So disappointed that we came down for breakfast and there was hardly any food. No eggs, no bacon, no potatoes, no French toast sticks. Pancake machine was not working. Had a bagel and coffee, kept trying to get the server to bring some food out and after about twenty minutes she brought out half cooked bacon and not enough for all the people waiting.

Having the complimentary breakfast was important
To our budget and travel expenses.

Look no further great place to stay with dog

Extremely clean lovely clean pillows and comforter. Plenty of towels brought our dog no issues quiet supposedly a lot of dogs there but never saw or heard them. Breakfast was excellent saved us a lot of money right there! No huge damage deposit for dog and then wait for your refund. I will never go to cheap place again! Worth the extra $45!!

I had 2 rooms booked. BUT WE COULDN’T / DIDN’T STAY!!! Our first room smelled like cat pee!! It was disgusting! I have a cat so I know that smell. The second room smelled like vape and some other disgusting smell, probably a cleaner that was used to cover the smell. We had to leave and drive home 5 hours instead of staying over like we planned. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again. I’d like to be reimbursed since accommodations were uninhabitable! Thank you

The staff is always very nice and helpful. They must have run out of regular coffee pods because they kept giving us decaf even though we requested regular. Also the hot tub must have been turned down or broke because it wasn't that hot after our first day.

This is a hotel my family and I have stayed at several times. Never had an issue before until now.
On our latest trip we traveled with our cat and looked up a pet friendly hotel. We have used Expedia to book rooms before and did so again this time. The hotel was listed by Expedia as being a \"pet friendly\" hotel.
Upon our arrival the front desk worker informed us cats were not allowed into the hotel per management. I asked if any special circumstances could be granted given the unclear communication between the hotel and Expedia. He assured me he could not do that, but told me he believed another hotel nearby would take the cat. I then requested a refund but was informed I would need to contact Expedia before a refund could be considered. Expedia reached out to the hotel later that night but was unable to speak with anyone who could authorize a refund. I was instructed I should hear something from them in the next 24-72 hours.
Poor/unclear communication between hotel and Expedia on the pet policy. Again, shame since we've enjoyed previous stays.
