like public bathrooms. The outside of the hotel has hanging chairs, which are nice for sitting outside and enjoying the night breeze; if they would update the rooms, it would be a beautiful hotel.

We stayed in a suite. It was really spacious, and pretty comfortable. The pool is nice. It's a bit shallow, but that didn't bother me. I didn't have time to use any of the spa services unfortunately. Parque Central is right outside. It was really loud at night, and also early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault

This is mainly a hostel focused on budget travellers, however, there are double rooms with a bathroom available, too. Don’t buy food and drinks at this hostel as they are heavily overpriced. You can dine and drink half price elsewhere. On the other hand you can purchase some local trips, transports and various activities at the reception at a reasonable cost. The hostel looks quite dated and the room equipment is poor. I still liked the pool and vibes. The breakfast included was reasonable.

Took us 40 minutes to check in. We are Nicaraguan locals and there was a clear preference from the staff to check in foreigners faster, whilst leaving us locals to the side. Coming back to the hostel late at night we were also stopped and asked to once again show proof of our stay through our IDs and hotel bracelets (which we already had on) while foregneirs walked in without trouble.

Private rooms do not get wifi signal- if you plan to work remotely while you’re there, don’t expect to be able to do it from your desk. The coworking space was booked for two full days for a private event so dozens of remote workers were scrambling to find somewhere to work without any notice. This was the worst hostel I have ever stayed at the kitchen water kept going out so for three days, we cannot cook the toilet flooded. The air conditioner went out one of the cleaning ladies stole out of my luggage and to use the stove. You have to use a lighter in one of my attempts to do that a giant flame ignited which led to me getting burned and they issued me a refund and tried to convince me to please not write a review on it, also it took almost 4 days for the supervisor to reach out to me once I made these complaints and there’s an extreme mosquito problem I would not recommend I have traveled around the world and this is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed I rather have stayed in a trashcan

Initially I booked for just 2 nights. I left to an Airbnb that unfortunately bamboozled me and my people. Therefore, we found ourselves returning.

We loved it at this property. From the welcome drink, yoga class twice a day, massages - excellent food! the Cauliflower Wings were my favorite on the menu. Yet, not always accessible. :(

The excursion facilitated made everything super convenient! In my experience their prices are also better than the individuals outside the facility trying to sell you something. Yet, We did meet some people who found a better deal than us.

The 1st time I stayed in a deluxe which was really night. I wish I had hot water. I found out the hot water is heated through a solar system. It was pretty cloudy the time I was there.

The 2nd time I returned after the incident with the airbnb I was in a suite in the back of the facility. that area was super loud at night vs the area I had the deluxe.

Victor the yoga instructor is amazing!!! I sincerely wish I could take his class everywhere I go. I will say it is an advance yoga practice. He is truly my favorite instructor yet, his attention to detail and teaching style hold a special place for us to challenge ourselves and build more trust with ourselves. Ty Victor.

The art work kept the enviornment vibrant. I see myself returning for sure.

If it wasn't a hassle i would've sue the property, when i was taking a shower they didn't have proper dry towels to not fall and be slippery so i smacked my head from the back and i had to go to the hospital to make sure the wasn't internal bleeding. I'm reconsider suing

Overall, I enjoyed staying at Selina Granada. They have a very friendly and helpful staff as well as a diverse options of activities on-site. The room had a beautiful view to the city's central park and cathedral as well as the surrounding colonial style arquitecture all around.

However, the only negative that I experienced was the fact that I couldn't get a decent sleep on a Saturday night because they were hosting a party with very loud music which lasted until around 3 am. The party appear to be very nice and fun, but the only thing is that it ends too late for my taste. It appears to be the case that they host these types of parties every other Saturday. So the next time I visti I will make sure that my dates don't coincide with said activity.

A fun, social hotel that was filled with interesting travelers and families from all over the world! We stayed at a few of the other hotels in Granada and nothing compares to the fun we had at Selina! Its in the perfect location and at the center of why you are travelling to Granada!

Stayed at multiple Selina’s throughout out Central America, room was tiny in comparison to the other rooms we stayed in even though booking the same room type and nothing like the picture depicted. Hot water didn’t work and bathroom wasn’t clean floors were always dirty wifi was also painfully slow. Rooms need sound proofing, we were told about the parties and how loud it would be when checking in, not like we could do anything about it at that point, glass rattled and the whole room vibrated till 1-2 am in the morning. Location was great .

Safety issue - evacuate before fumigation

Pros: Beautiful old building, WIFI was good.
Cons: We awoke to a loud noise outside our room then opened the door to see smoke filling the hallway. I quickly closed the door and sealed the gap at the bottom with a towel. We moved to the balcony and called for help but no one heard. Pesticides came out of other windows and began to choke us so we wrapped wet T-shirts around our faces and moved into the corridor. Visibility was low but we found the stairs and made our way to the lower level, also full of pesticide smoke. Our eyes were uncovered and began to sting but we had no option than to press forward through the cloud. The fumigation crew were surprised when we came out and into safety. The Selina staff laughed when we got to the reception and asked 'What the f#*$ is going on.'
Pro: Got a free breakfast.

The service was really excellent. Excellent Tours offers.
I definitely recommend this Hotel. If you looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Specially during the weekend. If you are someone who enjoys music , drinks and fun you are in the right place.

Such a cool hostel!

Selina is such a cool hostel! The decor is lovely and the rooms are great. The pool area is very nice and they have free iced drinking water on the bar ready to go. We got upgraded for free to a room with private bathroom which was very appreciated! The staff were all very smiley and helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, cannot think of a better location for a hostel in Granada! It’s right on the square near all the bars and restaurants, just a great stay!

The hotel staff at selina were friendly especially Fred who was great. However, the beds are uncomfortable, they had trouble with the water which made showering and flushing the loo difficult. Also, because it is the off season and not many people are in Granada at the moment we were under the impression the staff were staying in the hotel with their friends and they were very loud which kept us up at night. However, when we brought this to Fred’s attention he managed to get them to be quiet. Furthermore, the TV room shuts at 8pm which was a shame especially since not much is going on in town at the moment so you can’t do much after a certain time.

Chill vibe and great location!

Very chill vibe all over. I love how you can just chill outside and people watch with a drink in your hand. The lobby turns into a club on the weekend. We got a private room with a shared bathroom. The room was small, but clean enough. I didn’t like how the toilet is in one room and then you have to wash your hands in another room. Shared bathroom is how you expect it to be. You have to wait if it’s being used and it’s not the cleanest, but it was good enough. The people were really friendly. Everyone always greeted us. The food and drinks there are more expensive than the local restaurants around, but it was good. They made it super easy with planning things to do. We liked the pool area too. Overall, it was a great place to stay at a great location and I would recommend it!

When I made it he reservation I made if for the day after I arrived no Saturday. The hostel was full but management and the front desk found a room for me. They had free jug water in the lobby. Free pool table and ping pong and a community kitchen. The room was clean but the hot water was sparse.

ALL Selina properties are for the young at heart

This Selina Granada is for the young at heart it is NOT a hotel but a youth Hostel. It is geared for the young economy traveler. The staff try their hardest to provide the services a young economy traveler would require. I had a problem with the shower head and they repaired it immediately. The chef and his food preparation is par to any Hilton Hotel. The Bar manager Kevin was personable knowledgeable and efficient. The front desk staff was efficient knowledgeable and personable. This was my first time at-a hostel. If asked to describe it in as few words as possible they would be a college dorm.

Gorgeous hotel in the perfect location

Everything was incredible about our stay - you can socialize with lots of people and the staff was awesome. It's a stone's throw away from the best restaurants and bars, and you can walk absolutely everywhere you need. Only slight downfall was our room was noisy on weekends (you could hear the club beats from the bar and people yelling), so if you're a light sleeper, just ask for a quieter room away from noise.
