Loved the location being so central and steps away from the promenade (waterfront). Lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts were always good at promptly replying to any questions we had. Just a reminder that most places don’t have elevators so just be prepared to climb stairs with luggage.

Really nice location, room was clean.

Trogir - great overnight stay from split airport

We found Trogir whan looking for an overnight stay in Split before a morning ferry. Trogir is a lot cheaper then Split and very close to the airport with easy transfers, as well as an interesting little town.
This property was perfect - central, clean ad transfer and key collection was easy, with good communication from the agency

Perfect spot in Old City

The apartment was quite spacious and well equipped. Communication was easy and prompt with WhatsApp. We didn’t understand that within the Old City, there are no cars so we had to walk a bit to the apartment, but it’s no problem once you know where to go.

The property is conveniently located for dining, shopping and transport. It is quiet and clean but the apartment on the top floor is in need of some maintenance. Also, it is advertised as being suitable for four people but it is tiny with limited headroom so more suitable for two. It is fine for a short stay. The member of staff in the agency is contactable and very helpful.

This is a nicely updated comfortable room in an excellent location for roaming through Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby and the marina waterfront is within a couple of minutes walk. The check in was easy and our communication with our host was good. The room was quiet and everything worked well. AC and fridge are always appreciated. We would stay here again.

Nice stay - the room was a little smaller than I expected but it was very clean and quiet. The building itself is tucked away in a quiet spot. Dragana at the travel office is lovely and very helpful. I think the only negative was the early checkout time (10 AM) but it was not the end of the world. I would stay here again if I went back to Trogir.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice. I took away one star for two reasons. The directions for getting to the property from Uber were not clear. We had to walk a significant distance with luggage and it was not easy. The other reason is there is a very small step (probably 2 inches high) into the bathroom that you can't see but you sure feel it when you ram your toes into it! I did this several times before it registered. Otherwise, the property is great!

Not what we expected

Villa Ivanka was not available when we checked in, so we were placed in a different apartment. It was nice, however there was only one ac unit for the 2 bedroom apartment and it was still hot in the bedrooms when we went to sleep. Also insulation was bad, it was so noisy since it’s close to a square and on top of a restaurant. WiFi never worked.

Located in center Trogir in old city. Location excellent. No real concern of having to check in at travel agency as I did. Use arranged car from airport to get and find it. Agency staff excellent and walked me to apartment location. Dry nice renovated place. Only concern is if want window open Resturant below if want early sleep but it has AC so shut window.

Best location in Trogir if you are on a budget.

The 2 units were average. The bedding(especially the pillows!!) and towels need upgrading and the shower over the bath was not working properly. The location is the best thing about these rooms and we enjoyed our stay for being close to everything. Walked from the port with a lot of luggage but found the rooms ok with directions from owner. Trogir and Villa Ivanka is well worth a visit.

Great budget stay in the historic center

It's an apartment building right in the middle of historic district, minutes to everything. We got the top floor, so you had to take care not to bang your head on the ceiling. :-) Overall, very comfortable and spacious on a budget price. Free parking was available, too. A minor nuisance, the check in is done at the Kairos travel agency, a 100 m away, on the waterfront. Don't forget to ask for the wi-fi password (free).

A great place to stay

This is our second stay at Villa Ivanka. Its in a great location within Trogir's old town. It is easy walking distance of the bus station, waterfront and the old town sights. The room is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff at Karios Travel agency who manage the property are are lovely.

A bit of quiet in a place no longer \"unspoiled\"

Trogir is a madhouse, and the room at this service is an oasis. The streets are packed with tourboat visitors and the local shopkeepers try to sell anything they have, including themselves. The only escape from this Disneyland is found in the back streets, and the rooms this service offers is in one of these--quiet and removed from the craziness of the town. Advice: go to Trogir in the off season, but if you have to go June-Sept, stay in Villa Ivanka

Good location but....

Location of the hotel was very good, to get the key was slightly complicated as there was no one locally there but had to come for the handover (it wasnt high season). Room was ok, however located on top of a restaurant (smells food) and the bed was super uncomfortable. But the parking is for free and close by.

For one night in Trogir this apartment really suited our needs. The location was perfect for soaking up the history and atmosphere of Trogir. Bear in mind that due to the age and location of the building the property is quite dark and there is little outside space to sit in the sun. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately the shower was broken but the bath was a bonus!

Very convenient to all the attractions in the Old Town. Great plus being able to leave our luggage at 9am when our boat arrived at the Karios Travel Agency right at the docks. Smooth check in and taken to our room and shown all the amenities. Small but had everything we needed. Sink plug was jammed shut and the shower doors did not meet meaning the water leaked all over the floor. Both minor and we let the Management know.

I'll admit that we were upgraded to a bigger room because it was available, and the room was amazing, so our experience was somewhat better than what we had actually paid for, but I can only imagine that everyone's experience here would be wonderful. We were treated incredibly well and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially at this price point. I would only say that the free parking is somewhat annoying because it is outside of the old town, but so is all visitor parking, and we had to go and pick up the keys at a different building close by, but the staff there was incredibly helpful. Do it!

Great room and location!

We stayed for two night sunroom #1. You have to go to travel office to check, but it turned out to be only a 2 min walk from room. Staff is very pleasing. Tony checked us in and even helped carry my bag over to room, super friendly. The only issue we had was on day one, the shower did not drain and water overflowed to floor. thankfully, there is a drain inthe center or the bathroom too. Someone came in next morning to put draino liquid in audit improved. Next day, the water pipe burst in the toilet sink, and good thing we were in the room to turn it off. We reported that as well. The staff was very apologetic and surprised since this was a newly renovated appt. the room was very cozy overall and plenty of space. Although we had theater issues, we would still return here and recommend it. It's right in the center of Trogir. Be sureto take a water taxi to Okrug beach. Well worth it!

The room was pretty small but impeccably clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable, did not get a good night of sleep. Located in a great place in the middle of Trogir old town, this was very convenient since we had to leave for Split airport early the next morning. The staff was very friendly and great, but the comfort, or lack thereof, of the bed really lowered my rating... Would not stay there if it was for more than one night, otherwise your back and sleep will suffer.

Our room in Villa Ivanka was beautifully clean with a good big bed, air conditioning (fortunately), a fridge and reading lamps.There were excellent shutters which could be closed or half closed and helped to keep the room cool. The double glazing shut out the bustle and sound from the restaurants below if required. All the plumbing worked well and the bathroom was spotless. We arrived in a thunder storm and heavy rain and Trogir has virtually no traffic so our taxi had dropped us by the bridge but the staff at the Kairos Agency rescued us quickly and helped us find the villa in the maze of tiny alleys. It is a delightful villa in a delightful situation, but not a place for a stay of longer than a week I should say - so small - and you need to go on some of the boat trips which are also very good value. I loved it. Even the rain dried up almost instantly on that first day.

L'hébergement n'a pas été facile à trouver, heureusement que nous n'étions pas garée dans le parking avec les 20min gratuite car il nous a fallu 1h pour trouver le logement et attendre que quelqu'un vienne nous faire le check-in. Le logement est confortable et joli mais très étroit, si vous êtes très grand, vous pourrez vous sentir à l'étroit. Ceci dit, l'emplacement dans la vieille ville est super.

Très bel endroit, calme, au centre de la vieille ville. Un peu dur à trouver ! Jolie chambre, confortable avec bouilloire et sachets de boissons. Un bémol cependant, la clim avait du mal à refroidir et faisait du bruit.
