Pillows were super uncomfortable. Requested different pillows and was told a staff member will bring it over. Waited until 3am and nobody showed up. Did not sleep all night. It’s a beautiful hotel but the most important things in a hotel are the bed and pillows. If you cannot get a good night’s rest then all that fancy stuff is worthless. Really disappointed by this hotel, and will avoid it in the future.

Room: a bit odd to have the WC in a separate place from the bathroom, and no sink to wash your hands after going toilet. Very strange. The bathroom door is also not very private. Furthermore, for a 4* hotel it lacks basic small things like a small bottle of water in the room for guests.
Breakfast: €43+ for breakfast, and we still had to eat cold fried eggs and cold omelettes. Totally cold, not even luke warm.

This is the second Van der Valk hotel we have stayed in. We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance of the Decibel Festival.
The hotel is great, and the breakfast is worth the money. We had an evening meal, which was good value for money.
We also used the swimming pool, which was nice.
The hotel is not far from the central station, and I would advise using the bus service followed by a short walk through the park.

We had the most fantastic night - we are a family of 4 and we stayed in a jungle family room complete with a wonderful bathroom and kids bunk bed with slide. Beds were perfect, room was spotless. We had a swim in the wellness centre which was such a treat after a busy few days at amusement parks. We can’t wait to go back!

Our room had a view of the 3rd largest dirt pile in the Tilburg area. Wifi was so slow as to transport me back to the 90's. Sink didn't drain. Nice IR sauna and pool you had to bring your own towel to. No slippers or iron.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Tilburg...usually for music concerts. The hotel is a good 30 min walk to the heart of town, or the 013. Facilities are brand new and spotless, so it is quite nice to stay here versus other dated European hotels. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Only downside, if you need a taxi early in the morning, you should book the day before. Fantastic hotel in general!

Great room (safari suite). Very cosy to stay at with a jacuzzi which easily fits 2 persons. However room was not sufficiently cleaned, we found some fake rose petals, from a previous guest I assume, under the bed, as well as dust. Also only 1 cup for coffee was available. Loud music in the evening as the hotel hosted someone's 50th birthday party. Location is great, short drive to Tilburg center.

Par contre frais élevé pour service au chambre et le petit bar ferme à 23h on nous a dit de sortir et de s'installer ailleurs et n'offre pas de service de nourriture après 22h peut être penser a offrir quelque chose à manger pour les gens qui arrive après les heures d'ouverture du restaurant, mais une excellente hôtel.
