The suite was amazing, with great views of the pool and sea. Spacious and clean, and quiet. Staff were great. We had half board, and the buffet wasn’t great. Easy to park for free near the hotel

Bright, sorry hotel

The hotel has a very interesting architectural design which makes it bright and feel spacious.
The staff were very helpful.
Even though there were not many people staying at the hotel ( October) the bar stayed open until late and the barman was very friendly and helpful.
The only complaint would be that the shower was not brilliant and some woodwork around the doors in the room was rotten.
Breakfast was brilliant. Large buffet with lots of choice in a bright, light room overlooking the pool.

My family has pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I was afraid that this would be a little bit below them. But we absolutely loved it. Great hotel, great area great services we like to get out and explore and it was perfect for that, but it also seems to be an ideal place for people who just want to go on vacation and not even leave the hotel. We will definitely be going back.

Great pools including young children. Loved the Tiki bar. Watched Spain vs France in Eurocup which was awesome.

We only stayed for one night prior to going to the airport early next morning. The hotel has a range of facilities, although we only used the indoor pool as the outdoor pools were closed due to very strong winds. Outside bars were also closed leaving only the sports bar as an option for food and drink. However there are several restaurants a short walk away toward the beach. Room was excellent but we thought the charge of 8 euros to park was a bit excessive. Fortunately we got there early and found a space but the only other option was a public car park adjacent to the hotel! hardly what you'd expect from a 'luxury resort hotel'. Receptionist was efficient but a smile and 'have a nice day' wouldn't have gone amiss.

Amazing Boutique Hotel.

Absolutely clean and fresh feel hotel. Very open and not too busy. Food at pool area amazing but breakfast/evening food is questionable. Lovely decor amazing pool. WiFi works a treat everywhere. Very modern stylish hotel would definitely stay again

We are a Canadian family with 3 children driving down the southern coast of Spain. We thought an all inclusive would be so nice... the hotel is run down. The front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. The selections of food options were nil, and cold. It was very disappointing. I am a flight attendant with a Canadian airline and have stayed in hotels everywhere. This one was what we would consider in Canada a 1-2 star at best.

Great staff, accommodation clean and modern. Good variety of food and liked the choice of food cooked freshly and to you liking in front of you, an excellent range of desserts. All food plentiful even towards the end of the service. Only downside to this was that hot food had often gone cold, whatever time you ate. Resort was very quiet, just a couple of restaurants open and nearest supermarket outside of the hotel had limited opening hours/days. Hotel shop open daily. Frequent bus into town where there was more to do. Great walks in the national park made up for the beach which was better to look at than use.

Pool side room was very noisy. Load music until after 2300 hrs.
Rom was simple, clean and nice.
Twin beds put together for a king size is common but need to be fastened together as they seperate.

Nice remodeled room with partial ocean view, bathroom with deep tub and granite. Nice lobby. Corridors and elevators are old and need updating. Our stay came with free buffet breakfast and free use of the spa pools, both were great. Did not stay for dinner, so can't rate. The area is nice with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but the beach was rocky. Cabo de Gata beaches are a 40 min drive away and much better. Great customer service at front desk. Entertainment was not good, just two clowns dancing with the little kids. In early May, it felt out-season, fellow travelers were mostly British families and older couples. Overall, good deal for the price.

Noisy entertainment - no sleep till gone midnight

Hotel and staff fine. In rooms facing the sea be warned that evening entertainment is VERY loud and impossible to sleep before it all dies down around 1am. Asked to be moved and was told as hotel full there was nothing they could do. Slept in the car till quiet. Not what you'd expect when the hotel itself is called a Spa Hotel. Great shame.

It's good to stay with this hotel with the mountain view. It was very noisy if you stayed at the sea view room as their bar will open with the loud sound until 10:00pm. The room was big and good for vacation because its near the beach.

The rooms need an overhaul ,the beds are uncomfortable,air conditioning seamed to not cool very good.food was okay most of the time but pricey at 14.oo€ per person. Beach was quite rocky nicer beaches in fuengirolla valencia cubelles and marebella. The pictures they show are nice in the advertising

The hotel is located near the beach with great pool area, located 20 minutes from Almeria and slightly remote from the town.

The staff at the front desk were fantastically helpful and nice, the same with the restaurant, bar and at the Spa.

The room was very clean but they used a lot of bug spray which it made it difficult to breath and can't be healty. The bed wasn't comfortable and very basic equipment in the room.

I booked some spa treatments, the spa facility and room was very basic and not comfortable at all and it was noisy because of the machinery that kept the pools running! The spa room was very industrial and not relaxing at all!! The treatments were of different quality, a simple manicure was of poor quality but the massage was okay.

Room cleaned every day, great variety of food and lovely atmosphere. The only down side is the beach. Not nice at all, but beautiful ones on the neighbourhood. Swimming pool make up for it. Staff helpful all the time and any time as I needed around 9pm because I could not open my door. they sent a lovely young man to help and nicely showed me the right way of opening...my bad! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel for Coeliacs

Me, my wife and two kids spent a very relaxing week at the this lovely hotel. The facilities included two outdoor pools which kept the kids very happy and massage/spa facilities. There was a kids club and adult events during the day as well. On the last couple of days there was a 50's festival at the hotel, there were bands and a load of Spanish rocker a billies turned up as well.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was kept very tidy.

All together a very enjoyable stay!

Stayed for one night prior to taking an early flight the next day. Decor a bit tired (loose tiles on bedroom floor), aircon did not work very well. Would not have wanted to stay for a week but was fine for one night.

Beautifully clean

I stated for three nights, and the location was perfect for the airport and beach. it cost me 19 euros for a taxi to the airport. The room was so comfortable and was cleaned to a very high standard. Walked for miles along stunning coastline. I would go back to stay again this year.

not a warm welcome

we did not arrive at the hotel until 11.15 pm as we was attending a nearby f function and decided to stay over rather than travel home. the receptionist greeted us with well i have no record of your reservation so can you proove otherwise. i had to go onto the internet to show her my conformation e mail,and when isaid i had paid she said thats not normal.r u sure. i asked was the restuarant open she said no u r far 2 late ond the bar for a short period more.in the morning the spa was closed. had a relaxing walk along the sea front in the morning .but wont be staying in that hotel again.

The hotel facilities is very basic, and the food and bar was very poor value and quality for money. Cocktails were pre-made and dispensed from a slush machine. Also breakfast was disappointing. Hot table was very cold but there was enough choice of food. Disappointed that there were no 'kettle' or complementary drinks apart from 1 bottle of water. On a positive note this hotel offers a good service to families with children. There is excellent entertainment and the entertaining staff work very hard to cater for all ages.

Great if you want a very non-touristic area.

Hotel very clean and modern.
Only downfall for us - hotel is located in quite a remote area with very few shops and restaurants. The locals English language was very very limited.

Not too bad rooms but deeply unfurnished; too much empty space which doesn't welcome to stay.

Regarding the cleanliness of the room, they just simply forgot to clean 1 day... and we stayed 4 nights.

Very poor selection and quality of food for the breakfast buffet, one of the most terrible I have ever seen.

If you can, choose one of the other hotels in the area, this one is not a 4 star hotel, maximun 2.

WOW, what can I say, I was looking for a hotel near the airport with parking as we were meeting friends from the UK the following day.The reception area was very impressive and our room was large, and overlooked the swimming pool and gardens it was very clean and comfortable. I must say value for money I give top marks. The only down side was we did not have any hot water in the morning but on telling reception they were very concerned and said they would deal it straight away.

Great hotel for noise/poor service

very busy reception desk with only one person staffing it when we checked in. Receptionist was constantly interrupted with phone calls, handing out golf clubs for mini-golf, etc. Returned later on, and asked questions about places to eat, buses to nearby attractions, and staff were generally unknowledgeable.

We checked into the hotel at 3:15 pm expecting to get lunch (common in Spain). Got to the dining room at 3:30, and it was closed. There is no snack bar ( or bar) where one can get something to eat. Had to leave hotel to find something.

VERY noisy. The hotel, from lobby to pool area, was crawling with children, and the poolside activites and music definitely catered to children. If you like music, ala, \"The Hookey Pokey\" blasting from loudspeakers until MIDNIGHT, then you'll be happy here. We had a bacony overlooking the pool and sea, but sitting out was not always as pleasant as it should have been. The facility is very nice, easy to walk to the beach, but service was lacking.

Even though my room overlooked the pool and outside bar/disco area, the noise level was acceptable.
The food was plentiful and very good quality, well prepared and cooked.

El hotel esta muy bien cuidado,sus jardines son muy bonitos,las vistas tambien,zona tranquila con un paseo muy bonito,la playa es con rocas y arena y el dia que fuimos tenia algas asi que poco puedo opinar,es un hotel para no salir de ahi con niños,lo unico que no nos gustó fue que la gente antes de desayunar ponia la toalla en las hamacas y no la quitaban asta que cerraban,veo una falta de respeto que sin estar usandolas y estando fuera del alojamiento,otras personas tengan que dejar las cosas tiradas en unas escaleras...
Por lo demas, relacion calidad-precio muy bien.
Destacar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones,muy buen trabajo por las limpiadoras ☺️

Het is een mooi luxe hotel met vriendelijk personeel. We waren hier tijdens de stroomstoring in Spanje, maar we hebben er geen ongemak van gehad. Enige jammere was dat het ons vooraf niet bekend was dat het kinderbad niet dagelijks geopend is in het laagseizoen.

Exclente, buena comida, buena atención, lo que si nos ha parecido un poco caro el restaurante Mexicano y a la limpieza profunda de la habitacion hay que darle una vuelta, habia moho en la salida del aire y el baño no estaba óptimo de limpieza.

Hotel para ir en familia y con peques

El Hotel está muy bien, hemos ido con nuestro hijo de 16 meses y ha disfrutado a lo grande en las diferentes piscinas. Para la parte infantil de los toboganes aún es un poco pequeño aún así quería ir a ver al resto de niños. En cuanto a la comida, íbamos sin todo incluido, y los precios de los restaurantes es elevado para la comida, el buffet son 30€ pp + bebidas. El bar de la piscina abre un poco tarde y cierra un poco pronto, por ello las opciones están limitadas. El Italo mexicano está bueno y servicio muy bien, nos hicieron comida especial para el peque. Pero en la carta no se indica qué platos son picantes y eso es un punto en contra. Al lado está Barceló y comino un arroz muy bueno en su restaurante Arrozante.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.

Le personnel est souriant, agréable et d’un professionnalisme rare.

De l’accueil au restaurant/snacking en passant par les dames de service des chambres, tout le monde est là pour que vos vacances soient réussies.

Le buffet est très réussi, varié et de bonne qualité.
Parfois un peu de monde mais c’est la rançon de la gloire… Quand c’est bon on y retourne.

Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que la salle de bain.
Les piscines sont grandes et les jeux des enfants sont bien pensés.

L'établissement est calme et reposant.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y retournerai.

O hotel é lindo, mais não indico p casal pois tem muitas crianças e é super barulhento. A piscina é maravilhosa e os funcionários são super atenciosos. O café da manhã é fraco. Quando chegamos pedimos dois hambúrguer e nos foi cobrado 50 euros… não compensa comer nada no hotel 😡

La comida, ha sido buena en general, lo que pasa que lo que el hotel muestra, deja mucho que desear, el mariscos ni lo olimos, osea que ni un solo día pusieron, la animación buenísima.. Los camareros bueno se nota que trabajan en un ambiente tenso, por que no son muy simpáticos que digamos, a la hora de la entrada la teníamos programa a las 12...o 1...llegamos a las 1...y entramos cerca de las 3,tuvimos que comer y dar vueltas x las instalaciones, hasta que la señora de la limpieza terminó las 5 habitaciones que había delante de la nuestra, comente al chico de la recepción muy amablemente que igual que por salir una hora tarde te cobran 25 euros, que beneficios teníamos entrar casi 2 horas más tarde, y sus palabras fueron nada, os esperáis y cuando esté la habitación os avisamos, un poco injusto por parte del hotel. Die Strandnähe des Hotels war sehr schön. Leider muss ich sagen, dass das Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Ausstattung und das Frühstücks-Angebot waren dürftig. Der Türrahmen meines Zimmers war kaputt und ich konnte die Türe nur mit grossem Kraftaufwand und viel Lärm zustemmen. Die Gänge im Hotel erinnern an ein Gefängnis.

La experiencia en conjunto ha estado bastante bien. El personal del hotel ha sido agradable y cordial, la comida, los servicios y instalaciones han estado a la altura de lo esperado. El único problema que hemos encontrado ha sido que no limpiaron la habitación en nuestra estancia, ni siquiera hacer la cama o cambiar las toallas, por lo que pensamos que sería algo a mejorar o tener en cuenta
