The check in process was good, this is completed on a screen and though efficient, feels a little impersonal. |The receptionist was friendly but did not speak very good English. The room was a good size, as this faced the nearby road and car park, there was some noise from outside. The room was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed comfortable. We found the room very cold, there should be instructions next the smart panel so that guests can understand how to adjust the heating and air conditioning. Maybe the receptionist should explain this when guests check in, it would have prevented us having a very cold room all night. There was a lot of ice in the car park which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase and not fall over.

Breakfast is not good for the price and no early breakfast at 07:00 on weekends. Bed mattress is a foam sheet which keeps sliding and this is annoying.

We were looking forward to our stay. On arrival we were stood in the corridor waiting to check in, which took 15 minutes due to lack of staff members. In this time we had over 15 young men walk past us, staring at us up and down, carrying trays of food to their rooms. After doing some research online, I saw this hotel is housing Asylum seekers/emergency shelter. As a woman, this made me feel really uncomfortable as I kept getting stared at. We also could hear really loud music upstairs. We went to speak to a member of staff about the situation, but there were no staff on site to speak to, just a number to call with any queries.... We both were feeling unsafe and uncomfortable so we decided to leave within 30 minutes of checking in. Customer service does not seem to exist here, nor any security. It says they have 24 hour security on site to make guests feel safe, we did not see any security the entire time we were there. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is connected to La place so plenty of good quality food with a wide range available. The Self check in was really straight forward. The room was of a high standard, Bed was very comfortable. The ability to control room environment was via a touch pad giving a wide range of settings. TV the size of a table and tea/coffee making in the room meant it had every thing you could want of need. Highly recommended

There is flawed integration between their system and yours so I had to do two booking procedures and when we got to the hotel we were told payment had not been made even though it had. Big delay on arrival but staff who helped us was excellent. Nice hotel, very clean, good staff. On a road, but thats what it is. I would stay there again at the rate I got.

Als je het geen probleem vind om tussen de herrie schoppende asielzoekers te zitten bij het diner in het restaurant la place wat aaneengesloten zit met het hotel waar deze jonge mannen worden opgevangen, dan is het een prachtig en modern hotel.

De passage pour l'Awakening Festival, j'ai logé dans cet hôtel et je peux écrire que c'est un Hôtel idéalement situé, non loin des axes autoroutiers, dans une micro zone commerciale , à proximité de MC Donald ou BK.

Kamer en service prima. Herrie van airco, of wat de roosters ook zijn rechtsboven het bed, was storend voor mojn nachtrust. Daar kan wat aan hedaan worden. Mijn kamernr was 311. Uitzicht was op de parking en autoweg; niet geweldig, maar ik weet niet welk uitzicht beter geweest zijn, de lighong van het hotel in aanmerking genomen. Gr8 hotel vind ik goed voor een of twee nachten.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges, modernes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Empfangsdamen die hilfsbereit sind. Die Lobby ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Zimmer in einem hohem Standart. Einziger Nachteil ist das es keinen Kühlschrank oder Minibar im Zimmer gibt.

Prachtig hotel, modern, comfortabel, heerlijke douche en prima bed! Schoonmaak iedere dag is ook top. Leuk personeel ook!
Klein minpuntje..... het ontbijt is van la place. Daar verwacht je toch wel iets van. Maar helaas, je krijgt een dienblad met broodjes, beleg en jus. Als je geen brood eet of geen ham of kaas lust heb je pech! Iets meer keus zou fijn zijn.

heel goed hotel voor één of meer nachten in het bruisende zuiden van ons mooie land. Breda goed te bereiken. Prima kamers, modern ingericht. Jammer dat de wastafel midden in de kamer zit, geen slot op de wc. Wat jammer was, was dat de ochtend van uitchecken de wintertijd niet was verwerkt, waardoor we om 10.05 niet meer de kamer op konden. Toen we daarna de föhn (niet standaard op de kamer) en de tijdelijke sleutel wilden terugbellen, was er niemand aanwezig bij de receptie.

It was my first time in a G8 hotel so didn’t know what to expect but WOW, I loved the room with a great shower en wonderful bed. The next morning I really enjoyed the breakfast with a big diversity of fresh bread and juices. I was traveling with a 2 year old and he really enjoyed the Efteling playground during breakfast.

A very pleasant stay, perfect when on a short-stay with easy access to the motorway.
Breakfast starts at 6:30, it was too bad they were not ready at that time. We had to ask for cheese, but they said they were busy cutting the bread and we should come back later (...). Luckily another waittress was kind enough to help enough and serve us a couple of slices at the table.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. Perhaps the beds are a bit hard, but I guess that is because it is still pretty new.
The outside area is a bit \"shady\" being a parking lot for a McDrive and some trucks staying for overnight. Careful not to walk there on your own late at night.
