This was by far the worst experience of my Hotel life. The room had pizza stains on the foor when we arrived. The towls we exchanged the second day had black hairs embedded in them. The elavator constently had smoke from vapes hanging around in them. The fire alarm, which was extremely loud, went off at least twice in the middle of the night all three nights we stayed do to long-term residences smoking in their rooms.There are long-term residence that live here and do not abide by the rules nor made to follow the rules.

Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy.

The facility is pretty new and very clean. Initially, we thought this would be a really nice place to stay. However, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There were constant pounding noises above us all night long (we were on the 2nd floor) and the clerk at the front desk, simply said it’s like that in all the rooms. We had to wait at the front desk for over 15 minutes for someone to show up to help us. There are no hair dryers in the room and when I asked for one at the front desk, they said they would try to find one for us, but never did.

Just a basic hotel. No breakfast provided. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not available at 7:15. We went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. We only stayed at this hotel because most hotels were booked out or the prices for a room was totally out of site due to the George Strait concert at Clemson University. We drove up from Florida for a family funeral. Only thing positive was the hotel was clean. We will not be staying at this hotel for any future trips.

The bare minimum of renting a hotel is having somewhere to sleep through the night. While we were here, the fire alarm went off 3 times in 12 hours over the night (once at around 3-5am). You can constantly hear every door being opened and closed, as well as foot steps in the room above you. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the strong odor of stale cigarettes. Mind you, I was staying in a non smoking room. I am giving a 2 star rating as the staff was very pleasant and agreeable, and I felt very welcome by Keisha at the front desk. The room was also very clean and visually appealing on arrival. If it were just a rating for staff, this place would have 5 stars.

There were roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy and wet when we arrived. The fire alarm went off at 430 am and staff said it was set off by some steam from a shower. When I reported the problems the staff member said we will look into it. No resolution was offered.

The hotel was overbooked by a number of rooms. The room given to us initially was disgusting to say the least. There was smeared food on the walls, table, and sticky floors. There was food in the sinks, food crumbs and goo in the drawers and microwave, and dead bugs in the drawers. There was hair in the \"clean sheets\". When i asked for a new room, there none. They said there were over 8 rooms overbooked. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get a refund and they said \"these things happen\". It left several customers without rooms for the night traveling. For a newer hotel, it has been unkept. Sad... unfortunately I will not be staying here and hope there are changes for future guest.

Well… mixed feelings. Obviously being a budget friendly option is a consideration of this review. The property is new and generally in good shape/clean. It does the job. But a few things I would mention… I’m guessing the exterior shell of the building doesn’t have a ton of insulation. The road noise was quite noticeable. Not saying that as a Karen. Traffic wasn’t excessive but the noise when vehicles passed was more than I would define as normal. The insulation between floors was also lacking. Reasonable noise doesn’t bother me, and it was luck of the draw, but whoever stayed above us was up at 4am everyday stomping around. There aren’t a bunch of extra supplies. Two towels in the room, no blow dryer etc. I went downstairs to grab an iron, for which they had one but no ironing board available. Maybe that was just my timing. This is an extended stay so people live there short term. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night during our stay while people were cooking. It was startling waking up to that. The bed was very squeaky and the mattress is… “firm,” would be a nice way of characterizing. Overall, I’m not saying it’s a terrible stay. I don’t expect luxury for this price. It did the trick, but there are some things I would have expected slightly better.

The room was not clean. As soon as we arrived we could still smell the previous guests odors. The door knob to the bathroom specifically was never wiped because it was greasy. The desk area and anything touched by a previous guest was not cleaned or wiped either. The headboard to our bed smelt like previous guests. Room was a non smoking room and smelt like smoke. This did not go away in the two days we stayed. There was THREE occasions where some alarms went off while my husband and I were sleeping and woke us up. Not like a fire alarm or something indicating we needed to get out of the room just some kind of alarm that was extremely loud. We stayed for two nights and it went off multiple times- in the morning and while we were sleeping overnight.

Walls are thin and didnt help the room next door had the TV volume up really high.

I was never checked in and had to last minute book at a nearby hotel for the evening after a long grueling flight.

The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. Upon our arrival we found no one at the front desk and a gate pulled down to cover the window. There was a sign on the counter that read, “For after-hours check-in assistance, simply dial 500 from the lobby phone. A team member will be with you shortly.” Another sign stated Front Desk 24 hrs 7 days a week. That was quite simply a lie.

After multiple attempts calling the number, there was no answer and no one ever came. Someone that was passing through told us the staff lives there so they should be around. Nevertheless, no one ever answered and we were forced to leave to find another hotel. It is bad enough that we had to drive around looking for a place to spend the night, but when we requested a refund, the hotel refused because of their “cancellation policy”. Wait, we didn’t cancel, they didn’t fulfill their obligation to provide what was paid for. Moreover, there were still rooms available, so they weren’t sold out.

We paid for a hotel room, that cost them nothing. They obviously care more about taking unearned money than building a legitimate business. Their response speaks for itself; this is a shady and second rate hotel. I will never trust WoodSpring Suites or Choice Hotels again. Buyer beware.

Expedia was also no help, so we will be deleting our accounts with Expedia as well. Why use Expedia when they do not provide any protection or benefit and we can get the same or better deals elsewhere.

Parking was fine, but I had to buy my own towels because when I checked in they didn’t have any clean one’s, I keep asking for a broom to sweep my floor in the room and I can’t get one, my floor wasn’t mopped from day one, I have to take out my own trash and I just opted to wash my own towels and sheets since I’m staying for a few weeks. I’m paying 464.00 a week and I pay it ontime, the least they could do is clean the room.

Checked in and the room had not been properly cleaned. Hair in several places in the bathroom, tub was filthy. Was not stocked with any soap, washcloths or towels.The bathroom was as far as I got with the inspection and I requested to be moved. Staff placed us in another room and it was no better. Floor was filthy with crumbs of food and tags from clothing. Left over food in the fridge. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste spray on it with a hazy film it looked like it had been sprayed, but not wiped down, toilet bowl was filthy. No towels or washcloths in this room either. I booked here based on the good reviews and the new construction. It has obviously went downhill. I would strongly suggest hiring new cleaning staff or management thoroughly inspecting all rooms before placing guest in them. Very disappointed it doesn't even deserve one star.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. So needless to say no sleep all night and just an absolute horrible experience.

I’ve never left a review before on anything. We selected this place because reviews said it was a newly built hotel which it seemed to be. Bright clean lobby and exterior. However the floor in room 312 has never seen a mop or swifter since it was built. There was sh!t everywhere. Crumbs, hair, tissue pieces…everywhere. Bathroom counters weren’t cleaned. The floor when you walk in had spills so thick I’m surprised I’m not still stuck to the floor. The sheets and towels were clean thankfully but I had my 11 and 12 year olds who wouldn’t step on the floor without shoes on and slept in their clothes. You better be blind and deaf to stay at Woodspring or you’ll wish you were. Will not stay here again.

Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to be immersed in the free reality show skip this place.

DO NOT book! I made a reservation only to check in and they didn’t have the room that I reserved. The front desk rep told me the only option was a handicap room. I was fine with that; however, the room was not serviced. The bed was not made, there were dirty towels all on the floor, and food on the counter from the previous guest. I went back down and the lady was incredibly rude and did not even try to assist with the issue. I left the property and the representative never apologized. She said “that’s the risk you take when you book online. You should’ve came to the front desk to ask if they had availability. That’s on you.”

The lady at the check in desk was rude. The room smelled like cigarettes. I left my work phone in the room and called the customer service number. I was told I would have to work directly with the property to get it back. I explained I called the property and they wouldn’t even answer so I could retrieve the item. He told me “then the item is just gone.”

I called the property twice and was immediately asked to “please hold.” I was on hold for 15 mins each time and nobody ever came back to the phone. I called from a number not associated with my reservation and was able to speak to someone. she began stuttering and “performing”. Saying that she hasn’t cleaned the rooms and would call me back.

My son and I did not get any sleep. With my son being ill, he was very uncomfortable and tired. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything!!!!! A couple came at 3am and talked and listen to music until 5 am… drove 3 hrs away.

This property really is a great value for what you're getting. But don't mistake it for anything more than a budget friendly, spacious place to stay. And if we're honest with ourselves, what more do we need? The sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them. Some of the characters hanging out on the property were... Interesting. There were a couple of fellows doing a brake job on an old Honda in the parking lot, which... You do what you can with what you've got. No criticism intended. All the same, I didn't feel unsafe and no one bothered me. The young lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and had lots of good information. The only real gripe I had was my room faced the street. It's NOISY on the street-side.

Check In was very easy. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice. I booked for one night. First, when you walk outside, the smell of pot hits you. Also, all night long, there were people opening doors and slamming them shut. ALL NIGHT LONG. And then the sound of people moving furniture in their room. All night. Which meant I may have slept only a couple hours before having to catch an early morning flight. In addition, there was one tiny bottle of shampoo, no conditioner. And one little bar of soap. The good thing was that the room was clean. Would not stay here again unless it was my last option. Very low budget motel.

The place is sketchy. My last day , I came and found my room open and nothing there. Belongings were removed and placed on a trash bag. I also lost BT headset, electrical tooth brush, toothpaste, shaving cream and shaving blade.

I contacted the general manager, instead of investigating the situation, she e mailed me saying we were moved to another room 2 days ago , how while we slept and had keys for our room.

Sketchy place, Rude staff. I do not recommend.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There are locks requiring a guest room key to enter which made me feel safe. Also note pets are allowed.

This was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Doors opening and closing all night and morning. Additionally, the pet fee information was incorrect. It says $10 pet fee on hotels.com. it was $50 when I got there.

The facility itself is nice, staff is nice, and the room was pretty good. However, I noticed a constant smell of marijuana while in the elevator, the beds were squeaky and pretty incomfortable. The factor that ultimately was the main focal point of my review is the noise. The hotel is right beside Top Golf and a nice bowling alley called the \"Main Event\". We constantly were kept awake or woken up by cars revving their motors and/or doing burnouts in the parking lot and the side road leading i to the hotel. I know this is out of the extended stay hotel's control, but we were miserable most of both nights we stayed.

The staff was very friendly. Other than that I was pretty miserable. There should be SOMETHING on the listing that tells you this is an extended stay, with ZERO toiletries or amenities. All I need is a hot shower, a comfortable bed and coffee. I didn’t get any of that. The coffee tasted almost toxic from the “instant” machine downstairs. The water pressure was 50% at best. I had to go to a nearby Walgreens to purchase shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer. What a waste of money. The bed was quite literally the worst I’ve ever slept on. My back still hurts. I’m a small person and it squeaked every time I moved. The hallway on the second floor permeates the smell of Indian food. For a quick stop while traveling, this was anything but convenient or comfortable
