They offered a limousine ride to and from the casino. In order to get back from the casino you were to call and they would come pick you up. When we made the call for the return we got no answer. We called several times ano answer. Had to call home office in order to get the front desk. Had eventually catch a shuttle back to the hotel.

Our trip was April 24-26th for a Lacrosse tournament at Boyne. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy distance to tournament and to downtown Petoskey. The hotel staff was great, very accommodating. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was wonderful. So much room and the shower was amazing! They also offer a complimentary limo to downtown between 4-midnight....this was awesome! Free breakfast in the morning was convenient. My only very small complaint would be the pool area. The chlorine is so strong that it made it kind of hard to breathe and my husbands eyes were irritated. The hot tub does not stay hot if there are people hopping between it and the pool. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!

Check in was fast and friendly. Got to our room, found a used ear plug on the floor. Stained carpets. Made me question the quality of the cleaning job. Room was okay, beds were old and detoriating. Cracked ceilings in the bathroom. Basic maintenance could improve. Also, our toilet kept plugging the whole time we were there.

Brought our daughter to swim. Pool was dirty, dead flies and hair floating in the pool. Couldnt even see to the bottom in the 5 ft of water. Pool room is in need of deep cleaning, maintenance, paint, etc.

Breakfast was standard. Woman started truning off things and closing it down a few minutes before it was over even though people were in line to get breakfast.

Front desk staff was good. But overall cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the hotel is lacking.

This is our first time staying at this hotel and we come to Petoskey regularly in winter for ski trips. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to share that all the members of the hotel staff we interacted with on our stay were so kind, from housekeeping to front desk to the team managing the weekend breakfast, thank you! Our room was lovely, no issues at all. We travel a lot all over the US- this hotel was one of the cleanest and well-kept we've stayed in.

Stayed here recently for a solo ski trip to Nubs Nob. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was not very clean. I paid extra for a jetted-tub room. Do not bother. I spent more time cleaning the tub, than I did using it. And even after I did, I wish I hadn't because the amount of debris left in the tub afterwards was disgusting. Shower had multiple hairs (curly and straight of various lengths) all over. Toilet was clean, but needed a deep clean if that makes sense. Like the bowl was clean enough, but you could see black forming under the rim. Tile was cracked and bathroom door didn't close right. Bed was clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and kitchen sink, but no dishes, dish soap, paper plates, or ANYTHING of the sorts, so bring your own. Meijer and Walmart are close-by. B-Dubs next door tasted good, but gave me a belly ache. Starbucks within walking distance. Sauna controls did not work. Deep pool and warm spa, but very cloudy water. $4.00 for a bottle of soda from a vending machine! $3.00 for a smaller bottle from the lobby store. I would have asked for a different room, but I am sure it would have been similar. I picked this place because hotels.com made it seem like a much newer property than it actually is. I will pick a different hotel for my next trip to Petoskey!

Carpeting hallway and elevator appeared as if not vacuumed for weeks, and hot tub and pool heater not functional. This property is owned by same owner as AmercInn Petoskey and Apple Tree Inn, and none of these have functional hot tubs. Marriott and Best Western Harbor Springs are much better choices from my experience. Days Inn is also owned by same owner, but don't know it's hot tub status.

Room was fine. Fireplace was fake, not even electric heat in the fireplace. Could not adjust room thermostat. In room phone did not work. Room 413. Pool was disgusting. Chloramines in the pool for all 4 days we were there. How hard is it to shock the pool? Pro tip, park in the back, you will be able to park right by an entrance. Overall a mixed bag. But, for the area there really is not any 4 or 5 star resorts or hotels. You can pay for a 4 or 5 star stay, but no hotel or resort in the area is actually on par, including the ski resorts. If you travel a lot, you know what I mean. If you from middle America, the vast wasteland of suburban America or a boomer this hotel will be right up your alley.

Wow! We've stayed here before but this time was even better! Fall colors, our room was upgraded with a beautiful valley view! Pool, spa and sauna were great! The day we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly fella at the desk. He was very friendly and offered some great suggestions and tips for our stay in the area. Passed several employees in the hotel throughout the couple days and they were all so friendly. A sweet gal in the elevator, that was an employee, made sure our room and everything was ok. We really appreciated that everyone went out of their way to make it a wonderful stay! Our view was spectacular! Would definitely stay again

The hotel needs some maintenance. The toilet ran, the tub drained very slowly and there is mold in the bathroom. The fitted mattress cover and sheet didn't fit the king bed and kept coming off. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was beautiful with a great view. It was very clean and spacious. The jacuzzi tub was clean and there was plenty of hot water. I have to say I found the fake fireplace tacky, though. Also, for the price of the room, I would expect better toilet paper and kleenex--it was the worst I've ever had to use.

The hotel is totally dated.
It’s starts from the point you walk in, from the lobby to the elevator to the room, everything is dates, staff was nice, breakfast was decent but for the price we paid for one night for single bed which was over 300$ is absolutely not worth it.
