The location is very central and some of the main attractions are within walking distance (arc de triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, up to 30 mins walk). The metro station is very close by and straightforward to use and navigate. Breakfast was very fresh and plentiful. The croissants were fantastic!! The room was as expected with a lovely balcony. The maid visited everyday. The hotel is located on a quiet street which is closed to vehicles in the evening so very quiet with no passing traffic. Perfect stay!

Booked for a superior room and wasn’t given one. Was given only room they had left which was a handicap accessible room. As nice it is to see hotels accommodating, as I do not need this service the shower and toilet were very awkward and unusable (I.e., water from shower goes everywhere).
When I asked for superior room as I paid, I was told no on the first night. Only after I made a comment did they said they would see what they could do. Bad customer service.

This boutique hotel was so cute! It was clean and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel on our 2 week trip to Europe. The room had nice amenities, and breakfast was delicious. We could walk to many main attractions or easily catch a bus to other locations. The only negative was the room was small making it difficult to have 2 suitcases open and still walk around.

The hotel was charming - not a lot of guestrooms - which helps the staff provide exceptional personalized care. We interacted with at least 5 staff members during our stay and all we uncommonly warm and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. The help-yourself espresso machine added a lot of value and enjoyment. The only sloght negative - and the hotel really cant change it - is the street it's on (and nearby streets) feel more like where youd expect a 2 or 3 star property. But overall we strongly recommend.

We loved our stay at this sweet hotel in the 8th arrondissement of Paris! The room was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable, the bed was lovely, a beautiful, well-lit bathroom, nicely-sized closet, blackout curtains... we really enjoyed everything! The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is wonderful, on a quiet side street with an easy walk to the Champs-Elysees and a nearby metro station. We loved staying here and are excited to return the next time we're in Paris!

It was the only hotel in Paris where we could get 2 connecting rooms guaranteed. The called it a family connecting suite, but it was just 2 separate rooms connected, with a full bathroom in each. My daughters were very pleased on how friendly congierge and front desk were! They arrived early in the morning at this point the room wasn't ready, but made them feel welcomed and offered at no charge morning tea and treats. The room was exactly what I had reserved and they did have a room with a view. Location was perfect and they found it very safe. Clean and modern interior but the rooms are small, typical Parisian hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be choosing this hotel the next time we visit.
