The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon.
The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements.

5 stars is not enough
Even before we arrived the hotel was amazing in assigning us a room specifically so that my autistic son would have an unobstructed view of the airport and runways.
And again once we were checked in and settled they were still checking if we needed anything else or how else they could facilitate our stay. The hotel itself was spotless. The food in the restaurant was delicious. And I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was good but there are not enough parking spaces. There were about 50 or so cars parked illegally on the street or in the nearby field.
I'll have to book a different hotel next time I need to stay in the area.

Appeared that the lot was full of non-guest cars. Had to park in wet unpaved grassy area adjacent to the designated lot.

The hotel was fine in most every way except for parking. When we arrived at 3PM, the parking lot was already overflowing into the adjacent property and onto the sidewalks. We ended up parking on the lawn next to the street. The next morning, the police were ticketing vehicles on the sidewalk and lawn. If you have a hotel with 300 rooms, you should have 300 parking spots.

Good hotel not enough parking
Staff were polite, breakfast good, bar price reasonable and spotlessly clean. Hotel seemed quiet but parking was overflowing with cars parked in random places, I assume people parking here and flying from airport. We were lucky to get a space. There were other cars parked on road outside with several parking tickets. Hotel was good but parking would put me off using it again.

What can I say about this hotel I have stayed here for two days one last and one this week late afternoon after 4pm till 2/3am and nothing offered i.e food wise just tea and coffee sachets in bedroom yep really gonna drink tea and coffee want hot food but nope.
Quite disappointed that dinner is not offered although the room costs 109 pound I don't think I'll be booking this hotel,
Dinner not served have to pay for that extra oh and when booking online it does not give you the option to select dinner they just presume it's bed and breakfast , still waiting for a receipt parking is a piss take really no spot only on double yellow line and yep expecting a fine too, and they don't take cash utter nonsense also book food via the app, we need more apps.on.our phone

We were booked into the hotel for 3 nights, however there was no housekeeping undertaken at any time or bins emptied in our bedroom. This was clearly very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Overall stay was good, however, I didn’t think the reception staff were the most welcoming. I asked about the breakfast and all I was told was “everything is on the information sheet”, which is fine, but would have been more welcoming if I was told the time. Even when passing by reception for breakfast, although they seen me, no acknowledgement from them. The most welcoming was when I was checking out. It’s a shame as I’ve stayed here a few times before and it was a much more pleasant experience.

The hotel was not too busy and breakfast was good. There weren't any grocery stores or restaurants nearby. Parking was limited and my biggest complaint was the towels smelled so badly. It appears to be washed without laundry detergent. It was disgusting!

My only reservation about booking to start with was the parking availability. We arrived at 2.50 to find approx 5 or 6 spaces left. Far to many offshore workers using carpark whilst away. In my opinion i would remove this service. This would be the only i probability wouldn't book again. The reception was immaculate. Service was excellent and informative. We found the room to be clean and welcoming. The shower refill bottles were grubby and not filled. The shower seals a bit black spotty and the towels could have been neater in the holder.
We only ate breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast was by far the best I've had recently.all areas were tided and well stocked. My only criticism would be the chairs could do with a good clean.

The hotel was very busy as Lewis Capaldi was playing so quite understandable that the staff were rushed off their feet but they were also rude had to wait a long time to check in and check out and the staff ignored you, one even answered the phone half way through speaking to me. Room was comfy and clean looking however smelt of cigarettes which wasn't pleasant at all

The hotel needs to be refurbished. It is tired and carpets etc. need to be cleaned/replaced. Currently at post covid rates it is very poor value for money. The car park is grossly insufficient although the staff do try hard.

Great new hotel really close to the airport. I even walked there. The stagecoach bus runs every 15 minutes into town.

Great hotel. It was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic. Very good value for money. We originally got a space in the car park however no spaces when we returned after an event and there was no alternative parking overly close by. So if you get a space initially i would suggest leaving the car and taking a taxi.

Hotel seems to be still operating as it would at the height of CV lockdown. Food dumped in bags and abandoned at your door, restaurant closed, food extremely poor, no draught beers, bar closed and a very isolated atmosphere. The world is now open for business and so should this hotel be.

COVID Isolation Hotel
Arrived at the hotel and found the majority of the Hotel was being used by Oil and Gas companies for COVID isolations therefore bar and restaurant areas were closed and only room service available. Breakfast buffet wasn’t available as all table were reserved but for only one person at a table so breakfast was a continental bag delivered to your room with an optional bacon roll. Disappointing as hotels.com had not disclosed this and in all their correspondence stated that all these areas and services were available. Whilst I appreciate the hotel is catering for the oil and gas industry the setup does not suit weekend traveler’s, at the very least this should be disclosed to anyone not travelling for work.

On this occasion, a Sunday, it was a surprise to find no breakfast on offer until 8am, not very good for any hotel as they usually have something on offer from at least 06:30, room was inclusive of breakfast, so I felt a little cheated by this as nothing on offer at 7am, I had a flight to catch, so couldn’t hang around waiting. Plus no shuttle service despite being in the description of facilities.

Had good stay with my family during Christmas holidays. The rooms were clean, staffs were very friendly. The breakfast was good and staffs were happy to provide vegetarian hot food. The location is not very far from city centre.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was clean. The pillows and duvet weren't very comfortable but we asked reception for another one and they provided it straightway. As we were cold were grateful for the heater. The toiletries provided were of very good quality and smelt amazing . Breakfast was good, we especially enjoyed the waffles. Staff from reception to the kitchen were very polite and courteous and made us feel welcome. Plenty of parking. There are no supermarkets etc nearby but it didnt matter as we had our own transport. Would definitely stay here again.

Great airport hotel. Staff were very helpful. On first night we wanted to get something to get eat and, as hotel was not busy, we were offered a lift on the shuttle to a nearby carvery restaurant. Fab breakfast - I especially recommend the waffles! Only gripe I have is that the sofa bed in the room was not the comfiest.

Parking is listed as free and it is for the first night but upon arrival I tried to book my car in for a week as I usually do but to be told the overnight parking had gone up from £5 per night to £15 . I will not be parking or staying in this rip off hotel anymore when there are several more hotels just as good and only charging around £3.50 per night

Fantastically bright and clean hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast was amazing. Gluten free options too. Housekeeping were brilliant, wasn't expecting them in between our 2 night stay. They did a general tidy, made the beds and tucked our daughters teddy into bed for an extra sleep which put a massive smoke on her face.

Dissapointing experience
Hotel located close to the airport, a bit far from the center. A car is necessary but the parking places are limited (the 2 nights we had to find a place outside the hotel parking). Try to avoid the ground floor rooms as everybody can look inside your room if you don't close the curtains. Breakfast was disappointing as food was not reapprovisionned on a regular basis. The Hampton by Hilton Westhill also located in Aberdeen is much better in my opinion.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a modern and very comfortable hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff in all departments. Only criticism was that the well prepared and tasty cooked breakfast selections were always cold whatever time we visited the restaurant. Will use again on our next visit to Aberdeen.

If I had one recommendation it would be to improve the sofa bed quality. We are a family of 4 staying for 3 nights and I slept of the sofa bed with the 11 year old, I slept fine but a little more padding would have made all the more difference.
We were staying in Abdn for a swimming comp and will return for next years event.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Hilton in Aberdeen, the room was very clean, comfortable bright and modern, although we found the air conditioning and heating controls a little bit tricky to work and also bar service very slow, apart from that everything else about our stay was very good and we would definitely use the hotel again

Liked our room and bathing facilities. Liked the idea of using the room key to operate the lift, even though we were not informed of this at the check-in. Found the complimentary bus service a bit hit and miss...we waiting ages to be picked up on the first day and had to ring a couple of times to find out where the bus is. Wasn't very pleased with the view outside of the hotel room but overall it was fine

We were very disappointed with the food offer. Only snacks were available during the day and evening and there was nowhere else to get a meal. I think you should review this policy and menu as we will not stay again. The staff were exceptionally helpful but tied by poor company policy. I am not suggesting a full restaurant service as the footfall does not warrant that but it must be better than the current offer.
