100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you.

I arrived just before 7pm to find a queue of people in the lobby, it quickly became apparent that there was an issue, a technical one. You had just one single member of staff on reception who was trying to deal with it.

However it was a struggle and it took over half an hour to be acknowledged, let alone get a room. I was tired after a long day so it wasn't ideal but I appreciate technical faults happen.

However, on identifying that without a key I had no access to light or heating I tried to address it with the receptionist but she stated there was nothing she could do so I had just my torch on my phone and the TV ( fortunately I had electric) to light the room.

I and other guests were told we would get a key card in about an hour but mine never emerged and I couldn't leave my room to investigate. I kept checking to see if it had been left outside but by 11pm when I retired to bed it was still not there.

Come the morning I had no choice but to continue to operate in the dark and even when at 09.20 am I called reception and a male said he would bring a key and iron I requested it never emerged.

When I left, having to abandon any hope of light or an iron to aid my getting ready I was surprised to find a female on reception who herself was shocked that I never had a key and h as d experienced the issues I had

This is shocking service, I have stayed many times and have never had anything quite so bad to deal with.

Size was shocking! no cupboards, hooks, shelves. no space for anything, the pics of the room were from Barcelona which is terrible and misleading! its catered for backpackers and if you kept to your £35 a night calculations no one would complain and you would have return customers and good reviews. at £70 a night its a disgrace and no doubt bottom of the value for money hotel rooms. No one replied to our complaint to easy hotels which is about right from your company! never again!

The woman on reception called Mary is a credit to the organisation. She is always positive and makes you feel welcome. I can imagine that is very challenging as the public can be difficult.

The bed was very firm, and the floor despite being easy clean still had lots of stuff on it. Areas in the hallways on floor two stuck of sewage and bombed with air freshener. The room I was originally given also stunk of sewage and there was hair on the bed.

The staff originally lied and said there was no other rooms.

Though when another room was provided it was better though smelt of vinegar, floor wasn't particularly clean nor the indented areas on the beds

Many reasons for being poor. The bed was clean but the room was filthy. As a lone man the fake nails on the floor were not mine. Also pubic hair on the floor when I arrived. Not very pleasant at all. The rooms were not secure due to an issue with the key system and you had to wait for a staff member let you in.

For what we paid, we can’t really moan.
Staff in the reception area were welcoming and helpful with questions regarding parking.
We stayed in room 223 which is a double standard room with a window.
The room is very small, had to walk sideways down the sides of the bed to get into it as the gap is that narrow.
Only hanging space is two fixed hangers on the wall, no other storage at all and with the room being so small we had to push our case under the bed when not in use.
Bathroom amenities are good, plenty of hot water for two showers and fresh towels.
Tried to use my hair straighteners in the bathroom so I had somewhere to sit them on but they wouldn’t work in the shaver socket (have everywhere else we have visited).
There is a mirror in the room for getting ready but no shelf or anything to put items on which was frustrating.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the mattress slightly hard, only one flat pillow per person so altogether made for two really poor nights sleep. We did ask in reception for two extra pillows but were told they didn’t have any and needed to order them.
Bedding and room itself was clean, the whole hotel appeared clean and the reception area smelt nice as you walked into it.
Let down was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the 2nd floor as you came out of the lift, thankfully we were quite away from it so it didn’t affect us.
Good price, good location, good for one night max.
Not sure we would stay again.

Usually would say you get what you pay for, but there's a difference between basic/budget and the room we had during our stay at this hotel.
Rubbish left under bed from previous guests. One paper flat pillow each. Hard spring mattress. Dust everywhere. Unable to open windows at all. TV remote not working so unable to operate TV. Hallway our room was in smells awfully of damp, and the other hallways smell like weed.

Really disappointed, worst night ever spent at a hotel, probably 2 hours sleep maximum. Just so uncomfortable.

There are no tea facilities in the room. Have to go to a venting machine at the reception. Hot water is free, but you can't even get that without the receptionist doing it for you. The room was bare. No where to put my luggage but the floor. Only 2 hangers. I wanted to hang a cardigan, a top and a pair trousers for each day and a just in case set of clothes. There is nowhere to put your make up bag or anything... no desk to do a bit of work. Just a bed and headboard with no drawers or surfaces to place you laptop. There was an alarm and were asked to leave the building. That one is beyond anyone's control I understand what i didnot understand is when I got to the reception the guy there explained what had happened but offered no apology. Just the courtesy. I am going back to my usual hotel. I wont be staying here again because for the same amount i get better elsewhere.

The accommodation was fine but the image on the site shows a car park and the advert refers to parking but when I arrived there was no nearby parking and I had to pay £20 in a long stay car park near the station as the nearest available.
I had chosen it due to parking being available so was very disappointed this was misleading.

Misleading Room Reservation

I booked a window room, but when I checked in, the hotel told me no window rooms were available and gave me a box room without a window instead. The room was very uncomfortable, and I struggled to sleep there. I often had to go out and stay out until I was completely exhausted, just so I could come back and fall asleep straight away.

This was very disappointing because it was not the room I had reserved, and I was not informed in advance. The stay did not meet my expectations at all.

Fantastic stay. Gareth was very welcoming and friendly when we checked in. Nothing was to
much trouble for him. He got me a hairdryer, iron and ironing board when I asked him. Parking was £6.50 for 24 hrs. We stayed 2 nights. Ideal place to stay. Between the hub and shopping centre. AC was fab in our room. No kettle in room but you can purchase tea/ coffe downstairs from the machine which is £2.50

Had accessible room.
You have to pay for the TV so didn't put it on.You need to bring your own tea coffee travel kettle. Being disabled it doesn't help because you have to keep going downstairs if you want a cup of tea if you're in a wheelchair this is no good at all, maybe they should make an exception for the accessible rooms and provide these things. Only one towel provided.Other guests slammed their doors till the early hours others held loud conversations outside my room hence no sleep. Shower kept dripping even after being turned off wasting litres of water. No plastic containers in bathroom for rinsing after brushing your teethFor the same price I could have got a better equipped room in another hotel but further out than I needed. Large stain on hallway carpets on second floor. Easy hotels need to review thepoliciesies on things they provide

We booked this hotel almost a year in advance as we were going to the British GP. It was the only place available in Milton Keynes when we were looking at that time. I applaud the company’s low carbon policies and staff were excellent. However those are the only 2 reasons I will give 2/10 stars. Rooms were essentially smaller than a university dorm or a hostel room. Barely 12 inches on either side of the bed. Bed was just shy of a double and was very hard and pillows were flat. We woke up sore each morning. There was no storage for clothes and only 2 hangers for jackets. The AC did not work and despite staff saying they would fix it after the first night we later learned that staff can’t fix it and that it would require an outside technician. We had three very hot sweaty nights and when we requested a room cleaning we were told they only do so every 5 days. The hallways and stairwells were much cooler than our room. Further the windows were screwed shut so we could not get fresh air.

I could see staying here for 1 night for a sleep only but not for an extended stay. And due to the British Grand Prix it was nowhere near worth £350 a night. We bailed for our fourth not and ate the cost to stay at another near by hotel so we could at least have one comfortable night before leaving for London.

Otherwise it was in a convenient location. You could walk form the train station and a very large shopping mall was nearby. Milton Keynes itself was lovely.

Dreadful hotel and scam you. Paid nearly £600 for a three night stay, turned up and they had no room and turned me away, also saying it’s “tough” about a refund and saying it’s in the T&C’s. Will be seeking legal advice to get my money back. Staff were rude and arrogant.

Arrived at around 3:15 and room was not ready for check in. We were asked to wait 10 minutes which was fine, but were kept waiting for 20 minutes and room was still not ready. Room is very basic (no desk or chair) as expected with budget hotel. Lobby had a smelly stench of sweat. Room cleanliness was ok. Only complaint of the room is the shower - the water gets all over the bathroom floor even with the glass door closed and it is tiny, barely possible to move around without hitting the 4 walls.

It was ok, rooms are small, like a box but it's ok for one night. It's not great for people who likes lots of space. There is no coffee or kettle in the room, no fridge, no wardrobe but there are few hangers. It's clean. smells lovely,the bed was quite small but comfortable to sleep. The hotel is situated in a good location. The rooms are very basic, but they are perfect for a short stay. There is no parking available so guests are required to pay for an on street parking ticket which is frustrating, but it isn't too pricey. The staff are helpful. I have stayed in this hotel over 20 times. The price is normally reasonable.

Not worth the saving, rooms are small, double bed was against the wall so one person would have to climb over the other to get out. No kettle in room so you have to que up for a coffee in the reception, and no car park. Next time I’ll pay the extra few pounds and stay in a Travelodge.

Great staff and clean, but no street or free parking, no kettle or coffee in room had to pay for coffee. Heating would turn off itself and would have to continuously keep putting back on and not a single hook in the room or toilet to hang clothes which was very strange. Only two hangers. Suitbale for one or two night stay but missing some essential amenities.
