This was another business trip in the area of Greenville. The property needs updating. The room was clean, but old and the shower / bathtub drained so slowly that the water backed up while showering. I found that frustrating for the price I paid for the room. The evening staff were really nice and helpful. They assisted me after I had put in an order for dinner only to find out the order was never sent in and by the time they realized it the restaurant was closed. So, dinner ended up being a frozen pizza from the lobby. Overall, not a great experience. I plan to stay some place else next time.

I was very disappointed with the room and hotel services. I was given a room on the 1st floor by the dumpster and i had to keep my curtains closed as people could look into my room as they dumped trash or walked down the stairs,. Although the hotel provided a coffee maker they did not provide water or creamer. They did not provide glasses for drinking and the cups were very absorbent.and became almost useless when drinking anything.

The overall cleanliness of my room was subpar. There was hair, caked up dust and trash in my bathroom. The tub was very slippery, myself and grandchildren slipped several times while bathing. Several chips were under and behind the chair by the bed. The room felt pretty crowded for it to be for 4 people. We booked this hotel primarily for indoor pool to which after we paid we were informed that the heater was broken so the pool was not going to be warm. The description of the room states there is a sofa bed but there was not. The photos didn't show one either. Most hotels have a microwave in the room this one did not. The rooms are stated to be family friendly however if you cannot heat up snacks in your room how is that family friendly? The smoke free rooms several people who were smoking Marijuana. Not only in the rooms but outdoors behind the ac unit aswell. Needless to say my overall stay was eeeehh. I will not book here again.

From check in on was just bad. The crown plaza at home is a more premium hotel so that was what I was expecting. Leo was degrading and dismissive implying we were second class citizens because we booked with Expedia. Should not matter which platform we booked with, service should be the same regardless. We get up to our room (502) and there were tiles separating from the wall in the bathroom, there was no water pressure and the water temp never got above luke warm, the painting had a gash in it, there were no trash bags. The only benefit to our stay was Daryn the bar tender. He was very nice and the food was better than expected. 0 out of 10 recommended.

My recent stay at Hilton was disappointing due to a lack of clear communication and hospitality. After a long and exhausting day, I expected a smooth check-in experience, but instead felt I had to advocate for myself rather than being proactively assisted. Important details about my status and confirmation were not clearly addressed, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, the service felt disorganized and lacking the ease and attentiveness I associate with Hilton.

My stay overall wasn’t bad — the hotel itself was a nice accommodation especially for the price that came with the package via Expedia. However, the customer service and hospitality at the front desk were consistently lacking throughout my visit. Each time I approached the desk, I didn’t feel welcomed or genuinely assisted. The only warmth and hospitality I experienced came from one older staff member and the cleaning crew, who were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the overall front desk experience didn’t reflect the level of service I expect.

The hotel lobby was very nice. My room was ok. The bathtub was slippery. The room was also cold even though the thermostat said 72. It was definitely 67. I had to go and get a refill of Kleenex and TP. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hallway was really cold. The heater is definitely broken.

Staff GREAT! As a whole the hotel was lovely. A bonus. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The room was clean and serviced daily. Even though our room was on the first floor with the parking lot right outside our windows, it was peaceful and quiet. The only thing I can critique is that the water pressure was really poor and it took a long time to get hot water, but we managed and everything else made up for this.

Upon arrival & going into the room the toilet handle was broken and maintenance had to repair. The mattress was expired and way past needing replaced. The next morning the shower would hardly drain and was filling up like a bathtub. We left at about 0830 & returned around 3:00pm & our room had not been serviced with clean linen. The bar in the lobby was absolutely much too expensive, $30 for a shot. This was not what I expected from a Crown Plaza & not what I have experienced before. The front desk employees were fantastic along with the staff at the breakfast.

While the lobby and front desk area has been renovated and looks very modern and clean the rooms not so much. My room was not very clean. I had to use Clorox cleaning wipes to further wipe down the room, spray Lysol and do my own cleaning of the bathroom where the tub continued to back up every time I took a shower and there was some black mold along the tile. You all need to spend some money and renovate those rooms.

We were very happy that we chose Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville for an important event that we were attending in Greenville. We would return for sure. It is very close to the airport, and easy to get on the I-385 to get around Greenville. We loved our room on the 6th floor. It was nice and quiet, had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable, great Keurig coffee maker, , fridge. Lots of space for our belongings. They have a shuttle that will take you places close to the hotel if need be. The gentleman was very kind and friendly. We did not use the shuttle but he did tell us where we could get a few grocery items. It was perfect. The staff that checked us in were awesome, very friendly, got our room early which was so appreciated. If I had to say something negative, I would say however that the lady at the front desk for the remainder of our stay was not very friendly or helpful, but that was a minor detail as everything else was fantastic.

Checking into the property was quick and easy. It is located very conveniently right off of the interstate. The lobby was clean and spacious. I was directed to use the side door entrance as it was closer to the elevators and I was traveling with a young child however I would state that they need to remove the smoking area from right beside the back door. The room was dated, and the furniture looked like it had water damage as well as the bottom of the bathroom door there was some stains on the walls that were very questionable. However, the beds were super comfortable. I ordered a crib to be in the room when I did my reservation however, when I got to the room, the crib was sitting outside of the door in the hallway, I don’t know how long it sat there. I’m also happy that I brought my own crib sheet because the sheet that they gave me did not look very clean. I was a little disappointed in the state of the room. There were issues with the drapes that did not look like they were hung properly and the stains on the wall. I was very reluctant to let my child Down to walk around in the room. As I fear she touch something that was not quite clean. I expected more from Crown Plaza properties. The breakfast area was nice and clean however, the lobby area just below the breakfast area. The tables were not maintained, and they look like someone had eaten and left crumbs all over the place it was a holiday weekend, but it would’ve been nicer if more attention was paid to details

Located conveniently near the exposition center. But while the common areas appear in good shape and well kept, the rooms seem to have some deferred maintenance issues. Our AC didn't work in our first room, but staff moved us to another one, however that one was a bit musty smelling and had a loose shower head. Some of the repairs were obviously done by amateurs. However, staff was consistently great and helped with any problems. It appears they are making an effort to bring things back up to snuff.

The Crowne Plaza is a very clean and quiet hotel. The staff were all very friendly, breakfast had a good variety and was yummy and there was always parking available near the entrance. Check in and check out were both a very smooth process. Room was equipped with the essentials needed (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, soap, lotion and a mini fridge) as well as plenty of towels for our stay. It's conveniently located about 15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you're sensitive to smells, the air conditioner unit in the room does have a slight unpleasant smell to it but for no more than we were in our room, it didn't bother us too much. I believe it is only in the rooms because the remainder of the hotel smelt clean! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return when back in Greenville!

and somertimes they make up the bed.changee of sheets for 3 days. The carpet was dusty and looked old.
