We were really impressed by this hotel. It was clean, and the room was not humid like other places. The staff were very courteous and kind to us and down to earth, which is unusually for other hotels. What really blew our minds was the small restaurant within the hotel. The chef was awesome, and the food was fabulous. Nothing beats home made food, and the biscuits and gravy was to die for. We love it and will be coming back.

I really enjoyed staying at The DoubleTree! The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there was some spots in the bathroom that were experiencing some wear and tear. Overall, everything was clean, and we were very pleased with our stay. Our favorite was how kind and helpful all of the staff were. We’ll definitely stay at the DoubleTree when we come back to Greenville.

My family and I stayed at the Double tree by Hilton in Greenville South Carolina and had a wonderful experience. I was visiting South Carolina for my college graduation. When I arrived I was greeted by an African American man with a great sense of humor. Because we were traveling a great distance I wasn’t able to check in until 12 am and asked for a late check out and they were able to accommodate me with a 12 pm check out. This Cambria was purchased by Double Tree and I was not aware until the day before my arrival. I was not sure what I would expect when we arrived. It was stressful because, to not her fault, we booked through Orbitz and it was hell for the front desk to work through the check in process and the waiting was brutal and Rena tried very hard to keep us abreast what was going on and I appreciate that. But the next time, hotels and third party companies need to work better with transitions.

I’ve had this reservation for quite sometime. When
I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm, I was told they were over,booked,and didn’t have a room. You tried to connect me by email..haha..an hour before…this is totally unacceptable…they were no comparable rooms in the area..luckily the night clerk was able to secure a room after an hour and a half. Enev in your email the number provided was incorrect. The agent in your call center was no help….
