Nestled in the heart of a splendid park overlooking the ocean, the hotel is located very close to Pornichet, not far from the famous La Baule beaches, as well as the city's commercial district. It prides itself on its excellent facilities and high standards of comfort, which ensure that guests have a very pleasant stay, whilst enjoying fine, seafood-inspired cuisine.
It is close to the business area and offers a free, enclosed car park. Holy Marguerite Beach is less than 200 metres from the hotel.

This place has seen better days but the location next to the Sainte Marguerite beach is great. The reception gives you some toilet paper and dishwasher detergent once you arrive but once you’ve used it, it’s on you to buy more. You also have to clean the place and take the used bedding off the bed and used towel downstairs before departing. There is no WiFi in the apartment. It’s available only at the reception and restaurant. Overall, coming from the US, our family stay was okay but lack amenities you usually find in hotels. We didn’t necessarily feel welcome.

My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). The biggest inconvenience is that there is no WiFi in the residence apartments and one has to come down to the reception or restaurant to get signal. Another issue is that you have to clean up the kitchen and gather all the bed sheets and towels before leaving, The supply they give you to clean up is terrible (cheap sponge and cleaning product) making the process longer than it needs to be. Overall, I’d give it 3.5/5.

The property is in a beautiful setting but it’s past it’s prime and needs to be refreshed. No wifi in rooms. Old fixtures. Pool is nice but the deck needs to be refreshed. It feels like the property is past its expiry date.

Kerr Juliette is in a great location, close to excellent beaches and in the quiet, up-market St Marguerite area of Pornichet with lical shops and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodation had everything we needed, ideal for older children but the stairs within the duplex would be a hazard with small children or elderly family members. The grounds are well tended, we had mixed service/communication from reception staff. The pool is mostly used by families with younger children, too busy if you just want a swim, and there aren't enough loungers with parasols.

I stayed in the hotel with my toddler daughter for a long weekend. I was very happy with the service at the hotel - the staff at reception spoke reasonable English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok quality and clean - nothing special but good for 3star. The hotel pool was very nice and enjoyed by both me and toddler. I particularly liked that one end was 80cm deep and other was 3m deep - excellent for both adults and kids! The surrounding areas are lovely - weather on foot or in car! The coast line is gorgeous and well maintained and you are very near to lots of picturesque villages. Playground very near too!

very good choice for families - very near a lovely beach. Think of it as a self catering apartment, not a hotel. Away from the centre of Ponichet in a residential area but this is not a problem if you have a car.

The only negative point was linked to the pictures of the hotel which are shown on the web sites. One can see a very nice house, castle type, which in fact does not host any customers...

Not really a Hotel
We stayed just three days, the room was fine, with a balcony that faced the pathway to the pool. It doesn't feel like a hotel though, as it is on a site with with several large holiday appartment blocks and the bar and restaurant are in a separate block to the hotel rooms. Work was underway renovating the conference rooms and on our last day we saw why as the hotel was swamped with a banking conference, out of place somewhat with a beach hotel. Position is good though, very near to a great beach and the pool is larger than many. Not the most friendly of staff and very little hotel info provided either in the room or on reception. Breakfast was overpriced as was dinner, one got the impression this was to put people off eating in, we saw very few people in the restaurant at any time.

Résidence très bien situé, mais l'appartement est vieux sur la déco, et de nbs petits défauts: plusieurs ampoules 💡 ne fonctionnent pas, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas ( sac plein et filtre bouché), baie vitrée ne ferme pas et poignée ne tient pas collée. Sinon l'accueil est de qualité et les services aussi.

résidence dont l'appartement est sur 2 niveaux avec la chambre parentale au 1er et donc loin des enfants, Les VELUX ne permettait pas d'être fermé donc réveil par la lumière du soleil. Et donc VELUX en hauteur (~3m) sans visibilité sur l'extérieur depuis la chambre parentale. Stationnement compliqué pendant la période estivale surtout en soirée.

Lugnt och bra hotell - fint med möjligheten att laga egen mat. Poolområdet mycket fint. Sängarna något hårda - minus för lägenheten är att barnen sov i våningssäng och inte enkelsängar. Nära havet och superfina stränder, men allt för långt från restauranger och matbutik. Rekommenderar hotellet endast om man har bil (vilket vi inte hade). Minus för att wifi endast fungerar i lobbyn.

Chambre très propre à 2 pas de la mer et des sentiers côtiers & plage, personnel attentif, hôtel au calme, prix attractif, boulangerie et buraliste à proximité. Toutefois le lit n'était pas très confortable et j'ai eu de nombreuses courbatures, les draps sont rêches, les oreillers très mous, mais c'est \"normal\" pour un 3* et cela ne m'empêchera pas d'y retourner avec grand plaisir !!

Belle piscine pour se détendre, Petit Déj très bien mais manque une bouilloire dans la chambre comme on en trouve dans tout hotel 3 ou 4 *, TV à image brouillée ...balcon pas très clean... mais très bonne literie, .Bref pour un 3* et vu les prix pratiqués (131€/nuit)...je comprends que les vacanciers préfèrent louer un mobil home...ma note 5 sur10

Nous étions ds une chambre familiale : la déco est à refaire ! Tout d'abord peinture très abimée sur les murs, drap blanc sur les fauteuils pour cacher trous et décoloration ! Vraiment limite !! De plus coup de fil à 12h15 le dimanche pour dire de quitter la chambre alors que l'hôtel n'était pas plein du tout !!
