Dinner was slightly disappointing. I expect pork belly bites to come with a crunch but they were chewy and the sauce wasn't great. Burger was over sauced for me, bun split and was mush.

Great hotel, loads of snow in Aberdeen during the stay, schools, college's and University's all closed, villages cut off but the staff at the Palm Court struggled through regardless of low food supplies due to cancelled food deliveries. Room warm and spotless.

Great venue for our stay in Aberdeen! Room was beautiful, clean and spacious, same for the bathroom. The restaurant was wonderful, everything we ate, both breakfast and dinners were delicious. Staff were fabulous, room spotless, breakfast was amazing, only slight hiccup was I specifically phoned the hotel after making the booking to ensure I wanted a twin room as was with my daughter, I was told this was added to the notes etc so was pretty disappointed to see a double bed!! Luckily there was a spare twin room available which we were able to swap to, other than that everything was excellent.

Hotel was lovely. It was just unlucky that there seemed to be a couple of functions on. It would have been good to know as we could've have booked the restaurant beforehand or made other arrangements. It was also very noisy. Very loud disco music below us. Not great when your daughter has an exam to sit the next morning. The staff were lovely, no faults there.

Lovely stay with comfortable room and free parking

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our road trip. The hotel is in a residential area outside of the city centre but suited us perfectly. Parking was free which is a bonus these days. We received a warm welcome and were offered a quiet room at the end of a corridor as requested. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the food was tasty. All in all a lovely stay. They were busy as it is a popular hotel for weddings, but it did not spoil our stay,

We had an excellent stay, we had a gorgeous room which had been newly renovated. The bathroom was fabulous.

The room was spotlessly cleaned by Abbie, with lovely bedding and furnishing. We are in the Bothy restaurant in the hotel. We had delicious food and service from Ella and Sam. They were so helpful and engaging.

We stayed in the ground level which was facing the parking lot, but the room itself was very clean, cute, and simple. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. There is a restaurant on the property which had delicious food, and then there was trivia in the bar area which was a fun surprise. Overall a great experience!

Stayed the past Friday and receptionist was extremely rude think her name was Kerry unsure though kept telling me and my girlfriend she hadn’t finished speaking yet which was really disappointing and also was very impatient as she said I needed to put a card against the room which I had in my car and she was getting frustrated when I said I was going to get it. Restaurant staff and bar staff were amazing very helpful and high quality food. Although the room was a bit run down as the door handle in the bathroom had fell off. I’m a qualified joiner so had just fixed it as had came straight from work and was unsuable but thought I’d do the right thing and help out rather then them needing to call a maintenance person to fix a couple screws. As well as this the bathroom bath tray wasn’t very good as water kept leaking through onto the floor and felt very flimsy. Hotel room looked nice apart from this and probably wouldn’t bother the normal person but just little things make a big difference long term unsure if they got the staff at reception to do all the room renovations as they were clearly not up to normal standards of a hotel and most stuff if not everything was very flimsy not level and quite honestly just despicable for functionality as the shower was leaking when used and no bathroom door at first. Overall feel like this is a good hotel but does need a proper maintenance check as will cause a flood to the below rooms over time and not pleasant having no door.

My room had clearly been refurbished recently, so it felt nice and new. Shower was clean, spacious and had good water pressure. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent: tasty, well-presented, generous portions, and good prices (remember to use your resident’s discount!) And the hotel has ample free parking onsite - a rarity in Aberdeen. So, unless you need to be slap bang in the middle of Aberdeen city centre, this is a perfect hotel.

Great value in Aberdeen

The Palm Court is a blend of modern and traditional hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern and well designed. The bar and restaurant have a variety of food and drinks at reasonable prices. It was very good value.

Privacy bad.

Lovely hotel but no view. We were 2 floors up looking on to roof top 12x12 .
Dining room window looking in to us.
Side door all glass lights on both rooms till about midnight. No privacy what so ever. Netting on roof top so birds could not fly in. Had to pull blind down during day for privacy. Felt hemmed in. Room up above tv blaring till about 2am. Loud bangs on floor from above which of course was not hotels fault. Put up with it as we were only away 1 night.

A luxurious stay

We stayed in a superior double room which was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and had a luxurious feel to it. The breakfast was plentiful and well cooked and the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others and would book for ourselves again.
