On street parking (free). Check in from 15.00 ideal. Friendly reception. Apartment clean and bright. Walk in shower. Hypermarket and other shops just across road, easy walk. Very convenient. Our stay was a Friday night and was quiet even with window open.

I was in the hotel for a conference. I arrived after reception hours and tried in vain to call the telephone number for their call centre. After getting a busy signal for half an hour I looked online for a second number and found their international call center. I asked for someone who spoke english and I was put on hold for 10 min. I decided to hang up and try my best French and 15minutes later I finally got the access code. The room itself had a small kitchen but no wifi only Ethernet. Not terrible but the hour at the door trying to get in made sure I will never book an appartcity ever again.

St Nazaire Ocean hotel has a fantastic view of the St Nazaire bridge. At night the street lighting does not pollute sky so vehicles can bee seen easily crossing the bridge. A fantastic sight!

Had minor issues with the text service to send us details of the room during out of hours check in, and telephone line was operated by French and Spanish speakers only- so I was told over the phone and was assisted by one of the hotel guests. However the location, the room, facilities, comfort, accessibility- all perfect, could not ask for more, particularly for the price we paid. Would definitely stay there again and if we go to France in future we will definitely look for Appart'City.

Rien a dire, tout etait tres bien. Accueil tres sympa. Confort, sillence, propreté, petits mots d'accueil dans la chambre. Accessoires presents cuisine et sdb.(eponge, torchon, liquide vaisselle,etc...) ainsi que cafetiere avec plusieurs doses variées. Dommage de n'y avoir sejourné qu'une nuit, je serais bien restée + longtemps. J'espère repasser par là une autre fois.

Bien dans son ensemble, Très bien au niveau de la propreté, sauf moquette tâchée et abîmée, et odeurs de cigarette à l'intérieur de notre appartement... Nous avions demandé de préférence au calme, nos 2 nuits se sont bien passées à ce niveau là, pas de nuisance sonore de l'intérieur de l'établissement. Nous avions un appartement au 5éme étage avec une vue sur l'Océan et le Pont de Saint Nazaire. L'appartement était plutôt spacieux. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale pratique pour faire les courses. Il est également proche de plusieurs endroits touristiques à un tarif très raisonnable pour les prestations proposées.
