Room neglected. Poor location of beds meant we were bumping on the third bed constantly. No towels present in the room. Very basic soap for both shower and hand wash. Good breakfast and location. No information online about dinner and breakfast hours. Staff did not know how to use the EV charging point placed at the hotel parking area.

We stayed with 2 Children & 2 Adults. The family room is in the roof of the hotel, with a door for the lift shaft in the room, with the lift making noise every time it was operated.
The room was old and dusty - no air con… very old and dated hotel.

They also called a taxi for me as i was very late (midnight!) arriving at Oisterwijk station.

I suppose the only caveat was that it was a fair distance from hotel to station and I'm not as young as I was!!

Great place to stay for a concert in Tilburg. Some nice country walks nearby and the food and beer was excellent. I would have liked some tea making facilities in the room but that is my only complaint.

This is not a new hotel and it has a certain warmth that makes you feel welcome. It has signs of wear but in a nice way that you expect helping you to relax. The walks and cycle paths all around are beautiful. The only small thing is a lack of vegetables in the menu but to be fair there seemed to be the same problem all over this part of Holland. All in all a most enjoyable hotel and stay.

The hotel is away from the city in an area that's great for outdoor activities. We stayed there two nights when we were attending a closeby Festival. The rooms are nice and big and clean. Beds were good also. Amenities were lacking. There was no water cooker/coffee machine in the room but you could get a cup of coffee from the breakfast bar, except then you have to go out and dressed etc. The other thing we missed was airco, it was hot when we stayed there and they have no airco in the rooms. We would definitely stay there again.

Possibly the worst service ever at a hotel. We went for our anniversary and left early because the service and attitude of the staff was so poor. I could write a book but simply put - stay at your own risk. I travel over 100 days a year - worst experience in my past 10 years.

The hotel was not up to any standard. The room was filthy. The toilet was cracked, the shower had broken tiles, the front door was chipped and paint peeling, no coffeeor water pot or glasses in the room, towels were as picked from a thrifty shop. MOLD around the windows. Parking was as if in third world country..muddy andf insufficient parking space for guests. Front desk staff was as if there just to chat and there were people ahead of us who also were complaining. ONLY thing that we coulkd say nice about it is that the breakfast was excellent as were the attendants. Even to get out of the front door was a struggle!

Short winter break. Excellent location for visiting many parts of South Holland. Cosy hotel set in the woods at the edge of a very nice small village which has an excellent range of shops and eating places. Hotel room a little small and no double beds only twin beds. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Very limited restaurant menus but the meals we chose were very tasty and nicely presented.

The hotel rooms need updating. No tea/coffee facility in the bedroom and no double beds anywhere ( two singles pushed together and with individual duvets). Nice hotel great location poor room comfort
This is a nice hotel but the bedrooms really let it down. They are small dark tired and uncomfortable. The shower cubicle could only be used with the doors open, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room the pillows were no more than lumpy bags of fluff. We had two rooms and both rooms had the same issues. when we raised the issue with reception we were told that this was the difference between a three star and four star hotel! We stayed for several nights (as we had prepaid - otherwise I think we would have changed hotels) and soon exhausted the choices on the limited and overpriced menu and started dining at the bistro next door.

The hotel was welcoming with a bar in the foyer. I stayed in room 223 which overlooked the courtyard. My bed was very soft and comfortable. The en suite bathroom had soap but no other toiletries. The room was adequate but there were no tea making facilities or hairdryer.
Breakfast was lovely. The breakfast room overlooked the woodland and there were tiny birds feeding from the bird table. There was a large variety of food. Hot scrambled aggs and streaky bacon was available. I loved the croissants.

De 1-persoonskamer is meer een 0.5-persoonskamer. Zo klein dat je de stoel eerst onder het bureautje moet schuiven om van bed naar deur/wc te lopen. De TV loop je dan ook zowat van de muur.

De kamers waren ruim genoeg met een schoon bed. Voor de rest was de schoonmaak ondermaats, ik raakte het buro aan een had gelijk een plakkerige rode substantie over mijn hele hand. Het ontbijt liep niet soepel, ondanks dat het ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid was lukte het men niet om de producten bij te vullen. Bij een late incheck werd ik persoonlijk, maar zeer net ontvangen. De kamer is erg gedateerd . Er lagen kabelgoten dwars over de vloer als poging tot het wegwerken van kabels naar de telefoon en tv. Er is weinig waterdruk in de badkamer. Ook zitten er meerder brandplekken op de aanwezige verlichting.

De kamer was niet zoals op de foto afgebeeld. Het was oud en vies. Heb er 10 dagen geslapen en het bed werd al die tijd niet verschoond. De badkamer werd niet fatsoenlijk schoon gemaakt.
