Still great place to stay. One issue. The manager needs to change delivery time of items delivered at 5.50 am. The lorry and delivery driver must have woken every guest in the front half of the hotel. Considering the business is a place where people stay to sleep. That’s not good. But stayed before and would stay again. Just not a room at front of hotel.

I got a £60 parking fine!!! I parked outside for the night, it was pitch black when I arrived and was raining hard. I was not told by the receptionist that I had to enter my car registration to validate parking. It's a large car park, on hotel land, and mostly empty, and not obvious that there are parking validation requirements here.

Room was dirty, not just through lack of cleaning, but long term neglect. Filthy bathroom duct, filthy tea tray covered in hair, one of the bathroom towels was stained despite being and hung up for use.

At night the place feels eerie. Our room was at the very end of a hallway. Room is spacious but need more tidying. What I love is their breakfast food options. Still porbably be an option to stay if we go back in Milton Keynes.

We had a nice room and there was a swimming pool accessible in another building that we could use (bit tatty but fine). When we arrived there was supposed to be a buffet being served and it was advertised as such. However, as there were few guests there we had to order what we wanted so we went out to eat. A fine location, plenty of parking, nice walk immediately from the building. I would stay again.

The staff were mainly ok ( the nicest were in the restaurant) but the room was terrible for asthmatics ! There was something in the room that triggered off my asthma . I had to change rooms and yet still bad . I know it was the room as when I was out of it , I was ok. Another disgusting thing was that the cleaners actually picked off dirty towels and hung them up again . I know this as there were marks on the towel !

The hotel layout is not “standard” - there are separate connected buildings which I now understand are quadrangle in shape (I think) - I got horribly lost, there is conflicting signage and who knows if “reception” and “main entrance” are the same or different. The instructions of “go through here, go left then right” were woefully inadequate. A simple plan/map would have helped no end. I was allocated a room a long walk from reception, didn’t find a lift so had to carry all my stuff up to first floor on open tread steps (the ones with gaps in) When I did eventually find my room it was tiny but I can live with that - after all it is a conference centre not a hotel. whAt I can’t live with is how filthy and stained the carpets in the room were (I have pictures). I’ve stayed in other conference centres around MK and this seems really sub-standard. I won’t be back.

Our room was LG62. Unfortunately for us the hotel was very busy and footfall walking past our room was very busy and noisy, constant until 2.30 am and one of the rooms near had music on until about 3am. So very little sleep. Breakfast was as equally busy, we were queuing for 30 mins, and when finally got to be served only half of the choice was available, was told to wait 6 mins for the rest to be ready. So had to eat what we had and then queue again for the rest when cooked. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Part of a large site complex, the hotel boasts a large dining area that you have to traverse to get to the rooms. I have a nice corner room on the ground level and there were a good amount of parking spaces in front of the main entrance also. There were good dining options but on site as well as close by which was handy. They also had a Nuffield Health building as part of the complex which provided a decent gym set up to get both cardio and weights done. The room was well decorated with a decent sized tv to watch England play and I enjoyed a great night's sleep after a very soothing shower. Breakfast was well cooked and get the day off to a great start so I was very impressed with my first stay here.

Overall a pleasant stay. The room was rather small and obviously not designed for a double bed. We couldn’t open one of the windows. The evening meal was rather bland but perfectly acceptable and certainly good value. Swimming pool was good. Total lack of guest information, eg, facilities, menu and prices was not helpful. Even the web page is lacking essential information. That said, small niggles because on the whole eve thing was pretty good and reasonably priced. We would be happy to return when we visit family in Newport Pagnell again.

Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . Very poor hotel...
The hotel was cheap so i didn't expect much but the bath was full of long black hairs, when i told reception they laughed and said they would tell housekeeping, no apology. The food was and expensive buffet which was below average. Never anyone on the bar and took ages to get staff to come and serve. All staff were foreign which is fine if they speak good English but they didn't. Pool only opened at 6.30pm so missed this as went for my meal. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Convenient easy access to gymn pool and sauna is this property’s biggest attraction, as they are included in the room fees. Rooms are clean. However some things need upgrading, for example non slip bath mats are old and should be replaced as they are still a hazard. The room was a bit smaller than expected. There was only one bedside table and the lamp switch was located at the wall plug behind the mattress, really inconvenient. There wasnt enough pillows provided, toilet paper, tea, coffee and milk were all too little for 2 people. The reception on the tv was terrible. That said the bed was comfortable and the shower good. Breakfast staff really friendly and helpful.

The room could do with a little updating, but other than that, no complaints at all! The staff were friendly and approachable.
