We were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who went through everything about the hotel. He spoke very good English, which we appreciated. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, lots of space, comfy and clean. The pool was an added bonus to cool off in during the recent heatwave. We will happily stay at this hotel again when we return to France.

Hotel is clean and has everything we needed. Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Bus service is right outside the hotel into Saint Nazaire, which we took advantage of, we also walked into the centre in about 45 minutes, a pleasant walk, taking in the ship yards and views of the bridge. Lots of history and lovely beach in Saint Nazaire, well worth a visit.

Good enough to stay but limited things to enjoy
I chose this hotel in the last minutes as the plan was not organized at the time. Yet, the hotel condition was good enough to stay one night. They have a small poor outside, where already people were using. In general, there were nothing you can do nearby, so you may need a car to come and go out of this hotel to the town.

A nicely appointed hotel with very friendly staff located just outside St Nazaire. The room was clean & a good size & the bed was very comfortable. It's a pet-friendly hotel so we brought our dog with us & even though I had omitted to mention this on my booking form there was no problem when we arrived.
There a couple of \"chain\" restaurants within walking distance but you'd have to go into St Nazaire if you were looking for something traditional.

I Would recommend this hotel (tho car essential)
Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting St Nazaire. IT`s a little bit outside the town in a quiet commercial area with a few new residential apts nearby also. For this reason a car is probably essential. We had a car so we were fine. I`m not sure how frequent buses pass by but there is a bus stop nearby. It`s about 3 to 4 kilometres to the centre of town. The hotel is very new and modern so has all the mod cons. Very Clean. Staff very friendly and spoke English very well. There are 3 fabulous restaurants nearby only 2 minutes walk away, I recommend \"la Bouchere\" It`s like a Grill and had menus in english.

Not as good as last time
The second stay was not as good as the first time at this hotel. I got to my room and the hair dryer (wall mounted) didn't work and they didn't have any spares to use, so I had to change rooms. Then the room didn't have any liquid soap (shampoo/bath gel) in the dispenser - I went to the desk to ask and they said they were out - didn't have any for my 3-night stay. Thankfully, I had my own travel shampoo. The in-room refrigerator and microwave is nice. The self-service laundry is expensive (6 euro wash/4 euro dry) and the dryer didn't not dry very well - I had to hang everything up overnight to finish drying. The staff is nice, room was clean, the breakfast is a little pricey, but good.

No air-conditioning and free water, coffee and tea provided the first day was never replenished. The lady said it was a free welcome gift. What rubbish! All hotels replenish tea and coffee at least. Next time I would make 3 separate bookings (after all, there is no discount for subsequent nights' stay) and be sure to have fresh linen and a full stock of water, tea and coffee each day.
The pillows in the hotel were horrible. One was too big and the second too small; both were hard and lumpy. Why do European Hotels never consider the sleep comfort of their guests? Hot rooms with lumpy pillows are not comfortable and are not a recipe for a decent night's sleep.

Great hotel but beware hidden charges!
We have just return from 5 nights at the kyriad prestige in Trignac. The hotel is located within a small area currently under some development therefore if you want a beautiful location this is not for you! We had driven over so had the flexibility of the car and used this to our advantage to explore neighbouring areas.
St Nazaire is small but lots of nice things to do with the kids; skate/scooter park, playgrounds, bouncy castles, fields, beaches etc and the nearby beaches of pornichet and la baule are beautiful clean and sandy beaches.
Lots of adventure and water parks within a one hour drive of here.
We had a very warm and accommodating reception on our arrival and the few problems we had were sorted immediately and with no problem. The outdoor pool was very clean and heated which was a bonus! All areas of hotel were immaculate and room cleaning was daily.
Our only complaint was that the accommodation is advertised as having kitchen facilities; which it does but at an ADDITIONAL cost of €15/night. The gym is also chargeable at €5/person/day. We felt this was not made clear when we booked and would have added considerable cost to our overall stay so we didn't use either.
Overall a great holiday for us and we would definitely come here again.

L'hotel è piacevole e moderno, si trova in un'area tranquilla, fuori dal centro, in prossimità di un centro commerciale dove trovare (usando l'auto) tutto ciò che può servire, ed anche alcune soluzioni per mangiare.
Camera comoda, pulita ed ampia, con aria condizionata, cassaforte, mini frigo, bollitore per the e caffè con 2 bottigliette d'acqua offerte, TV, ottima insonorizzazione, letto confortevole, bagno con phon e doccia all'interno della vasca, questa è l'unica nota un po' scomoda, avevamo persino un balconcino utilizzabile e piacevole.
Il check in iniza alle 15, cercate di non arrivare prima perché fanno rispettare l'orario, purtroppo in tempi di Covid non l'ho trovata una buona idea, noi siamo arrivati una ventina di minuti prima, alla fine eravamo in 15 persone ad attendere in una hall che non poteva far rispettare le distanze di sicurezza a cotanta gente. Detto questo al momento della consegna delle chiavi, mi è stato risposto un po' male perché era il mio turno e mi avevano fatto passare davanti un'altra persona, in fondo tutto quel caos è stato creato da una gestione degli ingressi assolutamente da migliorare.
In loco si trova anche una piccola piscina, ed una bella palestra attrezzata. Possibilità di fare colazione, che non ho provato, in un'area predisposta proprio di fianco la reception.

Une chambre d'hôtel avec comme en plus frigo et micro-onde mais sans ustensile(plats,tasses...) Sauf option payante... Le balcon, décevant et non utilisé donnant sur axe routier fort emprunté... Atout majeur la proximité de la base navale de St Nazaire.

L'hôtel est assez agréable mais la piscine est petite. Il y avait une trace de sang sur la porte des WC dans la chambre et le pire a été de supporter une odeur horrible provenant de la salle de bain durant les 4 jours du séjour (mauvaises odeurs sanitaires dès qu'on ouvrait la porte de la chambre) . On a dû acheter un désodorisant et une bougie parfumée pour atténuer l'odeur. Heureusement qu'on venait juste pour dormir! Et 3 mégots de cigarettes sur le balcon....! Mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien.

Séjour mitigé (3 nuits) .. Obliger de changer de chambre car il manquait un rideau occultant donc 1ere nuit pas top avec la lumière du jour.. Et perdre 45min à changer de chambre avec un petit de 2 ans la galère (c'était plus simple de rajouter un rideau mais bon !) et chambre plus petite que la 1ère .. Payer la cuisine en supplément de la chambre alors que de base c'était gratuit. Pas très professionnel...l'hôtel est bien situé mais ce Kyriad je n'y retournerais pas.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle. La piscine est sur le parking de l'hôtel, gros vis à vis avec les bâtiments voisins, 5 transats c'est peu léger vu le nombre de chambre et elle est mal exposé. Soleil le matin et l'ombre toute l'après midi. La chambre est correct. Par contre faire attention car la cuisine est payante en supplément de la chambre à 15€ par nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. La wifi fonctionne très mal.
