The property was clean. I always felt safe and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was magnificent with a wide array of protein and carbohydrates. Coffee back was great.

The only thing I didn't like was that the gym was very lacking. No treadmill. No weights. Just a couple of row machines and two bikes and few dumbbells.

Our arrival was at 9:30 am after a long flight. We wanted to check in early, they said that the check in was at 3 pm. We had to wait until noon in order for us to use our room. They wanted to charge a $35 early Check in which I think it’s ridiculous.

What I did not appreciate is the laundry cost. Be careful! They charge you in “dollars” when it is a national peruvian service and should have been a service in PEN. I understand that they contact the service but there is no way that I should be paying “21 dollars” for a jersey dress so simple. The charge might have been 21 PEN and they put as 21 dollars. That is a robbery in my book. Othee than that, the staff was really nice

The hotel is somewhat sterile, the restaurant lacked any sense of homeliness and the breakfast range limited, I didn't find the restaurant staff to be at all friendly though the front desk were really good.
I would stay here again.

1 night stay. Located in a none touristy area, which I was aware of and booked it for that reason. Traffic is horrendous everywhere in Lima, so be prepared to never get anywhere on time. You need a taxi to go anywhere from this hotel. I didn't mind. Check-in was so-so. Receptionist could have been a bit friendlier and more accommodating. Next morning, the other receptionist on duty made it up, was really friendly and helpful.
Room allocation appeared to be an issue. Double glazed windows are almost useless. You can hear the traffic noise and the honking all times.
However, the furnishing of the room was spectacular. Great design, simple, practical and very appealing. Everything worked. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept it! Congrats to the designer or management who selected the beds and the furnishing. It's worth trying this hotel if you don't want to be in the middle and close to the \"action\" of Lima.

The knowledge of the front desk people was not good at all... I booked my room online, and when I checked in they told me I needed to pay for the room... all I had done before was only preparation for getting the room. After an hour in my room they called me and said the double charged me. Then they proceeded to remove my charges as well as the taxi fee for arrival. (Which I thought was included before I booked the room... but anyways!)
The next morning I checked out and requested a taxi to the airport and I paid... however upon arrival at the airport the taxi driver told me I needed to pay for transportation. We called the hotel and when we talked with front desk they informed me that the charges I paid for where cancelled... and I needed to pay taxi driver. Approximately $70 for taxis and $60 for room.

Complete waste of time getting this hotel!

Excelent hotel, very clean and comfortable.
SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.

Absolutely and completely loved my stayed at this hotel. The quality of the service is incredible. The rooms are nicely and modern decorated. I’m a clean freak and this place totally passed my test. Housekeeping was amazing. I’m fortunate to be able to afford places like The Ritz Carlton therefore my review is based on my experience staying in 5 stars hotels.
As the name says this is a business hotel so i wasn’t expecting luxury but the place is nice, modern, clean and service wonderful.

The girls at the reception desk were very helpful with confirming and printing our boarding passes for our next flight. Altho the area would not be very interesting for tourists, it would be good for business travelers. Also, we did not see any restaurants nearby, but the hotel has a limited menu in their dining room.

The hotel is nice for business travelers until you connect your computer and devices. The internet only works well at the lobby. Without internet in the rooms, you can not call it Business Hotel.

The management offered me to work at the lobby, but that does not work for me.

My first time to Lima so I didn't know that Mireflores is the place to be. San Borja is quiet....VERY quiet. If you are a family, it's probably a great look. If you are looking for the action, probably not. Internet on works in the lobby. Per everyone else's review- the bed was heavenly. Short, cheap can ride away from the action. Also there's a huge mall a close walk away.

The hotel is new, rooms are very nice, the beds are very good and the staff was attentive. The only complaint is about the free breakfast every morning when we got to the restaurant for the breakfast there was no food, we had to wait for juice, eggs, bread to come out.
Other than that everything was perfect.

Long drive from the airport but excellent reception even at 3am in the morning. Forgot my cell phone and they phoned the cab while were still on the way to the airport to advise me about and and arrange for me to get it back. Now how about that.

Everything looked brand new. Very comfortable king bed with DirectTV and English-speaking channels! The reception was fast and friendly.
The park is right behind the hotel. Beautiful place to walk, especially around Christmas time.
The breakfast was nice.
My only problem was the cold shower. I hope it was a temporary malfunction.
I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed two nights and it was wonderful. Bright clean room,super comfy room bed, luxurious shower. Great breakfast including made to order eggs and fresh juice. Hotel staff was great in offering suggestions and providing directions. This is a brand new hotel, opened May 2016 and I would recommend to anyone.

Only 10 sols to get to central Miraflores and the water.
