One of our favourite stays ever. Where to start.... Amazing view of the Silverstone start line from our room, so so clean and peaceful. Lots of parking, easy to find, Toby carvery within a decent range and breakfast was one of the best, so much to choose from, even offered a breakfast bar for our travels upon leaving.

The rooms are absolutely fantastic without question. The staff are courteous and helpful. Sadly the evening meals we had were very poor and not up to the standard i expect from a Hilton Hotel. Also the bar area was too cold, to the point it was unpleasant to sit there and stay for a drink. I raised this with the manager but he blamed the big windows, i'd suggest an upgrade of the heating system.

Decor was lovely and a super track facing room .However you can’t beat a premier inn for right room layout .The sink in the main room and separate toilet and separate shower did not work for us at all as a mother and son .No where to hook towel ,had to come out the shower walk in main room to grab your towel or take in the actual shower with you .I didn’t see on the menu in the restaurant there is a service charge .Breakfast was carnage but nice selection, long queue for cooked,run out of some of the juices and had to find someone to refill, run out of coffee and mugs and had to find staff member again .Overall it had ups and downs but would stay again because of location .

We booked one of the track facing suites and I honestly can't fault anything. The room was amazing, absolutely spotless! The sofa bed was made up on arrival for us.
We ended up getting a wrap around corner balcony and it was unbelieveable, my son told me it was the best day of his life as he is F1 obsessed so being able to stay \"on the track\" was an absolute dream for him.
All the staff we spoke so we're incredibly lovely and super helpful. The restaurant staff especially lovely!
We had the best stay and my little boy is already begging to go back.

Excellent stay! We stayed here for a race weekend where my team was competing. I booked here because of the ease of being on site but also as a place where my other half could be comfortable in whilst I was working. The rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds and a great layout, a nice place to be. The restaurant is great, food very nice and a good view of the track and pit lane to watch from. The only downside being slow service of food and orders being forgotten. A no brainer if you’re staying at Silverstone for either business or leisure!

Lovely hotel, very convenient for Silverstone race track if you are doing a driving experience. Very clean, modern, and friendly, parking very easy in a large car park with plenty of space. Only slight niggle, my partner was doing a driving experience at 8.25am on a Saturday, you're told to be there an hour earlier, so we had to leave the hotel at 7.15am, but unfortunately breakfast at the weekend is 7am (6.30am all week), so we literally had 15 minutes to eat something very fast, not great, we couldn't enjoy a breakfast we'd paid for.

Firstly, the stay was fantastic, great air con. Just a few picky bits, window wasn’t clean, stains on curtains. Futon mattress foam left unzipped. Bottom of bed frame fabric was ripped. Hallway carpet looked very dirty. It was all looking a bit tired and weathered. But all in all, a lovely stay!

This hotel is literally on the Silverstone circuit. Had a balcony facing the circuit and king size bed. All staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was spotless. Evening meal and breakfast was excellent. Amenities like luggage storage was big help when spending the day at the track.

Everyone we saw at the hotel was so lovely! The lady who checked us in was so so nice, she was able to tell me everything I needed to know and was also able to get us an upgrade on our room!!!! The food and drinks were amazing! Worth every penny and the staff even though busy were all still super helpful and made us feel so welcome. We were even lucky enough to see the European Le Man practicing while we were there! The Silverstone shop is very nice and was easy accessible, you can walk straight from the hotel into the shop without having to leave. Overall the experience was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We were at the Hilton for a Silverstone Porsche Experience day, everything was really good from booking in, (got an upgrade), to the Box Bar staff. The room overlooked the track with a balcony which was perfect as the Ferrari team who were practicing.

Convenient to the circuit and all amenities. Didn’t like the fact they put me down as a no show and cancelled my booking a specially when I informed them three weeks before that I wouldn’t be able to attend my first night stay. The air conditioning didn’t work and you couldn’t open the windows, this was reported to the reception to no avail. There were tears in the duvet cover photos taken if required.

Just back from 4 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn for the Silverstone Festival. I'm not familiar with the Hilton Garden Inn chain but have stayed at Hilton hotels previously, albeit some time ago.
The hotel presents well, being smart, modern and clean. There are a number of room choices and we went for Kingsize and trackside.
Room format is typically of those found in US motels; a bedroom with a shower cubicle, toilet cubicle and a wash hand basin in the corner of the room; functional but not what we were expecting.
Shower door opens into the bedroom and there is nowhere to put your wet towel so these probably get re-laundered
Aircon went faulty one night and was fixed promptly once reported. It would seem you also have to request reception to alter the room settings.
We ate in the bar as the restaurant was fully booked - food arrived quickly and was well cooked but we had to find cutlery and serviettes ourselves and the requested condiments never appeared.
Trackside balcony was useful but the paddock overbridge obscures the view - the best vantage points being the balcony alongside the restaurant or the roof top balcony and these are available to all guests.
Whilst the hotel is inside the circuit for major events you find a fence erected around the carpark such that it is now outside the circuit - that means a much longer walk with your event tickets to get out of the circuit, loop back round to find your car, then retrace and join the queue to get back in - not great

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Ordered drinks at the bar which I had to pay for upfront. Unfortunately two of the drinks were unavailable. Staff had to take me to the reception for a refund. Did get a complimentary drink. Perhaps they should charge you after they pour your drinks. Overall had a good experience. Would recommend.

I was a little annoyed that you dont actually get anywhere to change clothes. You just get a shower and toilet. Both you cant change in. Also the hook for the towel while your in the shower was on the wrong side, you have open the door come out to grab it. The shower trap wasnt the cleanest. Apart from that our stay in the king with sofa bed was great, just wish id had some where change agter a shower was we took out teenager with us. The food and staff were great very helpful. The outside top floor terrace was great. We stayed at the escapade in February which i know is double the price but you definitely get a better deal.

Was a lovely hotel a must if you are a racing fan, is right next to silverstone circuit, you can go up onto the roof terrace & watch any racing that is going on. Can see the start/finish line & pit lane. Breakfast was a self service buffet but you could have some things cooked to order, staff very helpful.

Someone had put their dirty glasses in the corridor outside their room which were there when we checked in and still there the following day when we checked out. The tables on the balcony outside the bar on the first floor were filthy. We asked for ours to be cleaned but the others were left dirty!
