All very good,parking can be difficult as it shares a general car park,but ok if you arrive after 19.00 hrs,tends to be a bit noisy at night as all the local racers seem to roar up and down outside,if you totally close the window it tends to get very stuffy.

GOOD QUALITY BUDGET HOTEL
Very new hotel completed in the last year. Rooms are reasonable size with good fittings and a comfortable double bed with good storage space for suitcases and contents all very good in what is a budget hotel. Breakfast is available for euro 6.90 and was suprisingly good with a lot of good quality cold choice although no hot option.
The hotel is located in the St Nazaire suburbs by the hospital so if you do not have a car it would be a problem getting to it. There are no restaurants or shops anywhere near so you also need to have a car as they only serve breakfast.

Great hotel for all the right reasons. Clearly new and modern with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Rooms are serviced daily, have free wifi and are adequate size but are a little limited for storage. Bathroom is modern and clean. Very helpful and polite staff. You must be prepared to travel though to look for amenties / restaurents etc as it is located in a residential area virtually opposite St Nazaire hospital

Accueil et service impeccable. Rien à redire de ce côté.
J'ai par contre de gros doutes sur le sérieux de la direction. Un gros panneau dans la chambre pour parler des efforts côté écologie, ça fait plaisir.
Mais encore faudrait-il que ce soit véridique.
La petite poubelle à double entrée pour les recyclables donne à y croire.
Cependant, la mention sur la grande affiche d'un batiment éco-responsable fait pour limiter les déperditions de chaleur... Et bien j'ai beaucoup de mal à y croire. La température prévue dans la journée était de 23° avec du soleil. Mais imaginer que dans un tel bâtiment, il fasse assurément plus de 25°, ça veut tout dire.
Nous avons finalement laissé tomber l'idée d'y dormir, malgré la proposition très gentille d'un ventilateur de la personne à l'accueil (je doute que ça ait suffit). Nous sommes donc repartis à la maison à 2h de route (j'aurais dormi dans la voiture si je n'avais pas pu repartir).
Bref, en été c'est impossible de mon point de vue (je n'ose imaginer avec des températures plus estivales)
En hiver, c'est très probablement un bon hotel à choisir par contre (mais je pense que les déperditions énergétiques doivent être lourdes).

Alors, très bon accueil mais attention à bien regarder votre facture, nous avons eu contrairement à notre demande, tous les petits déjeuner de la semaine ... mais bon, ce petit dej est de bon niveau (sauf les oeufs préparés à l'avance et qui sèchent pendant le maintient au chaud) , ça a rattrappé cette erreur.
La douche impossible à régler en hauteur est à revoir ... c'est notre 4eme séjour et jamais déçus sans toutefois obtenir le niveau espéré à cause de \"détails\"...

Günstiges Hotel, das dem Gast etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenkt als im Budgetsegment üblich. Der Parkplatz gehört meiner Einschätzung nach nicht ausschließlich zum Hotel und es könnte durchaus ein Mal eng werden. Im gleichen Gebäude ist z.B. auch eine Bäckerei. Die Zimmer sind klein und eng. Das Frühstück war besser als nichts. Kaffee kann man auch einzeln bekommen. Es ist nicht weit zu einem schönen Strand.

Propreté impeccable et prix imbattable avec parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel. Nous avons été déçus par le lit king size qui était en fait composé de deux lits simples accolés, l'absence de sèche-cheveux, et l'impossibilité d'emprunter une bouilloire.

Bonne initiative éco et bon emplacement. Manque tout de même de bouteille d’eau à disposition par des températures caniculaires. Un peu trop de poussière dans la chambre malgré une demande de nettoyage... non réalisée. Notre chambre qui donnait sur la rue donc un peu bruyante. Literie tout de même confortable mais oreiller trop mou.
