Check in was nice and easy, staff was courteous. The room was nice as well, there were a couple small stains on the counter top and shower, but notbing major. Was nice to have a full size fridge and feezer (even though we only stayed one night), and the stand up shower with glass doors (not a tub w/curtain) was pleasant. No breakfast offered was something I wasnt aware of, thats probably the biggest negative. But overall a nice place at a good price! Definitely would consider staying again.

I had an amazing stay at WoodSpring Suites Greenville Haywood Mall. The location is perfect—right near Haywood Mall with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and stores nearby. It made everything very convenient during my trip, and it was easy to get around the Greenville area.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the kitchenette with the full-size refrigerator and microwave. It made the stay feel more like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of space to relax after a long day.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Check-in was smooth and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and welcoming. For the price and the location, this place is an excellent value.

The beds/mattresses were low quality and uncomfortable. It would appear that this hotel is being used by quite a few people as permanent housing. Overall, decent 1-2 night place to stay for the price, but probably would not stay again. (*Note: They do charge a per night fee for your dog.)

The website glitched and booked the wrong days. I explained to the person at the counter that i attempted to book the room for December 6th multiple times and it kept changing the date to the 8th. During my final attempt to check out, it said I was booking for the 6th so I continued with payment. When I drove hours to get to the hotel they said the reservation was for the 8th. I called customer service and they refused to refund. Horrible when things out of your hands cost you almost $100 with no refund even though you are not at fault. ESPECIALLY during the holidays. I will never return here.. HORRIBLE policy.

I stay here every time I am in town. It’s a great hotel and everything is clean and nice. The location is also very convenient to where I go. The floors are kept clean along with the elevator which works really good and is quick. The room has shelves a refrigerator, microwave , stovetop and sink which is really convenient. The staff is always nice and the girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will be back sometime in the new year of 2026. See you guys then! Thanks!

No Coffee as advertised

The biggest problem I have here is that I was promised coffee 24 hours a day 7 days a week and I have not had a single cup from here I've had to go and buy coffee from Starbucks or waffle House or circle k I probably spent an extra $200 on coffee because these people didn't live up to that claim.. it's been 5 weeks and they still haven't fixed that coffee maker.... It makes me feel some type of way about paying as much money as I pay for this place and not getting any coffee.....

Didn’t realize it was an extended stay so I didn’t bring blow dryer! Didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t served but it’s okay there was a breakfast place next door!
Checking out was easy and associate was so pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great job because we will be back!

A Few Weeks at Woodspring Suite

There isn't much to complain about here,, except for maybe the coffee makers have been broke and I really like coffee... The place is clean it's quiet unless you get a kid above you who runs all night long.. The people are friendly the staff is great when you're asking for help or anything and so all in all it's been a really good stay except for you know the coffee...lol

The Hotel itself is nice. The hotel puts a $100 security deposit on the room. We were only staying one night. This seems excessive. It should be put on the app before someone decides to stay.Now it could take 3 to 7 days to release off my card. Side note the staff seemed preoccupied with flirting with a man in the lobby.

The place was clean and that’s all I liked about it. It was noisy at night there was this person with an SUV that would pump his music late at night and you can hear people outside being loud late at night but what really got me is that this place took some random money off my debit card and when I asked about it they acted as if they knew nothing about it. Acted as if I was just suppose to be ok with it. When I told the manager about it, she was rude and not helpful. Took them over a week to return that money to me.

The construction noise was loud... The a/c in the room wouldn't stay on and never got below 72 degrees and it was literally 100 degrees outside. We went and bought a fan for the room to be bearable.

Everyone either had a different answer for everything or they said \"I don't know\" I work nights so that means I sleep during the day.I notified them of this when I checked in and they put me where it would be the most traffic right next to vending machines, front drdk, lobby and exercise room. Can I move to another room? No this is the room you selected on line. Someone knocked or banged on the door all day long. And then they said someone will be in to check fire alarms. Then it was air condition cleaning the next day. And you only get the toliet paper thats in to our room more cost extra and the coffee in the lobby that looks complimentary, nope gotta by a pot of coffee nothing free there. Stayed there for 18 days and had to pay if you want wifi. That's not what the advertisement said.
Extra towels? They cost extra. Tbey only clean the room every 14days otherwise it cost you extra to change the sheets.
Do not disturb tag.. nope they don't have them
Why didn't I move to another hotel because I paid in full and there are. No refunds hadn't even stayed one night yet. This was a disaster, and I am so tired because I never got a full night's sleep. Needless to say. .. I don't recommend! Stay at the one near the airport.

They’re great!

Was okay being was my 1st time there, was so many pets in there was one this lady had that tried to get me & my friend as we walked out “receptionist saying the dog is fine” very aggressive dog even the down couldn’t handle her. Also downside you have to take your own trash out when you leave also when you need extra towels & wash cloths you have to bring the old ones down to counter in a trash bag that they provide. No breakfast only free coffee also have to pay $100 deposit is not stated on the website either!! The towels smelled horrible, I’m not sure what they washed in, Plus didn’t know it was an extended stay until 2nd night being there! I rather not go back but to each is own!

there was alot of noise all thru the night from adjacent rooms . I stayed there to rest up before a 19 hour drive the next day . Didn't get that due to excessive noise throughout the night .Maybe night person should do a walk around at some point . You have rules about noise at certain times enforce them . not everyone is there to party .

so, the check in lady doesn't need to be working here - she needs to be at the Marriott. it was that type of 5 star service that's shocking. beyond that, the location seemed nicer than expected, but then i'm brought back down to earth with the meltdown crying children across the hall 5 times during my stay, the sketchy guests yelling outside at 1:45 AM, the room next door having an outdoor voice conversation inside and obvious of how thins the walls were. obviously my experience would have been totally different had the guests simply behaved or i was in a different room or lucked into a better day. that said, the mattress seemed to be memory foam and really comfortable while i was awake, though i'm not sure i slept much better. the hot water ran out on both of my showers and someone thought it was a good idea to vacuum the halls at 8:44 AM. sure i would still stay again, it's a great price in a great centralized location. i think maybe next time i would ask for a floor higher up and hope maybe it is just less empty (quiet)

We liked that the rooms were opened the ac was nice and cold staff was great both day and night, they have a kitchenette and full size refrigerator, bed was comfortable we felt safe we traveled as a family with kids

We did not like the shower had no pressure coming out so washing off took forever, when someone is using bathroom sink you hear the loud pipes very disturbing, didn’t appreciate the 100$ deposit I paid upfront and Expedia said I may have to pay an additional 25$ deposit but wasn’t expecting a 100$ deposit just be aware of that

Overall it was an ok hotel for me I would stay elsewhere but it worked for us for the weekend

The delayed stay.

My stay was pleasant. Definitely will be returning. The only thing I missed in reservations was no breakfast but there are eatery nearby. My check in was delayed by 2.5 hours and i was not happy about that being that I came from NC. Ms K (AGM) and Fenil (GM) kept cool and attempted to accommodate (WIP) at the time of this survey. So we will see how this turns out. Otherwise the hotel was nice, quiet, and great place to stay.

This hotel caters to homeless families with children on welfare and they put us in the midfle of 2 rooms with them and one across where the kids were home all day as school was closed from hurricane. But they actually were louder at night screaming banging on the walls. We complained 3 times even another couple complained of them abd nothing was done. We did see housekeeping but had to ask for towels and toilet paper. After we complained they said they did not have any rooms to move us and did not offer any compensation for the awful ordeal we had to go through every single day. I have learned my lesson about staying here.
