Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. We didn't get to use much in the way of amenities, but they certainly looked nice and well maintained. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but they know about it and look to be in the process of addressing it. We got back really late from a concert, so we basically parked in a shallow ditch area on the property which made us concerned about our car getting broke into, but they assured us they had camera's pointing in that area. I can't understand why there would be more rooms than parking spots, unless they are allowing people to park multiple vehicles, per single room rental...idk but that was my only gripe really.

had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport.

My flight was delayed, so I arrived around 1:30 a.m. After waking up and getting ready for my niece’s graduation, I discovered a dirty washcloth in the bathroom with hair and what appeared to be feces on it. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the employee apologized and promised me a clean room later that day once rooms became available.

When I returned that evening around 9:30 p.m., another employee named Lauren acted as if she did not remember the conversation until I reminded her she had been sitting at the front counter during the original discussion. She then told me no other room was available and that my only option was to stay in the same room because “it appeared clean” after she checked it herself.

At that point, I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I wasn’t even focused on getting a refund — I simply wanted a properly cleaned room as promised earlier. Instead, I had to leave late at night and find another hotel near midnight.

The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in the last few years (I travel a bunch). I couldn't believe it was 5 years old when I asked if it was brand new. Everything was sparkling clean and extremely nice. If you need a place to stay near the airport in Greenville, SC, choosing elsewhere would be a mistake. This is a great place to stay.

Everything was clean, staff nice and professional. The only complaint I have is that for some strange reason the smoke detector went off even though there was nothing around to cause it to go off. Scared the crap out of me and my sister. The fire department even showed up. Not sure what caused it but made me slightly nervous. The other problem I had was that a coach roach crawled across my foot in the bathroom, and lets be honest those things are super creepy,even once I killed the little guy. Those are the only two problems I had with the place. Other than that it was ok.

My fiancé and I have stayed at this hotel since it’s very close to the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. It’s always been reliable, clean, and the staff has always been friendly to us. The only issue we had was the WiFi would intermittently cut in and out and the television in Room 304 needs to be updated. Overall, the Comfort Inn at this location is a great spot and you will get a good rest here.

The couch bed was horrible, mattress paper thin and had a horrible plastic cover on it. Sheets stained and didn’t fit the mattress and a very thin blanket was all that was provided. The room would not cool down only got down to 73 and remained warm. We also had lots of noise 1st night it was neighbors being extremely loud. 2nd night multiple instances of very large dogs barking non stop even when front desk was called nothing was done.
Breakfast was out of lots of things both mornings and it didn’t seem the lady working could keep up or knew how to make things. Very disappointed in this stay.

This was our second time staying here. Although our room was just one door down from our previous stay, it was noticeably less clean and showed more wear and tear. For example, the shower stall wall was cracked—something we did not experience in our last unit.

That said, the staff is wonderful. They are attentive, hospitable, and quick to take care of any requests, which is always appreciated.

The breakfast is hot and plentiful, but I would kindly suggest offering regular yogurt in addition to Light & Fit. It would also be nice to see some variety in the menu—perhaps rotating items like bacon instead of sausage or oranges instead of apples, as the offerings tend to remain the same.

There was a large event during our stay, and when we returned in the evening, there was no parking available. We, along with others, had to park beyond the lot on the grass. We do appreciate the flexibility shown in allowing this, given the circumstances.

Overall, the hotel is clean and the employees are wonderful, which makes a difference. Based on that, we would happily come back.

The room was clean! The shower has a big flaw that you have to get sprayed to turn on the shower, so you are shot with COLD water. Also, the beds are not comfortable at all, I tossed and turned all night. Breakfast was basic, but the staff was very nice!!

Overall clean hotel, friendly nice staff, and they serve hot (included) breakfast with scrambled eggs (the light watery hotel kind), a meat, and they have 2 waffle makers with strawberry and regular waffle batter. Iced lemon water was nice to have daily next to the coffee. They had an atm if you need to get cash. Lots of restaurant options in the area and we felt safe exploring and driving around the area and town where the hotel is located. The gym has options for cold, room temp, or warm water which we appreciated. Beds and pillows pretty hotel standard. We liked that the tv was large and it swiveled so we could angle it when eating and getting ready vs watching in bed. We got all
the channels we needed to watch sports which was very important to us. We asked for extra bath towels and quickly got more than we asked for from a very friendly, kind front desk woman. One thing we would change is the walls are very thin we heard the people next to us talking loudly early in the morning and banging noises from upstairs but other than that we had a good stay. Would stay here again.

We arrived at 4:00 pm. Once in the room, I ran warm water in the bath sink and discovered NO hot water. Reported this to the front desk - no problem, she would reset the heating system but I would need to turn on the shower hot water and sink hot water simultaneously. Sure enough, in 5-7 minutes, hot water began to flow. Great! Later, we went out to eat. When we returned, I checked again and the same thing occurred. Got it fixed again and eventually took a warm shower. The next morning, I got up and had the great fortune of washing my hair or showering in COLD water! I was in a hurry and just lived with it. Very disappointing! Also I visited the fitness room to find the treadmill not working properly and the elliptical machine was wobbly and never powered up despite being plugged in and verifying the power switch to be on. This stay could/should have been pleasurable but seemed to be a comedy of errors. I will say, the bedding was very comfortable, the room was nicely equipped, and the breakfast was quite good.

The Comfort Inn Suites Airport, Greenville, SC is an excellent place to stay. Front Desk staff is super helpful, professional, personable, and genuinely cares for their guests. Night manager very personable and goes well beyond duties while caring for her guests. Parking is tight at night as this location stays full because it’s clean, staff cares, breakfast is decent. 15 minutes from Ben Secours Wellness Arena, 5 minutes from Airport, two minutes from Skin’s Hotdogs and Championship BBQ, and one minute from Top Golf. Safe and secure, bright lights in parking lot and around building. Great for families, travel, couples, and singles. Will absolutely stay here during my next stay in Greenville, SC.

Room was a very comfortable size. Aside from that we were VERY disappointed. Sticky countertops, crumbs and stains on all furniture and long hairs on the floors dampened our first impressions. Obviously I had to take the time to clean in the room before we could even unpack and relax.Brought things to cook in the microwave which did NOT work- Would not open when done and when you were able to pull open a crack it would suddenly turn back on and nuke whoever was struggling with it! Had to pull the plug and give up. In the first tower there we were so hot we had to call the maintenance person up this the AC, which he actually didn’t but what an inconvenience. They do deserve a good breakfast on the front desk staff is pleasant. I did tell of the problems we encountered and no discount was offered for inconveniences, so that was a letdown that they didn’t even try to make up for it.

Very clean and as a house cleaner i typically am disgusted in hotels, so this was very refreshing and i was very happy about the cleanliness everywhere. The girl at the front desk Marie was incredibly sweet and kind. The jetted tub was clean and relaxing. The heated pool was also a wonderful touch and was the reason we chose here to stay. Overall a very great exxperience just staying one night. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport was excellent. Although we don’t often stay at Choice brand hotels, this property made us fans.

The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. Marie at the front desk especially stood out for her genuine kindness and helpfulness, and both management and maintenance staff were equally pleasant. The hotel was very clean and clearly well maintained.

Our double queen suite was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my adult daughter, two grandchildren, and me during our three-night stay. We appreciated the indoor pool, convenient laundry facilities, and the great location right off the interstate near restaurants, Walmart, and Target.

Breakfast was decent, and while additional dairy-free or gluten-free options would have been appreciated, the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff, a clean facility, and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.

Three significant issues with this property. 1. Inadequate parking. Very few paved spots. Be prepared to park well away from the property or in a field. 2. No hot water of any kind at any time of day. Both shower and sink did not have hot water in the evening or in the morning. 3. Paper-thin walls and doors. Guests both next door and across the hall could be heard clearly.
